I would be very interested to know what has happened with MJ's assets? ? What has come of his catalog etc. Has anyone tried to get their measly hands on it? Perhaps these media moguls should start asking these questions and get to the heart of it once and for all!!!!! John Branca is in full control of Mj's assets and estate and Mj is still under Contract to Sony so they are in control of his music rt now . katherine Jackson may have lost control of everything because of a clause in Mj;s will ,that if she contested it she could lose her share ,And that is why Joe Has to file suit .MJ fired John Branca even Brian Oxman wonders how Branca is getting away with it .Branca also drew up the will ,that some Jackson family members say is fake . Branca & matolla were in cahoots .

She just can't shut up, can she??? She loves to keep stiring the s**t everywhere she goes. And you know why I don't believe she's on MJ's side? Because MJ would never allow anybody to start attacking non stop other persons that were close to him like KO and supporting people to make death threats to everybody. That's not something MJ would be proud of and that's why I'm sure she's not on the hoax and she's just pretending to be very close to him, when she was just another employee. Everyone around MJ was" Just an employee " I believe they were friends and I agree, how can you hate some one you don't even know ? And Kenny O is on AEG's payrole , not Karen F . What does KF have to gain by speaking ,what she feels to be truth ? At least she has the courage to speak up ,as do Brian Oxman ,Latoya ,Jermaine , Joe J .and now Mr Majestic . You are wrong to keep bashing this women . They were friends ,haven't you seen the Many pic,s of them together ? He asked her to appear for him in his rebuttal docu. She could make a million doing interviews about Mj yet she dosen't .She has been very loyal .So I really do not understand all of the hostility towards this women .I don't think MJ would like it . And if you think MJ is alive & reads this forum ,you should be concious of this .Obviously ,the family knew that she was organizing a protest at the court house the day Murray was arrested and did the family complain about Karen Faye ? No, The only ones that appear to have a problem with Karen K are the ones that insist that the only thing that could have possibly happened beyond a reasonable doubt to Michael was that he faked his death ,those people that will not even entertain the possibility that MJ could have been murdered which incidentally goes along with the way that MJ's Family is proceeding as is Karen F . She seems upset ,confused,angry,bitter ,.There was a conspiracy to murder MJ for his Money ,his catalog and his power . Maybe K O is guilty of not speaking up ,he has to know about the conspiracy to wrestle MJ's catalog .Maybe he is afraid to speak up .Seems as tho alot of MJ 's so called friends are afraid to speak up .The people MJ was fighting with ,LAPD , THe Media ,Sony , T Matolla ,John Branca are very powerful people with political ties . They could destroy Ortega ,the way they tried to destroy MJ .And now ,low and behold Branca has full control of ALL of MJ assets .... mmmm Branca worked for Sony & Matolla ,Mj Fired Branca . He is working with AEG . I don't claim to have all the answers but Karen F has nothing to gain ,no motive to lie .What would Kenny's motive be ?

Michael said himself over & over again THERE IS A CONSPIRACY & it has to do with MONEY ,The elite owned Media { SONY} trying to make MJ look crazy {wacko} so no one would believe him when he said conspiracy ,now they are doing the same thing to the Jackson's .Latoya does not get paid for talking to Papparazzi ,while she is getting into her car , nor does she have really anything to gain by saying there is a conspiracy if there wern't one . Everybody knows she has no talent ,especially compared to MJ {sorry Latoya ,but it is true } You should believe Michael .And he said there is a conspiracy ,So does JOE,Jermaine , Katherine ,Brian Oxman , Mr Majestic ,Karen Faye .Didn't these people know him the best ? I am sure that the rest of MJ 's family agree with Katherine & Joe Jackson

i was pretty sure that at least 7 peeps killed themselves. I saw an interview with Jessie Jackson encouraging folks not to do this and all ,that MJ would not want this .I believe it, because 2 people were reported as killing themselves over Curt Cobain of Nirvana when he died . So if peeps would kill themselves over C.Cobain then surly peeps would kill themselves over MJ ,as his following would be about 40times higher than Cobain due to MJ being in the Biz for 45 yrs. Unfortunately, it is more likely than not, that peeps did commit suicide ,It made me incredibly sad ,upon first hearing of Mj's death,{altho NOT suicidal} the earth stood still,it was like someone just sucked the breath out of you ,I was surprised by my own behavior ,I did not expect his death to have such a profound effect on me . I still have difficulty looking at certain things regarding MJ's death without getting teary eyed & sad . Even tho I was a fan my whole life {I am 48} I would not have expected to be so disturbed about his death ,and now even more disturbing the GIGANTIC CONSPIRACY involving not only his death ,but practically his whole life .I feel that even the GOv. have used Mj over the years to push an agenda because that is what they do ,they use the media ,Hollywood & the music industry to manipulate the way that they want the public to think ,Well ,if it is on the news or in the paper it must be true . WRONG ! Even when it comes to political stuff the media is not telling the truth anymore about anything . 911 was quite possibly an inside job , Man -made global warming is possibly a lie {see 30.ooo scientist sue Al Gore } Obama promised to get rid of the patriot act and he signed it again on Sunday {SEE patriot act it is extreme violation of US citizens rights ! You can be thrown in jail and/or executed without trial} The US CIA has been caught red-handed torturing people and of breaking the Geneva convention ,& of committing mass genocide when searching for WMD in Iraq that never existed . Why else would the FBI have a file on MJ ?it wasn't just child molestation stuff ,what about the other 300 & something pages that are permenatly classified . what is so confusing ? The LAPD is corrupt ,they conspired with Tom Sneddon and the media ,that is owned and controlled by the elite . The FbI is corrupt ,they knew all along they did not have ANYTHING on MJ yet they allowed the trial to proceed .The Media mogols paid off Tom Sneddon .Why else would he try a case that he knew he could'nt win & he knew from the FBI evidence because he requested their help ! They had nothing ! The trial proceeded because of the MONEY involved with the media circus ,can you even fathom the amount of money generated from the trial / media circus . If you check carefully you will see, that the same folks that own Sony are all the same folks that are are in control of the media ,and the LAPD is clearly NOT doing a thorough investigation ,so clearly, they are covering something up there are potential witnesses that have not even been investigated ! How the hell is John Branca in entire control over MJ's estate ? His family has no say so in anything at all now . How could that be ,when Mj fired him ? Where is the proof that MJ hired him back ? Let's see it !{ Are the courts corrupt as well?} MJ Fired John Branca because he caught him and Tommy Matolla funneling his money to offshore accounts and Branca was trying to represent Sony & MJ's Sony /ATV at the same time which is a conflict of interest . He also {mj} felt that Al Malnick was in cahoots with Tommy Matolla who was in cahoots with the mafia and Brett Ratner was also in cahoots with Malnick trying to steal MJ's catalog .They wanted to destroy MJ's ability to make money so he would be forced to sell his Sony / Atv and the catalog + the rights to his own music .If MJ had completed those concerts he would be alive to be in control of his rights to Sony/ATV/& His music And be in a position of being the most powerful person in the music industry . Of course there is a conspiracy to try and wrestle that catalog out of MJ's hands .MJ said so himself ,over & over again .And now by some weird twist of fate Branca winds up in control of MJ's Everything ? The Same Lawyer that was working For Sony ? And I looked At Branca website ,He takes the credit for MJ Success ,look for your self .I thought someone told MJ {Paul M.} that the catalog was up for sale & MJ INSTRUCTED his Att. John B. To purchase it .But that is not the story on John Branca's website , he maintains it was all his idea and if it wern't for him MJ would have nothing ! Sounds like Mr. Branca may have some jealousy issues to me . IDK . But his story on his website is inconsistent with what Mj says and he mentions nothing about MJ firing him anywhere on his site and I looked at everything on it .According to him he resigned .Somebody is telling a big fat lie . Also I looked up on Wiki The Dr that signed MJ's death cert. He works for the Dept of health &has ties to homeland security and works for UCLA . Why did this Dr. Sign Mj's death cert ? I thought it was weird that this Dr John Feilding "led efforts to deal with bioterrorism &pandemic flu " why did this person sign Mj Death cert . John Branca has ties to UCLA too {it is on his website } Coincidental ?

What exactly would they gain from us believing he's still alive? I could see the logic in them wanting him dead, but why go through all the trouble of making a few believe otherwise? The more that Mj is on people's mind {intrigue } the more they buy the Cds ,the movie ,the Mj related products ,Tv specials ,book deals etc , Some people that were not interested in MJ before he died, are now interested "because of the Hoax " see how that leads to MONEY !And there are way more than a few people that think Mj faked his death . I saw a poll somewhere that said something like 75% of the people that took the poll think Mj is alive .
