Michael's Impersonators / Re: Did wylie really die?

And when was the actual filming of Remember the Time done? What year was that done, because if the actual making of it was done in 95 THEN we are on to something big. I know Wylie also did some Calvin Klein modeling.

According to Wikipedia, the video was shot in mid-January 1992.

Since Wylie is said to have died on Dec. 20, 1993, he could have participated in the video & there's actually nothing odd here.

You may be on to something. If he had Leukemia, then it would show during the taping of the Jackson movie. I know he did another movie titled "The Disappearance of Christina." But check this out. I just saw on his IMDB he was a dancer in "Red Shoes Diaries" and he was a dancer in Michael Jackson "Remember the Time" video.  OMG!! Remember the Time came out in 1995.  Here's the link to his IMDBYou are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

That's odd, because Wylie is said to have died on Dec. 20, 1993. He was born in May 1969 and so he was almost 11 years younger than MJ... I think that would make it hard for him to be a double for MJ.

Here's the Wylie Draper Foundation:

According to this website, Wylie was diagnosed with leukemia shortly after the airing of the Jackson mini series - so it wouldn't necessarily have showed during the taping.

VERY interesting speech. Thank you for sharing!

I LOVE The Sun. They ALWAYS walk into the trap

Now a "mimic" recorded Michael's songs - how far will they bend the table next time?
To a deaf fan?

When will they finally start choking from their improvisations on stupidity?

Some long-term fans think it's Michael on every single track.  Other long-term fans don't think it's Michael on some of the tracks. Now someone IS wrong. The question is who.

The same goes for the death hoax... Either the believers or the non-believers are wrong, and living a delusion. The question, again, is who.

Either way, it is clearly perfectly possible for a large group of non-deaf and non-blind people to believe something that isn't true (just as it was/is possible for people to believe things about MJ that weren't/aren't true).

If you look at "are you", the "a" looks very similar to the sign next to the number "3". Could that be April 3?

These notes are addressed to self. Do you think it makes sense for MJ to write "are you"? To whom? I'm 100% sure it's "one year" - and I don't normally make this sort of statement on this forum. Look at the last letter of the 2nd word, which according to you should be "u"... Do you really think that's "u"?

In the first word, the "o" and "n" are linked in the same way that I link them sometimes. That's definitely "one", not "are".

Michael Jackson News / Re: Japanese Connection

I also find this interesting:

"Regardless of color, race or gender, all people who do karate respect each other's strength and ability.  Michael asked me to show him some karate moves. He could do them immediately, totally perfectly. He could have been a brilliant athlete. I asked Michael to help me put karate into the Olympics Games. He talked to International Olympic Committee chairman, Juan Antonio Samaranch and we were told that if we could unite all the sects of the martial art, karate had a chance to be an Olympic sport. Hopefully 2016 will be our year."

"it never occurred to me that I would ever see that money again"

This isn't a loan... It's a handout.
Interesting.

I don't have a great feeling about Nelson de la Nuez... He calls himself "King of Pop Art" (I believe this is a title he gave himself?), has a logo consisting of a crown, and seems to really want to associate himself with MJ. He himself could have created the notes he claimed to receive, and as for the gifts... Maybe he bought the Opus himself; and he hasn't provided evidence for the box he said he got some months ago.

What's the proof he's not lying about these "gifts"?

Merry Christmas, everyone, and a wonderful New Year, with health and joy and wishes come true!

I hope to see you all again (on the forum) in 2011.  :D Wouldn't mind seeing MJ too... in real life.

Love the cats, Souza. :P

Michael's star is in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, which is lined with palm trees.

I have always thought that MJ has been at the family home in Encino on Hayvenhurst ever since this happened. The latest news on the house is everyone is going to move out while it is extensively remodeled. As everyone knows, the house is huge and behind high walls, which is called a "compound." Anybody could hide there and no one outside would ever know.

6925 Hollywood Boulevard? Interesting...
6 9 25
6 25 9
6 25 2009

Could be a coincidence. (They do exist.)

so if maybe michael is useing all of these tabloid outlets he told people not to trust to get out info he wants out what is the point he is trying to make? :?
my brain hurts

Million dollar question.

IMO: This might be meant to reach those people who don't pay much attention to MJ and still read tabloid garbage. The world isn't all made up of people like us... This "MJ universe" we live in is a bubble, as I said elsewhere on the forum.  There's still much ignorance out there about MJ and his messages. So maybe Michael's camp is trying to reach multiple audiences. I've reached the same conclusion about the KJ (and maybe even LMP) interview on Oprah - it wasn't for us, it was for the others. We don't even need to see stuff like this.

what do you suppose took so long for her to make this statement. seems like that would be something you would be in a hurry to make straight imo

Yeah that's what I was thinking too.  Why did she wait so long to come out and say something?  Why now?  It seem like everything is unraveling piece by piece.

Some people are the private type and don't pay much attention to the media. And if this lady (James Brown's wife) and the Jacksons knew & know the truth, why would she rush to correct some inaccurate press reports? I don't find it extraordinary that she didn't say or care much...

Hey guys I've read a lot of quotes that Michael said but the one that keeps sticking out in my mind is  "To die would be an awfully big adventure" Can anyone tell me when did he quote this.  That quote really has me curious I mean to say something like that and then to have all of this come up Uummm! Maybe you guys already figured that one out and I am just slow to catch on but Anyway sorry I kinda got side tracked but I kinda agree about the Murray thing too I feel that Michael wants to prove a point as far as Murray going to trial so I am not sure that he will BAM before then I think he wants to see how far this trial will play out then I think he will make his grand entrance.  Just my opinion.

Hook: And now, Peter Pan, you shall die.
Peter: To die would be an awfully big adventure.

I think Michael may have said it on the Rabbi Shmuley tapes but I'm not positive.

I don't think Michael ever said that himself, or if he did he was quoting Peter Pan. It's really a Peter Pan quote, not an MJ quote.

Bec:

If it's true that "MJ is fucking with the fans these days", I'm not sure that that's a smart or far-sighted thing to do.  KJ might be Michael's mother, but the fans are also a kind of "momma bear" who will fight tooth and nail to protect Michael - even if they don't always do it in the nicest or even proper way. And the fans do things for Michael that many of his showbiz "friends" and even many of the Jacksons don't do... For instance, the fans seem to be responsible for the unveiling of MJ's name on that school auditorium... And the fans supported and sustained Michael throughout the 2005 trial in a very public way, something that many "friends" now singing Michael's praises DIDN'T do.

Do you think it's Michael's voice on all the "Michael" album tracks?  Then why is it that the credits don't reflect that? I bought that album despite not hearing Michael on some of the tracks... And I haven't changed my mind. I would need some serious evidence to believe it's him on, say, "Breaking News" or "Monster" (I mean 100%).
