Under normal circumstances I would say it is highly unlikely for a man his age to wear color contacts just for fun :lol: If this trial is a hoax trial (and even if it's real) and MF was asked to wear those brown contacts in the same context as the teddies, elephants and rabbits in the court room then it would make sense. That is, of course, only, if MF is not MJ in disguise. But taking the facial skin texture in account I would say it is Flannigan himself. BUT ... I believe EVERYTHING is possible. I am watching and enjoying :mrgreen:

2. Was the picture staged on June 25 with the image layer indicating fall added after?
3. Was the picture staged sometime in Fall 2008 and the leaves as of fall are correct?

What a GREAT thread! I was reading and thinking until steam left my ears :lol: I have the following thoughts in mind.
I agree with those who say, the leaves and the red car are layers added to the 'original' picture. What indicates this is the sharp line ABOVE the leaves - the leaves suddenly end. Like the picture was cut off above the leaves and THEN added as a layer.
So, what I want to say about the leaves is: the leaves are lying on the ground. That indicates fall (autumn) to me. But we are supposed to have summer time. ? There is also the question: does a high profile community like Holmby Hills/Beverly Hills, etc. leave leaves on the ground until the end of June? :?: i.e. never care to remove them? It's something no community with rich inhabitants in our country would do. You want to keep up the 'clean image'. and so take away most leaves when all leaves have fallen.
Question: What was MJ doing around that time (fall 2008)? News about his comeback, CD birthday party, ...
All hell will break lose? Well ... it definitely has: a hoax was and is surfacing *lol* I don't know why, but I have made a connection to her. But I could be way off :lol: 8-) ... AND of course it's not explaining any how and who of the hoax ... still thinking.
The face: I can see why some see Michael in it. I happen to see Liza Minelli. The eyes, the nose and the lips, the tilting of the head all look all to familiar to me as Liza. And then it does make me think about her having said: All hell will break lose. I don't know how Liza plays into this, if at all, I have to look further into it. But I am like most, trying to SEE but maybe too hard.

Remember, this is not only about Michael and the hoax, but also that the listing of inconsistencies in MJs so-called death will give people yet another valid chance to raise their own awareness to worlwide inconsistencies surrounding them/us. It's about sharpening ones focus.
Nothing is what it seems. The context of what happened within the past 20 months can be attributed to the rest of the worlds events.

For a CPR I would assume first on the bed and then on the floor?
For situps first on the floor and then into a shower and then into the bed?
The face in the ambulance pic was PERFECTLY shaved.
No way that one was showing a man after a sleepless night.
OMG! Never in a million years would I have thought about THAT! BRILLIANT! It reminds me of Elle Woods (Naturally blond) crossexaming the girl with the perm who claimed she was in the shower washing her hair, that's why she couldn't hear anything. And then Elle exposing her lie: that you don't shower for 24 hours after having gotten a perm!

Well, it's interesting. When I bought the BAD album when it was released (at the age of 16) I remember clearly looking at some of the pictures seriously asking myself, if that was REALLY Michael. I felt bewildered instinctively, but I shoved this thought aside as -back then - my mind was not ready to accept such a possibility.
I personally don't dismiss this idea of doubles as his masks in public IMHO seemed more,he was hiding something; like making it difficult for people to really know if it was him or not. Not just to hide/protect himself. A nice 'spleen' in the eyes of people not liking MJ / press - but containing big options and freedoms. How does the majority of a crowd REALLY know they've seen MJ or not. While the crowd was kept busy with MJs' 'spleens' MJ would already be in the process of creating something like the future hoax we've been experiencing since 6/25/09 with someone looking eerily like him.

Two MJ's I've always believed MJ had a double who died on June 25th. Three years in the making to find him. MJ and the double become one. How many of us can say we've seen the same MJ over the past 3 years. His chin, his nose, his hair, contantly changing and maybe for a reason. He's sick, he's dying, he's okay. KO sends him home sick, the next two days, he's doing great! Even the stalking fans noticed a sudden difference in MJ those last few days, but on the 23rd, he was back to dancing and singing. Two MJ's. One sick and getting thinner, the other healhty, but getting thinner to mirror his double. Two autopsies for a reason. One done by the county and they were only looking for something that would have caused his heart failure. They found lungs of someone who smoked and who had a lung disease, hence, the stories of MJ's lung problems 6 months before he dies. This was to validate the lungs when the double died.
The second autopsy done by the family to assure the terminal condition of the double just in case there are some legal issues later.
Two MJ's one died and buried at that unmarked, cold, dark, tomb at FL. The other, alive and living free of the press, the haters, the media and the stalkers. His kids are free to go to school without mask. His mother does not have to worry about her home. He's back on top, a takeover. Vegas shows, successful CD without touring, biggest recording contract in history.
Two MJ's. makes sense to me. BEAUTYFUL!

If this question was directed towards me, I am not saying Michael is dead. I believe he could very much be alive.
My personal beliefs are if he did fake his death, it wasn't to get out of any concerts, or to take a vacation from it all, but rather to expose criminal activity (conspiracy/attempted murder, and possibly much more) perpetrated against him and others by the corporate powers that be.
IOW, he and his family (the children) were in harm's way.
There is so much (though poorly hidden) circumstantial evidence that would lead one to conclude he is indeed alive.

But there is a video on youtube "what DID happen on june 25th". There are more parts so I don;t know in which part I saw it, where it states that he has been talking about TII sinds 2007. He wanted to do a movie but KO told him after TII he will let him co-produce.
I try to find it, then I will post it here.

That's why Michael held the March '09 press conference talking about the tour he would only learn about a month later ... :lol: :lol: :lol: You CANNOT plan in a 'month' something SO big. So Murray gave Mike 25ml and after that Mike gave himself so much propofol that it killed him? LMFAO, what a mess. I don't know if any of you ever got propofol, but that is simply IMPOSSIBLE. He wouldn't be put under from that 25ML at all, so first question would be: why would Murray even give him a small amount like that if he was trying to put him under. After that Mike injected himself until he died... When I got my propofol shot, I was completely out in a few seconds. No way I could have injected myself so much that I would OD. This story stinks and I really don't get why there is not a single doctor speaking out on this madness... Probably no one gives a fuck.
I've never had a propofol shot and I'm not a doctor but I know enough to know that what the defense is claiming is a bunch of BS. Then again Michael dying is a bunch of BS too. So I guess that makes sense - it's all BS!
As for other doctors not speaking out on it, it is kind of weird and ya, they probably just don't care. Or, maybe some have spoken about it amongst themselves and know something doesn't add up. But who knows why they've kept quiet about it. Any doctors on the forum??
Amen. And taking that in account I say: if such a lame story gets the judge to accept the 'evidence' :?: and bring CM to trial - although medics can confirm that an OD by self-injection made by MJ is not possible - then that is AGAIN next evidence, this trial is fake.

To Agree Or Not To Agree - that is the question. WHAT is in a prelim hearing to agree or not to agree with? You can agree with something in a discussion. But with statements given at a prelim hearing? If she'd say 'there are some things said that don't make sense (or don't add up at all) to me', THAT would make more sense to me. I mean, we've all come to the butt tight conclusion that NOTHING so far has added up or made sense in ANY way since 6/25/09.
Though I am open to the possibility MJ might have died, this hearing doesn't shake my belief what so ever.

Walgren said in court, "They don't want to say it but that's the direction in which they are going."

Register or Login Having Murray and the prosecutor pointing to MJ having 'killed' himself speaks SOOOOOO PRO hoax. Of course, MJ's responsible for his own (hoax-)death - because he planned it. This is another step towards his return. The court story IMHO is just a necessairy side story to accompany the main story. The circle closes nicely. With MJ having 'killed himself' Murray will soon be a free man (as he already has been all these months ...). He's not done anything and nobody died. Very nice conclusion.

Colony Capitol.. not the Estate. :? Thome owns this and is doing this??? Tom Barack is owner of Colony Capital. MJ and Colony Capital (TB) together have formed Sycamore Valley Ranch ltd. that 'bought' Neverland. It is said that Colony Capital holds office space there. So, it has nothing to do with the estate but rather with the fact that Tom and MJ own Neverland. This is what I have understood from the info in the past. Please correct me if I'm wrong or add the missing link.
