I am not too skilful in laws but have a question. You think Branca is not a good man . But i can ask what profits did he recieve from Michael's estate exept of the 10% fee?On the contrary his activity helped to enlarge the estate. As for the will, I don't think Michael was so careless that he didn't have a new will. I'm sure there is a certain plan here .Maybe in the past it was also a plan to show the audience that Michael 's money was stolen. I don't remember somebody returned money back to Michael .
It's just my thought.

I does seem strange for me that the writer states that Michael standing at the mirror was satisfied that he looked as a white man ,this was his dream ,he visualised himself white . As far as I know Michael always said he is black and is proud of it,his white skin is only a vitiligo case. Why does this Mary write such things? Does she know Michael's hidden thoughts?.

Well, everybody can have his own opinion on the case but I don't think those who threatened Michael could create such a deliberate plan of the hoax. Yes I agree that to take money they invested into TII concerts his bosses could make a film to spread it all over the world not only because of Michael's fans but for their own profit .But I don't believe they could leave so many evidences of the hoax death (BTW it's not too simple I think,there should be a lot of people engaged ) just for Michael's fans to search for the truth on internet.
It was done on purpose by Michael himself and Dr Murray is a part of the plan.To me he wiil never be charged, they will be delaying the trial til Michael appears or til he makes a sign he's alive .

I almost forgot about VH1 show.Did anyone watch at least one episode?As I remember the first is of A.N.Smith, the second of Tupac and the third of Michael.
I don't have the satellite TV so I can't watch it .

Of course the Jacksons are Michael's brothers, they are his family ,they still mourn and look upset.But I want to say the next. When FBI revealed secret files of Michael's cases we all were going to see a real storm in media that Michael isn't guilty, that there was no evidence at all, that they should apologize ect.,ect.But instead we had some articles and TV news.Tabloids installed into peoples minds he was guilty and having FBI files the family ,brothers,friends should scream and shout about it everywhere but instead they promote themselves. And now they are offended they were not invited for Grammy ?
That's just my thought.

Of course we haven't seen nothing yet, because the best is to come and Michael being dead in the eyes of the world continues to show us his new works. It will be the 3D Earth song at Grammy,then a new version of We are the world with his real voice .I am sure he 'll find the way to show us all the short films of the Dome project and for his comeback he'll invent something new too.
The man was announced dead but to me he's more alive than some showbiz stars.Michael rules!

You know HAARP is the most secret thing, we can only guess about its acting and and the stage of its development. As for me I am sure there is something 'interesting ' there. This experiment could be directed to another place but ended in Haiti.I have nothing against authorities who says the earthqwake in Haiti is natural but can we believe them when they built this adron collider (in France by the way) and are going to put it in action.Some scientists say it could be the end of our world.A year ago this collider broke after starting and now after reconstruction is going to start somewhere in spring.Many people thought and still think it was GOD's hand that broke the collider down to stop the end of our world. Here we can remember the tsunami in Indonesia in 2000 december. There were many questions about it was natural or not.
And one more thing.About 20000 american soldiers came to Haiti ,of course the country needs help,but why amercans not mexican or some nearby countries. Maybe they are going to investigate ?

I don't speak english well , i can't express my thoughts right but i'll try. I think Michael's comeback is planned not like BAMsday , of course we all want him to perform again and i think he will do it for sure.
But in my opinion concerts are not enough for our Michael . He's great, he's clever, he's smart. While preparing the TII TOUR he understood he's not forgotten all over the world and he now is working on a huge entertainment project ,it will be quite another level of the entertainment industry including all modern high- tech achievements. It will certainly be a new , a higher level for all singers, dancers ,showbizstars.
Hope you understand what I mean ?
