Other Odd Things / Re: Mafia

Awful picture. There is also a connection between Tohme and the company that bought Neverland. In phoneconversations that rev. J. Gaitlin made public, MJ claimed that Tohme had taken over all his business decisions and was standing in between him and his people, that he did not know what was going on anymore and felt isolated and afraid. MJ was 'deathly afraid' of Tohme, as Gaitlin calls it. Frank Dileo claimed in a public interview that MJ even authorised Tohme to sign cheques for money.

And so, MJ fired Tohme, just a month before he 'disappeared'. Security is raised. Doubled, tripled, quadroupled. Joe Jackson also claims that he was being kept away from MJ the last weeks and that MJ was being isolated. Then Tohme curiously showed up again with Jermaine at the announcement at the hospital which is strange, considering he was recently fired. In addition Tohme is said to have fired the staff right after the 25th happenings. The Estate claimed several millions back from Tohme that he had been 'savekeeping' supposedly for a house that MJ was interested in buying (the missing money from the house?). How did Tohme get so much influence on MJ's business and assets?

I am not suggesting MJ was in the mafia himself. But there are a lot of indications that they were circling around him, trying to get hold of his assets. Wherever there is money involved, you will come across such people. Not saying he was murdered either, but there may have been an attempt to murder him. Hence increased security before 25th June etc. etc. On many occasions -spanning at least a period of 10 yrs- he made it clear to several people that he feared for his life and that of his children too: e.g. to dieter wiesner, to rev. jude gaitlin, to his siblings.

On top of that, there have been death threats to him and his family before. The FBI just released 333 pages of their files on MJ, revealing death threats to MJ himself, his family and mass death threats to his fans during a concert, comparable to a terrorist attack. Remember, the concerts were only moments away from June 25th...
The money is 'locked away' now in the trustfund/MJ Estate so it is much harder to gain access to through extortion or death threats. The ambulance pictures seem authentic to me. Whether he survived or not, murder or attempted murder, remains the question. Murray may have served as a fall guy. Such circumstances could justify a Witness Protection Program. In any case, there will be a huge investigation, no matter whether it was homocide or attempted homocide.

Oh thanks, hadn´t seen that.

It´s just too bad Michael hooked up with those guys.
"If you play with fire....."  :(

If this IS a hoax, then the mob are the only ones (apart from the Feds) who could pull it through.

It is more likely the other way around, that they were drawn to him/his influence/his assets. Surrounded by leeches. Whenever there is money involved, you will come across such people and eventually you cannot trust anyone anymore. Money is the root of all evil, like MJ said

Well, I´ve been wondering for months why noone in media has addressed the fact that Michael was involved with the Las Vegas mob - he and two of his brothers. (Don´t know which ones, but I´ll take a guess that Jermaine is one of them). Most of Michael´s bodyguards came from the mob and quite a few of the shady characters he surrounded himself with.

In the end of the 90´s Michael signed a contract with the mafia giving them total control of his finances.
He needed his career back on track again and so did something that he most likely came to regret.
After what I´ve heard, he owed them a lot of money.

So, based on that info, whatever happened on the 25th June COULD be linked to the mafia. Or not :)
Actually there have been some articles on that, such as:

A lot can be learned by focussing on what happened around 25th June, and from official documents which are probably most accurate to what really happened, for instance the search warrants. What was found in the house? What was found in Murray's car? Events, times etc.

Just read 'attempted homocide' instead of homocide and 'medical report' instead of autopsy report. In case someone is poisoned and the patient survives, they will also test blood and tissue to proof attempted homocide.

If he is still alive and if he would return to his old identity, I don't believe he would return on stage like that as if it all had been a big game, sorry.

TMZ just posted a little 'error' though, have a look:

It's so easy to make such words.. Everyone can write a fake story.. There is no evidence, just text from a random person..

Old asian guy? Look at him, day before.. His real hair, that was not a wig! How can he be bald then? Murray cuted his hair while waiting on the ambulance?.. Old? He looked pretty much like the 90's Michael.. Except some wrinkels..

You're going down to easy.

About being bald... This curls are not his real hair. But because it's very very good wig (He's MJ and he can effort the best) made from real human hair it's look good.

Come on! What's wrong in being bald? Maybe some of you are too young to admit the guy can be sexy being bald? In his age and his health (lupus, vitiligo, different procedures) it's normal.
Some of my friends became bald in their 20s. It happens to men. Relax.
Nothing wrong with being bald or having short hair. Also, he has worn wigs before. Hair can grow back for people with Lupus, it is not permanent.
However, it just does not seem like he wore a wig the days before 25th, making reports claiming he was bald at that time not credible.

Agree, the 'bald' statement is a bit uncredible. When you look close at the video of 'This Is It', days before the 25th, it looks like his real hair. At some moments you can also see his scalp shining at the devide of hair, wigs don't do that.

According to several reports by fans, they were kept away from Michael because one of the fans had leaked to the press telling them that Michael said he only agreed to do 10 shows, not 50.  Apparently the fans also noticed his weight declining and were worried for him even though he told them he was fine. They contacted everyone they thought was close to Michael and also gave him letters telling him of their concern. Most of the letters were given to him the night before he "died".  It's said that when the report was leaked that security no longer allowed the fans inside or even near Michael. I'm not sure what to believe but is it possible that it wasn't really Michael near the end and that is why security kept the fans at a distance?  They would know if that was truly Michael, right? One dancers account from the inside said that Michael started to show up at meetings with his security.
I don't know, find it hard to believe that that would be a reason to keep fans away from him. He also skipped a few rehearsals right before 25th, also strange. And as you say, he even received letters the very night before he disappeared, gives reason for thought.

Michael Jackson News / Re: what do you think will happen tomorrow?
« on: January 25, 2010, 02:59:49 PM »
IF he is still alive he would only have disappeared for a very very serious reason (possibly danger), so serious that his family had to declare him dead. The best way to achieve such a thing legally is for instance through a Witness Protection Program. Things like that are not a game. Therefore it would not make sense for him to leave all sorts of clues that could blow his cover.

So no, I find it unlikely that IF he is alive and IF he would return to his old identity, that he would do it at some sort of magical date, play a bit with numbers etc. You don't toy with things like that, it would be a random date and probably with some previous announcement.

As far as a WPP, such a program does strongly discourage any contact of the person in the program with their loved ones in order to not endanger the program. Often the people in a WPP need to testify as a (crown)witness at the trial. A WPP usually lasts untill the trial or if the threat persists, even after the trial.
Remember the files the FBI released recently on MJJ. A man had threatened to kill MJ or fans at his concerts. That's a mass murder threat. Suppose such a threat happened again around 25th June, security would be highly increased and the concerts few weeks ahead would be cancelled. MJJ would have to serve as a witness, especially if it appeared that someone indeed tried to kill him  (attempted murder, propofol) despite increased security. They could have saved him in hospital. Blood and tissue tamples would be send to pathology lab and examined for possible toxification, he would have had a throrough medical and a report would have been drafted to serve in the investigation.
