I'm starting to think that this trial is real and MJ really is setting up the entire justice system and this is exactly what TS was saying about Prince not having to testify and lie under oath.
Which makes my head hurt to think, our system is trying to convict a man of killing another man that is not dead. And MJ is going to expose it.
Which means this really is how bad it is. They will ruin an innocent man's life over rumor and speculation. Which, come to think of it, is exactly what they did to MJ.
Disagree. This hoax is about, should be about much more than setting up justice system. MJ was announced not guilty of all charges. What else do we need? Justice was done. You mean Michael should not be prosecuted? Wrong. If you think from prosecutor's prospective, that is their job to pursue if they have got complaint, especially from teenager. Michael should not give that opportunity to them. Even if prosecutor would have known the extortion is the ground of accusations. However, prudent person thinks, Michael must sleep with woman or man (if he is gay of course), but not with strange to him children. Yes, we know Michael is innocent and pure, but prosecutor can't say that in response to complaint:"Oh, you know what it's ok, that's Michael, he is pure , harmless man". No, they have to do their job. In other words, Michael should not be that careless, especially that in the past he once already experienced bad people greed.
So, this hoax must be about, I would say for example, to expose corruption in medical and pharmacy system. Or money.......in the first place for everything unfortunately.
I dont agree with you scorpionchick.. They wanted distroy michael jackson. it was all an act against him. nothing was fair in that case.. ..

Are you saying Tom Sneddon only did his clean and sober prosecuting job, with nothing else in mind!?!Or am I misunderstanding something, possibly not being well-informed.. :oops:

bec, first you can't fake your death, let a man in jail for your death and then come back to say: "got ya. i did it!" Michael would face some serious problems.
second, this means all the trial was based on false oath and false documents and that also leads to serious problems for everyone involved, employees, friends, family so again.
I don't know how old you are, if you're working somewhere, sorry, no offense, but you seem to not understand that this is not and can't be very easy, you may love movies and there everything is possible because they can defy any detail they don't like for the sake of the movie, but this is life. C´m on guys, please read Sinderellas posts carefully about the circumstances under which you CAN fake your death legally, because she KNOWS what she is saying there.And I know that because we have been busy on this topic since 18 months and gathered so much evidence and reassurance from official points of view, that right now it is about telling these arguments again and again to those who hear it for the first time.Which is not bad, but makes me understand bec`s reaction quite well since he/she is on this forum since a long time. From the moment on you fake your death "officially protected", the bounds of possibilities are taking place on a bigger scale than you can think of as a "normal" citizen, acting within the random system.I did feel it as an insult on bec to read questions about his/her age, work,and that this is all not easy and real life which, according to cascademjs, he does not seem to realize.Which, I think, from knowing becs posts, definately is not true.BTW, why would thinking of this trial being a REAL trial be so far fetched? I`d say let us stay calm and wait and see, save our energies, we have some walk to do and in the meantime we so now and then need a good laugh, too. The theater has just begun, we don`t know much yet apart from quite some chaos and discrepancies as well as things we remember too well from MJs other trials, things will have to unfold. I will not rely on twitting-screaming people that I do not know.Stay tuned, stay calm

the only other explanation I could gather from that is that Murray was in such a panic at all the evidence around the room that he wanted to hand over the CPR activities to someone else so he could clean up his mess. I heard he asked someone to go get him something to eat in the midst of all of this because he was hungry :? If he is that cold blooded, God why is he even perpetrating a doctor? I thought of that possibility, too. But honestly, that would be a big mistake, to delegate this job to a medically non-professional person in order to do something that definately CAN be delegated to that person. The entire case is an absolute ridiculous desaster, if you look at it from a common sense point of view , so IDK, but who is able to take this serious under these circumstances. Even if considered as an attempt to kill MJ, it is just all so unbelievably unprofessianally done. People only seem to believe the BS because they take the media too seriously. For them Media seem to be the highest authority speaking, not to be questioned or listened to critically, HEARING what is actually being said....very sad indeed

The day Michael died we were waiting for him to work on Dirty Diana, to finish Dirty Diana, when he vanishes in the haze and then suddenly appears on the other side of the stage on the lift to sing Beat It.
This just really stood out to me. Michael vanished while ON THE BED in a haze (=confusion) only to emerge later on the lift (in an elevated position above everyone) to sing BEAT IT..
There were also several statement from the Fox notes (posted earlier) that grabbed me- esp Michael talking about plans beyond the tour, his message (aka WHY he wanted to do it); MJ wanting to DIRECT a movie;
Called and invited..great about this ...like u to work with me...excited about it...tremendous potential to be creative..MJ shared reasons for wanting to do it.
Reason?
Good time to perform again, his kids appreciate it, for his fans, remind people to take care of planet and each other.
Plans beyond tour
MJ asked about going to India....wanted Ortega to go..MJ asked if Ortega had visited Japan...taking show to these places.
Professionally...MJ post tour?
After tour MJ wanted to help direct with Ortega on motion pictures. MJ liked film making and wanted to dev movie ideas.
I guess the word ILLUSION out of Kennys mouth will need another thread, IF it is true that Kenny mentioned that...have to go to sleep now and get up veerryyy early  it is almost midnight here

I have a friend in LA who went to the Terrace last week and she said she was asked to go inside (by people who were visiting their loved ones)- but declined since she did not think she could handle it. She is very quiet and went on a day she thought would be calm- well she made it out of there just before a group of Justice for Michael people hit (another fan told her they were about to arrive).
She said she was surprised how "empty" it looked outside- there were some arrangements etc, but nothing like she has witnessed before or what she had seen on youtube. Oh, that would have been quite an occasion to see whether his name is engraved or not!

I just heared it Grace; I am actually a little in doubt when interpreting this, I mean he says follow the moneytrain and sums up Sony, AEG, The Estate, the children and the family, so I wonder whether I may conclude the money ends up with Michael as well. May I say he IS the end of the chain???Because he is the only one being present, having a part in ALL these mentioned "organisations/companies", spontaneously I´d think it possibly is a bit far fatched. OK, in short;what stood out for me was Brian Oxmann being asked about the moneytrail that is to follow. B.O. is talking about the question one should ask oneself:Who is profiting off of MJ? The interviewer plays this question back to B.O.who, in turn, answers Sony , AEG,The Estate, MJs brothers and sisters and his children.B.O. ends up with confirming the sad truth of the matter: MJ is worth more (billions of $$$) dead than alive. There was some talking in the beginning about the impossibility of MJ injecting himself propofol because of lack of lidocaine =local aneastetic, which is needed to prevent horrible pain within seconds after injecting propofol. Then the interviewer talked about Latoya mentioning the moneytrail and the conspiracy.B.O. would not yet say it is a conspiracy and that Latoya is very upset about the facts he tells her and that she is absolutely right about the "follow the moneytrail".
