Well, either it's him and that's the genius of it; because who would actually BELIEVE it's him on Youtube like that!

OR - it's not him and just a very good impersonator having some fun. Gotta love a good mystery!  8-)

 bearhug

well whoever it is you can distinctly notice this guy has VITILIGO. if it's not michael, then it must be a EXQUISITE impersonator who just HAPPENS to have VITILIGO as well and looks SO MUCH LIKE HIM in his physical stature.

or he could have been a really good double we haven't heard of before who was cast in this is it and michael is uploading these videos for him trying to let everyone know that its obivous something isnt right here. ;)

Of course they had different reasons to fake their deaths.

If you go on the links from the LIST above ^^ you will see what strong reasons Elvis had to fake his death.

Plus, I think it's not important to compare the reasons and who got better reasons than who!
Making this kind of comparisons is not constructive.

And you will see on this thread: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login that he was a fighter for human rights!! and he always supported the African American artists and their community. Elvis has always been highly appreciated for his open attitude against racism in general!

I completely understand and honor what you mean, but my point is that Elvis is still Caucasian he will always have the advantage because thats how our society has conditioned us; to praise the majority (historically) and to deny the suppressed minority groups. I'm just saying, that because of the circumstance, Michael had a difficult time getting acquainted with the musical scene than all elvis simply because Michael had many racial obstacles to overcome.  Of course Elvis had issues, but you cannot deny the fact that he was a white man and white man particularly in that period were unfortunately accepted in that era more so than any other ethnic group. Think about this, who do you think would have been gaining the most publicity and recognition if BOTH these men began their careers at the same time? Michael would have surely been discriminated against more so than Elvis. It's history. pure and simple.

I'm contributing with love, so I apologize in advance if this may have offended you. Please dont' take it personal though, I just hold my convictions highly and solely given the circumstance and how the human race has evolved (and regressed given how primitive human society is) we all know that they had to put an emphasis on race but as well know. IT DONT MATTA IF YOU BLACK OR WHITE.

I don't want to assert that michael had more incentive to fake his death, but in any case, michael probably would have had more reason to do so just because of all the malicious allegations that he to do with with in addition to his net worth. he drew in a considerable amount of revenue, as did elvis, but michael will always carry the distinction of being a minority in american civilization. Never underestimate that stance in american culture, michael was constantly belittled and degraded as a human being and one of the most prominent components in promoting this desire was due to his affiliation with minority. Michael Jackson's "billie jean" had to fight to be put on MTV simply because there was an inability to market young black people. (or any minority of that particular time in the early 1980's.)

If elvis faked his death, thats a valid statement, which I am willing to wholeheartedly accept. but I don't think Elvis had to do with oppression and suppression seeing that he had white privilege.

AHA! I was looking for this information for a while now! but i finally have come across it for the first time in nearly two years.  The text below is of a facebook user who claimed that michael jackson was jason malachi back in 2007 (yes he was saying this in 2007, when michael was alive and world already knew it!) and this was his reasoning behind that. I was unable to retrieve his post (which was extremely compelling to me at the time) because Jason Malachi supposedly deleted his facebook so I was never able to see it again. Luckily I figured on the old forum I may have discussed it in quotes and here it is!

1) Will.I.am stated that he was trying to convince Michael Jackson to release his forthcoming album online, and to use social networking sites like myspace.com to promote his music. Perhaps not coincidentally, Jason Malachi's album is ONLY available online, and can only be purchased on Jason's myspace page in the Nimbit music store. Will.I.am announced that he was working with Michael in October of 2006, and Jason Malachi's album dropped on May 31, 2008. That is more than enough time to record a hit album. Here is a link to the story.....You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login ... et_1020141

2) On Jason Malachi's myspace page, he lists Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly, James Brown, Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole as inspirations. Haven't we all heard Michael Jackson list these SAME people as influences?

3) There are NO tour dates, album credits, MTV promotion, or any kind of publicity. Hell, there isn't even a wikipedia article on this guy!! Trust me, if there was someone out there who sounded identical to Michael Jackson the way that "Jason Malachi" does, he'd definitely have 15 or 30 minutes of fame. And somehow, the ONLY information you can dig up on Jason Malachi is from his myspace page. This whole thing is WAY to quiet.

4) Some people say that Jason's songs are not quite good enough to be Michael Jackson songs. They say the production is the digitalized, and that Malachi's vocals aren't as great as Michael Jackson. Well, Jason Malachi's songs are really Michael Jackson DEMOs. Michael Jackson's demos are only blueprints, people. If you listen to the demos for "Don't stop til you get enough," "Billie Jean," etc, you'll see that the music sounds stripped down and the vocals are no where near as great as the finished version. Michael NEVER gives his best vocals on his demos, nor is the music at its best quality. Michael Jackson has released these demos to the public to get a reaction, and he'll hit us with a major release a little later. To hear an example of a Michael Jackson demo, click here. This is the "Don't stop til you get enough" demo. Notice how it sounds worlds away from the finished version that made the "Off the Wall" album. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

5) Michael Jackson is STILL under contract for Sony Records. I doubt he can even release songs under the name "Michael Jackson." He has to wait until his contract expires. He can't release a new album from Sony. Why do you think we keep getting re-releases like Thriller 25 and such? Until the contract expires, Mike can't do too much. It's the same thing Prince went through. That's the reason why Prince changed his name to that stupid symbol; his record company owned him. He couldn't release new material under the name Prince while still under contract with Warner Bros. Michael Jackson is undergoing the same battle with Sony. Remember that before he released Dangerous back in 1991, Michael signed a $1 Billion Contract with Sony Entertainment, and to this day, he still owes them more albums.

6) Michael Jackson apparently went to Prince for career advice in the summer of 2007. Prince is notorious for using different names and aliases during his battle with his former label, Warner Bros. ( He used the names Paisley Park, NPG, Camille, The Artist, and several others.) Likewise, Prince released several albums that are only available online. It's highly plausible that Prince gave MJ the idea to release music under an alias to avoid any kind of lawsuit from Sony Music. Here is a link to the story.......You are not allowed to view links. 7) This "Jason Malachi" character has released videos of himself singing acapella on youtube. Don't buy it, people. Tell me how can he sound like an impersonator on that clip, but somehow sound JUST LIKE Michael Jackson on the songs? The voice serenading us on youtube, and the voice on the Jason Malachi songs are obviously different voices. The voice on the songs is obviously the King of Pop. Also, the lighting on the video of "Jason Malachi" singing acapella is so dim, we cannot see his mouth clearly. He may have been lip synching. Never trust the internet, people.

8) Jason Malachi sounds similar to Michael Jackson. The only letter missing is the "K". I think Michael might as well have used the anagram of "Jason Jackson." It's really obvious.

9) Jason Malachi's album cover is him leaning against a red brick wall. This is identical to the "Off the wall" album cover. Look closer, and you'll see that Jason's body is positoned EXACTLY the same as Michael's body is positioned on the Bad album cover. Likewise, Jason is dressed in all black, just like MJ is on the album cover. Mike is sending us plenty of hints.

10) Why don't we ever see Jason sing live? If he could sing "Biggerman" or "You don't have to go" live and in person, I'd believe him. But in the few videos of him dancing and performing online, he's always lip synching. (We know why.)

11) Malachi is a biblical name that means “The messenger”. This was one of the Minor Prophets in the Old Testament, the author of the Book of Malachi, which some claim foretells the coming of Christ. The coming, in a biblical standpoint also refers to the return, like the second coming and whatnot. Michael Jackson was brought up to be, and probably still is a very religiously inclined person. The quote on Jason Malachi's MySpace is "Prepare for Malachi", so if you translate Malachi it would mean "prepare for the return."

12) Will.I.am announced that he was working with Michael Jackson in late 2006. In the late summer of 2007, this unknown "Jason Malachi" pops up, who has no previous credentials or work. On the same note, Malachi pops up AFTER MJ had a meeting with Prince (who is known for his fake names and symbols) and only released his music online through a social networking site. (Which is EXACTLYwhat Will.I.am instructed MJ to do.)

13) Last, but not least, this benefits Michael Jackson. His reputation and image have been horribly damaged by scandals. If Michael Jackson came out and said, "OK, I'm releasing an album," some people wouldn't budge. After all, people are more caught up in his personal life than his great, legendary music. However, if some young guy out there happened to sound JUST LIKE Michael Jackson, people would be intrigued by the music only. They would enjoy the music, and listen with an open mind.

Paris obviously reads and keeps track of TMZ everyday, since she posted the same day.  Why pay so much attention to them if we should not believe them, and they are trash.

Paris replied, "It's NOT him ... the whole album isn't even him!! Go online ... go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him!!"

If this is all a lie, then the whole album IS him, and yes then--

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris made a bombshell announcement to friends ... telling them the MJ album released in the wake of the singer's death did NOT contain MJ's actual voice ... it was an imposter.

TMZ has learned ... the announcement was made during an online video chat with several friends in 2008 ... just before the "Michael" album was released, which contains several previously unreleased tracks allegedly performed by Michael Jackson.

The video chat was recorded ... and Paris joked about the footage eventually "leaking" to the Internet.

Paris had made the announcement in the midst of rumors that MJ's parts on the "Michael" album were REALLY performed by an MJ sound-alike named Jason Malachi ... but both Jason and Sony denied the allegations.

During the video chat, Paris played one of the songs from the album, "Hold My Hand" ... and one of her friends asks why the singer doesn't sound like MJ.

Paris replied, "It's NOT him ... the whole album isn't even him!! Go online ... go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him!!"

She continues, "I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time."

TMZ has learned a recording of Paris' video message is being shopped to various media outlets ... and we're told "Offers are on the table."

I wonder who this Jason Malachi REALLY is.

And I wonder whether Paris is stirring the pot of controversy to shake us all up a bit! You remember MJ talking about his ears in This is It? That he wanted to be able to hear his own voice without having earpieces shoved like a fist into his orifices?

I bet this is a clue to open our ears since our eyes are already wide open, staring at pics of MJ and making various observations.

Just my two cents...

Titania

Jason Malachi IS michael.

I don't think the issue is really about succeeding or being unable to succeed in ways others have been unable and able to, I think we should focus more on the aspect of recognition and acknowledgement. It should be about how their accomplishments have shaped who they are, and have molded them into what the music industry made them become. Michael AND Madonna have both left their impressions on the industry and that shouldn't be taken for granted. They have established a presence that reaches beyond the realm of individual creativity and that's why they should be honored. Who cares if madonna is great artists or not, who cares if michael is an exceptionally gifted and remarkable entertainer that reached multiple demographics. They are two MEMORABLE people and will ALWAYS be REMEMBERED, whether you LIKE IT OR NOT...which means they accomplished a goal that they wanted all along and is that is to be always remembered. We will always know michael as a musician (general impressions from a casual observer) and we will always know madonna. they were engraved into society in such a way that we will never forget them. But that has nothing to do with talent at all, just means they found a way to be remembered. SO honestly, I commend them both for being able to stick into our minds. because frankly, everybody in america (at least) has heard of these two people. so I think its utterly useless to compare the two because i bet you they both had a goal and that was to be known even if they don't like them. they could care less about people who hate their music because they getting the publicity needed to venture forth in their careers, so we are facilitating them in all facets of entertainment spectrum. I'm honestly sick of people bashing artists like this because we know nothingw ill change. madonna had to exist in music and therefore she will always be relevent in some form because of it, and same with michael.

I agree that Priscilla didn't like Michael. In fact Priscilla didn't like any of Lisa's boyfriends  I think she was a very loving, too protecting mother! probably this "control-mania" stemmed from the years when people hunted Elvis! so she wanted to prevent the same thing from happening to her daughter! I can't blame her...
But Lisa has always been way too voluntary and independent, she really inherited Elvis' strong personality, so I doubt Priscilla had something to say in Lisa's love-decisions as it has been gossiped.

I heard priscilla didn't like elivs either ;)

Doctor Murray played the oblivious rodent in the MJ trial. unfortunately, the cheese has left the building and now he is forced into a  jail cell that is clearly a fabrication of our imagination. Sorry Murray, but the cheese is non-existent...you dang mouse!

Thought that was significant...or maybe not. the reporter is just being a douche. :P

In the back of my mind, I've always felt that loyalty and respect was hard to come by. But lately, It feels like trust is slowly diminishing among the people I currently interact with. Not saying they are bad people, but unfortunately, my circle of friends are slightly worth the necessary suspicion. Now, I'm the type of person that usually cuts off any relationship if I sense any ounce of peculiarity, but for the most part I tend to get along with everybody. I have some great friends, but there are others who I will always be weary about. questioning their identity, wondering if they actually are there for me or simply there because it's convenient. but we all know this is a struggle that we face our entire lives...constantly questioning the integrity  of the people who stand amongst you.

ON a second note...woman are so frustrating. but I guess I can attribute that to the way society has conditioned us. >< or maybe...human beings in general are the basis of frustration! who knows.

thirdly....gahhh. I'm not wanting to be negative. I'm just here. I feel apathetic in a way...some sort of catharsis is ventilating through my brain on the subject of michael. It's not really that I don't believei n him anymore..I just like to disassociate with him every once and while, and possibly the hoax as a whole. Looking up michael information and facts 24/7 can be quite too much for me at times, so I like to slow it down and enjoy other things for the time being. Don't get me wrong, michael is a genius who is the perfect craftsman but lately I just can't be bothered by hearing of his estate and what they are in the process of doing. On the other, there is more to life than just michael. we are human beings. and although its always nice to gravitate to him everyonce and a while...I draw a fine line between obsession and observation. but really, I just don't like to always talk about michael everyday. sometimes it can get annoying. so thats my thought processes there. no offense to anyone here. I admire michael on so many levels but initially I was never a huge fan to begin with.  but I am a fan of his intellect. and thats what matters. I like his music...but have always liked his speeches, his words, and his ideals.

Can everyone please pray for my Grandma?

She has not been doing well at all lately,  and she found out yesterday that she has 2 tumors on her lungs. We find out in about a month if they are cancerous...

My Grandma is really the only person I have in my family. If I lose her, I don't know how I will be able to go on. Please keep her in your prayers.

I never saw this! D:

sim, did you read my post? lol. I think it's worth acknowledging. She's dead. I'm certain of it.  It may be a bit strange BECAUSE it could have been a murder. but it's not hoax. As bec pointed out, the authenticity of Michael's hoax would be lost if we continue to think stuff such as this.

celebrities have been victimized through the media and constantly ridiculed. It's been pretty prevalent through the years and has established one thing: DEATH exists prematurely. Unfortunately, celebrities are more susceptible to an early demise for a variety of reasons. Witney houston was one case which was highly represented of this. Of course, it's highly logical to assume that she is no longer with us. life is so precious and we highly covet it in such a profound regard that every moment of our existence is imperative. It suggests that we as people must learn to get over tragedy and, try to learn from our mistakes to end the incredible hatred. (we can't let our neglect for whitney in times of  her distress dictate the outcome for OTHER people. we need to unify as people and show love) Therefore, what me must learn from the death of a highly-profiled celebrity such as witney is that we need to take life as it comes and not worry about details. because every experience has some significant value in it, and the more we blink the more we forget to realize what is between the lines. and we have to enjoy every second and not take it for granted. because we don't know who will wake up tomorrow.  death does not mean the end, it only marks the beginning. but we should come to realize that since life is short, we can't sit and dwell on the negativity. we have to continue to enlighten and teach people how to share and support the love. but importantly, we have to know our HISTORY so we don't make mistakes in the future. But the point is, death is imminent. we cannot change our own demise. and unfortunately, Whitney died because she was a celebrity guided by the wrong light. (and I don't mean drugs, they really DON'T care about us. they care about the money) make no mistake about it.

Celebrities have a significantly shorter lifespan because they are known to have a camera on them a majority of the time. The stresses that burden a celebrity can never be fully understood unless you have experienced it yourself, but that's why we should continue to show love and compassion for all. because if we don't, we are barricading our futures from a world of peace. we prohibiting a sense of open-mindedness, and if we CONTINUE to hound these celebrities and treat them as anything other than human, then we risk another tragedy like this occurring. we can no longer ask why, but how can we prevent this. but it's funny, you'd think the easiest action to act upon,is something that everybody can easily do. Love. Love. Love. Love. love is a drug that will keep us from hurting ourselves. yet so many people refrain from it because they don't know how to spread it. Why is that? because we sometimes forget it ever exists. because we think that there isn't any in the world so we should jsut give up hope because it's useless. well I don't from which book you're reading, but love is infectious and allows us to heal gaping wounds once we incorporate our history into the mix of our experiences. we can't evolve as a primitive species if we never learn to live with one another. I mean, how primitive as a species are we? we resolve conflicts by waging wars? why can't we peacefully come to an agreement? Maybe because our materialistic greeds annihilated our ambitions of a better tomorrow.

So? You can be in denial or you can face reality. yes, it is strange that whitney died in such strange fashion. but hey, what death does not accompany such oddities? Whitney Died, and we have to learn to deal with it but also understand that if we have loved her and always supported her instead of constantly degrading thew oman, she would still be alive today. but it's not right to point the finger, so we have to do as people is understand teh fundamental importance in establishing a loving relationship with people who are burdened by the evil. just simply show the love, and we can prevent another tragedy like this from occurring.

Oh and This post was lovely. 17 years old, such a very logical and open-minded person you are! Iwantyouback! keep spreading your wisdom! we need it.
