What is the point in the same people continually voting for "RIP" or "alive" - arent polls supposed to reflect the general publics view on the situation?
The poll means nothing now that believers are fixing the results of the poll by continually voting for their own beliefs.
What is the point of that> what does it achieve? You're right, but it's pointless mentioning. Another thing, it appears everytime you need to vote in order to see the poll results

Why doesn't she come up with something substantial and go to the police with it if she has any information. At this stage it's not very wise to withold any information if the family want the people responsible be brought to justice. So far the only person charged is Murray.

Raven, I just want to mention something - as you have placed a photo of MJ sleeping with his eyes closed. One of my sons sleeps with his eyes open. But 1) not instantly when he goes to sleep right away - it's only during the period when he begins to fall into a deeper level of sleep that it happens. 2) when I say sleep with eyes open - it doesn't mean eyes WIDE open as though you are wide awake. The eye lids are going to be slightly ajar -but not like how they would be when awake and concious of what you're doing - like reading, watching tv, talking to someone etc...
So the photo of MJ sleeping with his eyes shut doesn't necessarily mean he did NOT ever sleep with his eyes partially open. If I go in and see my son after about 1 1/2 to 2 hours after he has closed his eyes to go to sleep, his eyes will have opened slightly. It's creepy to look at, but it's normal to many people.  True

What about the wording ensconced in "Jackson's body was ensconced in a $25,000 red casket"
It may mean:
to settle snuggly
to hide
to shelter
to settle down
in a red (love) case for jewels... 
In this sense it sounds like a hidden honeymoon ("it is all for love").
or
Protection from theft like in a safe.
Exactly, that's what I mean, it suggests as if he was actively hiding himself comfortably

Well well, it's not a suprise to me at all that TIAI redirected here to this post. I mean it is obvious that TMZ is in on the hoax and most likely connected to TIAI. For me this just double confirms what I discovered just the other day when I posted this thread

I knew it wasn't some malfunction with internet cookies that caused what I saw. I tried to see the TIAI redirect and was asked for a password. Nobody is required to have a password to access TIAI and see their redirects...except admin of TIAI need the password to change the redirect. I must have hit the thisisalsoit.com site just as they, TMZ, were in there changing the redirect. I was denied access to TIAI by TMZ, and I did a screen capture from my computer to share with you guys. Check it out and see the TMZ logo next to where it says "access denied" to thisisalsoit.com
So, TMZ is revealing more info on the hoax and hopefully soon and very soon we will see the KING! Oh, and since TMZ is giving us all the opportunity to voice our opinion, please remember to vote "MJ alive" in their poll here You are not allowed to view links.

If you type in a letter for the url, your browser automatically can fill in the rest of the url based on url's that you visited before starting with the same letters. So if you type thisisalsoit.com, after you typed the first t your browser gave all suggestions that started with "t" to save you time typing. Which in your case, also included tmz.com. As far as the tmz logo in front of the thisisalsoit.com url, sometimes the logo's of websites are just messed up and switched amongst eachother, it's just a temporary browser malfunction that happens every now and then.

I don't really know to make something out of the "knoll-type theory" statement.
I'll give it a try:
"Knoll type" seems to be attributed to "in the style of" design furniture (home and office).
Knoll is recognized as a worldwide design leader.
So the hoax theory is designed, stylish, global and leading.

the 'grassy knoll type theory'-expression is based on a figure of speech. it means that people came up with that who 'can hear the grass grow', i think it may be used as a term for 'insider information', like 'from the root'. or, if used in a way to tell someone he's losing it by coming up with some outrageous theory.
'our spies have come clean' is a very interesting wording. 'to come clean' means to finally unveil, give up information that was withheld.
i think this is made to look like a joke, but it's really a serious clue. especially with the attached poll. that's a people counter!! 'how much support is there, really'. i just checked again, it's over 83.000 votes now and 52% percent of that say mike lives!
this hoax is such a genius piece of art. bow to the king!

It's a lot of BS, there are other ways a physician needs to check on the condition of his patient then whether the eyes are open or not. In particular with propofol, the patient needs to be monitored continuously with the right equipment by specially trained medical personell. So if this is truly coming from the defence, it's definite proof of unprofessional conduct.
At the end of the the article it also says "They say poor health after years of drug abuse prompted a heart attack." Which is not true either, he supposedly had a cardiac arrest. Secondly, it was not caused by years of drug abuse but by acute propofol intoxication.
Furthermore, Michael did not sleep with his eyes open

@Grace: you might be misled by the reflections in the gold.
On a sidenote, at the memorial underground picture this person (presumably one of the brothers) is kissing the casket. If he would be aware of a hoax, why would he kiss the casket when they were in private?

I don't think you understand, I'm just showing there is an inconsistency between the pic BEN is showing us, and what was on that HOLLYWOOD video. I really don't care WHO was supposed to have taken the "MJ in ambulance" pic. If there is an inconsistency, you must wonder what's going on? Right?
In the HOLLYWOOD video it shows tan & red shirt guys together on the side as the ambulance is pulling away.
In the BEN photograph, it shows tan shirt guy far away from red shirt guy as the ambulance is pulling away.
In the HOLLYWOOD video, it shows red shirt guy on the side as security has hands on back windows when ambulance is pulling away.
In the BEN picture, the red shirt guy is at the back when security has hands on back windows as the ambulance is pulling away.

You don't understand what I'm saying. Ben does not say which guy took the picture: the one in red or the one in tan. Both guys are on that picture, so he is not incorrect: there is no inconsistency. Also concerning the distance, the ambulance is moving and they are as well, there is no inconsistency there either. The ambulance is taking a back turn to the left, moving closer with the side window relatively to mr. red shirt (who appears to have taken the picture) and mr. tan shirt is getting nearer to the front of the ambulance. They are still well a few steps apart by then.
