AEG ~ Sony / Contradictions and Inconsistencies
« on: May 02, 2013, 10:12:13 PM »
I thought it might be helpful to some if we had a thread that listed these types of things that appear during this trial.  Things are being discussed in a couple of different threads and may get lost in the shuffle.  We’ve had these list type threads before and they’ve helped a lot.  It could be broken down into several categories…for example…

1.    A witness contradicts themselves while giving testimony in this trial
2.    A witness contradicts their own testimony given in the prior trial
3.    A witness gives testimony that contradicts what we actually saw/heard them say in interviews

There is bound to be conflicting testimony between various witnesses but I thought if we focused on anyone in particular changing their story it might help us narrow down the good guys from the bad ones.  Of course it could be deliberately scripted to happen…who knows?  The one who holds the answers is apparently playing possum at the moment and isn’t sharing that info just yet…lol.

I’m a bit frustrated that we can only get this info second hand through the media and not see/hear it ourselves but it’s the best we have for now.  Thoughts anyone?

BREAKING NEWS

A grease-filled barbeque torpedoed a big party at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch this AM.

A large group was there for the shindig, when the staff lit the BBQ to get the coals hot.  We're told a grease build-up on the system ignited the hood system and caused some panic.

Three engines from the Santa Barbara County Fire Dept. arrived but the blaze had already been put out.

The BBQ was cancelled.

El Pollo Loco anyone?

Katherine Jackson / Jackson "Family Day"...postponed for now
« on: August 02, 2012, 07:26:05 PM »
Source: Jackson Family 'Postpones' Annual 'Family Day'
By Hollie McKay
Pop Tarts <<-- they seriously publish under this heading???
Published August 02, 2012
FoxNews.com

For decades, the extended Jackson family has held an annual “Family Day” usually in the late summer, during which all the relatives reunite, cook, play card games and make an effort to limit the fighting and play nice.

Sources tell Fox411.com that the event was long-scheduled for this Wednesday, and the family fought hard to go ahead with the reunion, but at the last minute, they had no choice but to “postpone.”

“The Jackson’s really pushed hard for Family Day to happen and Katherine was really holding out for it because she wanted things to die down,” an insider told FOX411’s Pop Tarts. “But it got too complicated with certain members being banned from the Calabasas house, although they still wanted to go anyway and thumb it to the estate, but in the end they had to postpone. No new date has been set.”

Despite the hoopla that has surrounded the Jackson family over the last couple of weeks – from mother Katherine being reported as missing and losing her guardianship over Michael’s three children, to several siblings reportedly getting into a altercation requiring police interference at the Calabasas home, to the latest news that several members of the family have been barred from that family home – the famous feuding family still trying to forge ahead with some sort of unity.

There was even talk of the Family Day – which typically draws up to 100 Jackson relatives – going down at Neverland Ranch, although that would require cutting through a significant amount of red tape to ascertain permission. Speaking of the famous sprawling Santa Barbara digs Michael Jackson once called home, we’re also told that MJ’s eldest son, Prince, has for a long time held a strong desire to buy the ranch back outright. But as for Family Day, it is likely that if all goes to plan that the kids will still attend for Katherine’s sake.  “They have gone on occasion before with Michael, and usually stayed close by his side,” continued our source. “But Michael only ever went when he was at a low point.”

But now, it’s the siblings that are trying to cool things off and rise from one of the biggest low points within the Jackson clan.
“The plan they hatched last week clearly backfired and fans have turned against the family. The fan backlash has been devastating, and that bothers them more than any media report or bad publicity,” explained our source.

And given the plethora of tweets that have come out against the family over the past few days, the term “backlash” may just be an understatement.

“The other not as famous Jackson’s are some money hungry idiots,” tweeted one, another said that “watching Michael’s siblings fight, literally, his children for his money is disgusting,” while another called them all a “sad media circus” and another noted that the family “is self-destructing because now that Michael is gone, money is running on empty.”

“They are keenly aware of public perception and now want to put on their best front,” said the insider, adding that Janet has now returned to Atlanta, Tito has gone off to Tokyo to perform with his blues band and that Jermaine “has crawled under a rock for now.”
Incidentally, Jermaine has called for peace within the family, and rescinded his support for the controversial letter alleging that the estate executors were taking advantage of his mother and that MJ’s will was a fraud. It was that letter that reportedly launched the lengthy family saga.

“Mistakes have been made and irrational things have been said on both sides in a highly-charged emotional environment,” he wrote Wednesday in a statement on Twitter. “It is time for us all to draw a line in the sand and move towards peace, co-operation, love and healing. I truly hope that we can find it in our hearts to do so. Because above and beyond anything else, what matters … is family.”

Reps for Katherine Jackson did not respond to a request for comment.

Messages to Michael / Just Wanted to Share...
« on: March 10, 2012, 02:41:32 PM »
I haven't been around much lately but I have tried to read and keep up when I can.  Real life really seems to love to throw a curve ball now and again to keep you hoppin' and it can be a pain in the butt sometimes...lol.

I know that this section is called Messages to Michael...and while this is really not a message to him I wanted to share it and thought it would be appropriate here.  I think we all have days during these quiet times when our confidence takes a hit so to speak...so if you are having a tough time maybe this will help a bit.  It must have popped into my head for a reason so here goes...

Seems trouble and turmoil
Like to creep in
The minds of the unsure
Trying to win

To confuse and confound
The innocent heart
That has only sought answers
Right from the start

We knew from inception
That this “ride” would be grand
And are blessed with our whisperer(s)
Lending a hand

Human Nature will dictate
That we each have our days
Where doubt creeps in
Like the tide in the bays

But we’ve made it this far
On sheer determination
From all walks of life
No matter our station

So we must remain strong
In our supporting role
In this adventure of a lifetime
Though nerves do take a toll

Just focus on the joy
And immense satisfaction
That will flow through our group
When our Director orders “action!”

The timing is his alone
Only he knows best
When to end one scene
And move on to the rest

So I trust in his judgment
For all the what’s, when’s and how’s
And bite my tongue from saying
I want it NOW.

I miss him as others
And can see the world needs him
But respect that his plans
Must have logic and reason

As much as we’ve learned
I’ve no doubt that there’s more
Things that must take place
For the hoax at its core.

So be patient my friends
Though I know that it’s hard
No one goes through a battle
And emerges unscarred.

But this will be worth it
This cause is most just
I’m praying for patience
And in Michael I trust.

I hope you liked it...and if it helps just one person on a bad day then I guess it will have fulfilled it's purpose.  Hopefully I'll have a chance now to get back more active again...I've missed quite a bit I think...lol.

County Releases Pension Data
152 Former Employees Receive More Than $100,000 Per Year
Friday, August 19, 2011

The average pensioner getting money from the Santa Barbara County Employee Retirement System (SBCERS) receives $2,881.85 a month, or $34,582.21 a year, according to data provided by SBCERS last week.

Of the 2,904 people who receive a pension through SBCERS, 152 get more than $100,000 per year and 25 people — including ten who worked in the Sheriff’s Department — receive more than $150,000. Of the top 25, eight served as the heads of their respective departments at one time of another. Six retired prosecutors from the DA’s office are also in the top 25. The highest name on the list is longtime District Attorney Tom Sneddon, who rakes in a whopping $224,672.64 every year.
The information was made available after a public records request from multiple newspapers. Recent court decisions require retirement systems to identify members receiving retirement allowances.

On the other end of the spectrum, 167 people receive less than $500 a month. There are 28 people who receive less than $100 a month.

Here is a list of the top 15 names on the list:

1. Tom Sneddon, $224,672.64

2. Ken Shemwell, $206,803

3. Jim Anderson, $206,448.12

4. Jim Thomas, $190,045.32

The man should be in jail for the stunts he pulled against Michael...using taxpayers dollars to do it I might add.  Instead this SOB is raking in a cool quarter mil a year without even having to get out of bed.  Paying people for their history of criminal and unethical behavior should NEVER stand!!!
