TMZ Articles / Re: New MJ Song Released: "Much Too Soon"

I think that the song Much Too Soon sounds almost like Make It With You by Bread.

It does kind of sound a little like "Make It With You", a little bit more country-fied though.

Sometimes we want to believe that when someone does great things they must be superhuman. But the truth is, we all have that power within us. I do not believe Michael is an angel.

What if Michael Jacksons voice was being digitally tampered with on "Breaking News", "Keep Your head Up" and all those songs from 7even?    Many have discussed the possibility of Jason Malachi being an experiment.  What if this is his way of saying, 'It doesn't matter who the messenger is, as long as the message gets out".  :?:

I am going to disagree with you on this. I love the song and that picture is of a man on the left holding the hand of a woman on the right.
The bodies are shaped differently, the body on the right has muscles...masculine looking and the arm on the right is more slender, the hand appears smaller and more feminine, look at the wrist. All only IMO of course.

[attachment=0:ijmsdxht]HMH.jpg[/attachment:ijmsdxht]

I agree with you that the  the hands are not two men.  I also don't think their was homosexual innuendo in the song.  So i disagree with that part of the OP's post.  However, the strange happenings surrounding the release of this album scream hoax.  The album and the songs on it are a message.

I feel that when people get this album, if they get this album, they will be surprised by what they get.

The album being a hoax...that was my first instinct.

I also think it's interesting that she says "..which will be important later". She also says VERY close in age. If Mike was born in 1960 and not 1958.. like Souza has pointed out many times.. that would make them VERY close in age and that would be "important later" as she says because when the hoax is revealed I have a feeling his real birthday is going to play a big role in things...

Maybe. And IF that turns out to be fact, then that would be yet another falsity on important docs...like the will and autopsy. Now THAT would certainly be "important later".

O/t topic but what is Michael Jacksons birthday?  Someone said something about January  1960?

AEG ~ Sony / Re: Good guys/bad guys?

I feel like its not perfectly clear who the "bad guys" are.  Its almost like its been purposefully obscured.  I think some of it will become more clear with time, if we do our research.

I wanted to bump this thread up.  Something occurred today that made me take a second look at everything.   I believe this post is very very important in understanding everything thats going on.  I think the pieces fit together better once we realize how much financial power Michael Jackson had and has.

I want to clarify a silly rumor - the Beatles catalogue...

New postby Alem » Wed Jul 21, 2010 7:23 pm
“I want to clarify a silly rumor - the Beatles catalogue is not for sale, has not been for sale and will never be for sale” – Michael Jackson

One of the most important rumours that MJ faced were the stories about his finances. This was the rumour that his enemies always used to control his image. In order for them to sensationalize and make up stuff about "Michael Jackson" you first have to believe that he was broke and always in a bad situation.
The best way to break someone’s power is to convince the public that they are going broke.
That that is exactly what THEY did.
I wanted to go to the bottom of this mess and clarify the situation. I believe this has a lot to do with what is going on AS WE SPEAK.

The media have been stating since 2003 that Michael is a broke man, his extravagant lifestyle and legal fees has taken its tool on his finance. With an estimated debt of over 400 million dollars the King of Pop sunny days lays behind him.

Ok, let me begin.

Forbes.com estimates his net worth at around $350 million, but this isn't the full scoop on his net worth. Michael is currently between 200 and $270 million in debt that is a fact not lies, however this does not mean that he is on the verge of filing bankruptcy. Why is he in debt? I know legal fees are expensive but it don’t cost as near as $200 million. The answer is simple, in order to invest you loan. There is an expression that goes like this:

How do billionaires spend their money?
Answer: They don't. They use other people’s money.

Michael Jackson is not the only one using this strategy ALL the infamous billionaires is doing the exact thing. Look at Donald Trump: by 1994 Trump had repaid much of his personal debt and some of the $3.5 billion in business debt.
He had debt up to his ear but managed to revive himself, and that was exactly what Michael Jackson was doing. But did the mainstream media report this? NO.
Were the media dogging Donald Trump when he saw red? NO. The only treat Michael with this dishonour. .

If you were to remove his dept he would have around 50 million to spend. Not bad huh? But it gets better.
Michael had a lot of real estate assets estimated worth around $650 million, .and then don’t forget the SONY/ATV Music Catalogue which is estimated at between $500 million to whopping $1 billion. And unlike many artists Michael Jackson OWNED his own songs and is paid every time his songs play in radio/clubs/mp3. When SONY bought the other 50 % in 1995, Michael Jackson made sure that the other half did not include any of HIS songs.

Michael P. Schulhof, President and CEO of Sony, welcomed the merger and praised Jackson for his efforts in the venture. "Michael Jackson is not only the most successful entertainer in history; he is also an astute businessman.. Michael understands the importance of copyrights and the role they play in the introduction to new technologies.

Jackson's other publishing firm, MiJac Music Inc, which publishes songs written by Jackson himself and which is administered by competitor Warner/Chappell Music, is valued to be worth at least $75 million.

In mid 2007 Jackson purchased Eminem’s music catalogue for $370 million (which is ironic since Eminem publicly disses Michael in one of his video’s portraying him as a child molester). Guess who got the final laugh? The purchase gives Michael the rights to all of Eminem’s music under Shady Records, including 50 cent's music that was released under that label. So that too would bring in about $10 million a year for the King. Michael is laughing all the way to the bank. Someone who is bankrupt could not afford a record label catalogue for $370 million.

So if you add all of this together and subtract his debt, his total net worth is around $1.3 billion. .Michael Jackson is not broke.
But this raises another question.
If he has $1.3 billion in the bank, why can’t he pay off his debt? Simply because the $1.3 billion isn't liquid cash. If you read the terms on Michael Jackson’s $350M USD loan, it said monthly payments will come FROM EARNINGS of his Sony ATV catalogue. It means he will already make good use of the FUTURE earnings of Sony ATV catalogue before he even has it in his hands. He would have doubled the value of his earnings by reinvesting it early. By the time that his Sony ATV catalogue EARNINGS have already paid the 350 Million USD loan, he already increased its value to $700 Million USD or more because he has already invested it in another money-earning venture which are more catalogues.

This above FACTS makes me question Michael Jackson real intention singing a contract to do 50 shows (10 or 30 or whatever the story is). Many says that is because of the money, but I beg to differ. If Michael only wanted to do it for the money then he could have easily done some private shows to rich billionaires/millionaires who are willing to pay several millions to see Michael dance and sing. .This would generate more money than AEG ever would provide. Jack Wishna talked about a show option he offered Jackson. When the interviewer asked how much MJ could have made he said "a billion$". But this was not Michael Jackson style. He wanted extravagant shows and wanted to prove to the fans and the doubters that he still got it. He didn’t want to show his talent to a few people, the WHOLE world would know.

Michael is a billion dollar man walking, I am sorry to say but THEY can’t accept that a black man is successful owing all his songs, making a comeback, having so much loving fans from all races. It is too much, they need to diminish that. Good to know that you know the truth.

Would like to hear your comment regarding the issues I brought up.

Love and peace

Um... :?

Not to single anyone out, but...uh...it SEEMS to me that eating Rabbi Boteach for dinner is not something which should be a pastime of an Army of Love. I am concerned about groupthink-pouncing on some one we don't actually KNOW, whom Michael Jackson SAID he loved. They broke bread together, and studied the scriptures together---I have heard, although the only way I know him is through his books, as well, and I think I know why MJ liked him.

Biting and devouring can't be construed as "love", no which way. :|

NOT messin' with your opinions, which we all are entitled to express. Just saying, it's not just expressing opinions when villifying hatred is brewing.

Here is my two cents. I like the Rabbi. I've read many of his books and I believe he LOVED Michael Jackson. He mentions MJ in a few of his other books, even, SO impressed was he by our beautiful, compassionate, thoughtful genius.

The Michael Jackson book was SO different from his other books, it is weirdly, as if he did not write it----but it was mostly transcribed from tapes, so perhaps  :) that is it. He wrote it as a FAVOR to MJ, to try to reclaim some of his Shine from the dirt, which popular group-think put it in.

I really truly believe that the book's "angry judgmental" expressions of Rabbi B. were because he was SO hurt and shocked by the sudden end of the wonderful MJ, someone who had the World by the tail...I believe he had wanted to guide him out of his unique isolation and give him more common-man experiences and insights, sort of as a loving pet project, for someone NO one has ever tried to help in this way.

When it all got flushed down the toilet with the rest of the drugs he believed MJ was using, I think he simply felt cut off at the knees.  It is ALL over. Hopelessness is a serious and vindictively nagging B****. He even recriminates himself, IN the book,  that there may have been more or SOMEthing he could have said which may have turned the tide...oh, God.   Can you IMAGINE living with THAT beast hounding you everytime you hear Michael's name? It wouldn't bother any of us--but this guy had close proximity to MICHAEL JACKSON. He believes he witnessed the drug abuse (Mikey :!:  ) . He now wonders every day, if he could have done something...poor man!

So, I can't be hard on him. He was in serious pain over MJ's death---and he probably doesn't know about the hoax, YET!! THIS is why MJ broke fellowship. To protect :D  8-) his friend's "man of God" reputation. He would NOT EVER involve something REAL in a magician's trick, and ruin the guy.

Genuine "Men of God" MUST be trustworthy. We REQUIRE THIS. In spite of the fact that we've all been disappointed one time or another--even if only on the news---by religious folk, I believe Shmuley Boteach is one of the good ones.  :D

Yeah, some of the things Michael said to him gave him the  :?    :o willies---but it is BECAUSE of the religious differences! Anyone who follows Jesus Christ, knows He said and did things so off the wall, they ARE hard to believe (until you get to know Him, and realize He didn't lie :o  :D ).

Just One of the unusual things Jesus said, is that, "Believers shall lay hands on the sick and they will recover." When I saw Michael Jackson do this the first time, I couldn't   BELIEVE what I was seeing!! Jesus has to be INSIDE, to use His power like this.

I didn't even know he KNEW Jesus :o . He NEVER preaches. Not even a sermonette :!:  I read somewhere that he tried to talk someone out of sex with his brother once, but just being moral doesn't mean "devoted to Jesus".

I stared at the picture for a loooooooooooooooooooooong time, trying to imagine WHAT else he could POSSIBLY be DOING to the child in the picture.

I know he was praying for the baby's healing, and touching him, as Jesus SAID to. The baby is even looking at MJ as if he RECOGNIZES the Spirit of God---not Michael Jackson :!:  :!:  :o

The next time I saw this, it wasn't as obvious--but I've seen thousands of people prayed for---both the bogus showoffs and the genuine, motivated by Love this way, so I know it when I see it. I SAW it.

Naturally, someone who only knows Jesus as the Philosophical Jesus or the Historical Jesus, CAN'T see anything but a demigod, when a follower of Christ says he believes he has power to do the things Christ supposedly did!!! This is why--in genuine christian circles--- there isn't alot of showing off, to outsiders. These powers are holy. They are life-changing. They are not to be cast around disrespectfully. In fact, He said signs will follow believers, not showoffs.

I believe Michael Jackson :D  had a secret mission we all NEVER dreamed we knew about all these years. This may sound wacky, but more and more I can't help but see him as a disguised superhero---like The Batman or someone: "King of Pop, in concert by night", slipping secretly out by day, to be a life-changer during his non-concert times---when the world thought he was simply throwing his money around, at hospitals and sick children...

Confessing this to a Rabbi, would have made the Rabbi

 CRAZY

Can we just re-think Boteach for a minute? None of us actually KNOWS him...aren't we learning and practicing to step back and give the benefit of the doubt, THIS TIME AROUND ?  :)

P.S. : Never underestimate the power of breaking bread as a group. My family did this nightly. For fun, for good food, for fellowship, for validation and support...for accountability. It is the easiest to do, for so much good result.

You're right.  I am judging him unfairly.  I dont know him.  Thanks for this post.

The lesson Michael teaches us is imo: Don't believe you know me. YOU DO NOT!

Yeah, definitely feel that the point is to show us that no matter how much we think we know Michael Jackson, we don't know him.    I feel uneasy somehow.   I'm really considering not buying the album.  I'm not sure if its the right thing to do.

TEARS ARE COMING DOWN MY FACE!! THIS SONG IS BEAUTIFUL!! But wow, I was JUST in time. The second I opened the thread, I clicked "Watch on Youtube" and Sony copyrighted it, but I opened the thread before they did so I was luckily able to listen to this GORGEOUS song, and download it too (ill post it here asap)

Yes, Earth Song samples are in it at the end, but I honestly do not think they're samples. Just the same lyrics, they sound different to me than on Earth Song.  :?

Here are lyrics (i tried as best as i could, sorry i couldnt get some of the background vocals though):

Quote from: "Keep Your Head Up by MJ"
She's looking for a job and to find a place to stay
She's looking for the hope and the empty promising
She's working two jobs, keeping alive
She works in a restaurant night and day
She works her life away, she wipes the tears away
She cries, inside, everytime she feels this way
And she's dying inside, everytime her baby cries, no

Keeping your head up to the sky
Keeping your mind, oh, stay alive
Keeping your wings, so we can fly (Keep your head up tonight)
Keeping your head up to the sky
Oh we can just rise up tell me now
Give me your wings so we can fly (fly, fly)

Killing up the life, and the birds, and the trees
And we're sucking up the air in the earth from under me (its never too late, just sleep on me (?))
I can't even breathe, I can't even see, keep your head up, dont give up today.
How long can we wait? I wish that love would come today.
All you need is love, i'll tell you i know it's coming soon.
And all you need is just a moment, all you do.
Keep your head up!

Keeping your head up to the sky
Keeping your mind, oh, stay alive
Keeping your wings, so we can fly (fly away, fly away, fly away)
Keeping your head up to the sky
Oh we can just rise up tell me now
Give me your wings so we can fly (fly, fly)
Oh my!

Everybody say that time is borrowed
And hanging down your head just aint no good.
And if your debts rise above tomorrow
Just give yourself a chance, fight the circumstance, rise and do it again

Keeping your head up to the sky
Keeping your mind, oh, stay alive
Keeping your wings, so we can fly (yeah!, yeah!)
Keeping your head up to the sky
Oh we can just rise up tell me now
Give me your wings so we can fly (fly, fly)

I needed your love, I needed you now, I needed your side right here today
I needed you now...
I needed your love, I needed you now, I needed your side right here to stay
I needed you now...

(sample from earth song)
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN
WHAT ABOUT ALL THEIR JOY
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN
WHAT ABOUT ALL THEIR JOY
WHAT ABOUT LOVE AGAIN

I needed your love, I needed you now, I needed your light right here today
I needed you now...
