Here is his story about the articles up for auction:

MICHAEL JACKSON'S PERSONAL ITEMS UP FOR SALE.

The items in this group of pictures are available, unless noted.
Thank you for visiting my site.

PLEASE READ:

This collection was originally meant for the eyes of only a few people before I list them for auction, but I have been requested by the organization I help to make it public and open access to MJ fans and the general people to better benefit our charity project.

The items listed here were donated by Mr. Michael Jackson and myself with the specific purpose to collect funds to lend our support to a charity that we've helped together for the past 17 years, every year.

Michael and I became close friends since 1993, when I Directed and Produced 5 of his Dangerous World Tour concerts for his Television Special, with an attendance of 100,000 fans, each.

I am an executive working in the entertainment industry who has loved and admired Michael for many years and who also grew up listening to his music and in awe of his talent.

None of the fabulous items offered here have current established or pre-set prices at the moment. I wanted to showcase several of their pictures here first, before they go on sale to the public, but you are welcome to make an offer before I do it.

I am open to direct offers before I post them in auction sites. If you have an interest in any of them, please send me a message.

I refrain from making any personal comments regarding myself, Mr. Jackson, his family, life, experiences or any other situation regarding him due to our frienship, my respect for him and because of my active work in this industry.

I will not blog here, so please be kind NOT to ask me any other questions that do not pertain exclusively to this sale.

Please understand that I will not provide personal comments or opinions here, so please be kind NOT to send me your personal stories.

Mike owned and wore these items himself, they were part of his personal concert memorabilia collection. We spent 2 days preparing them for this sale.

These are all RARE vintage items used by him, in excellent condition, many signed, dedicated and dated. They each come with the Production Company COA with a life-time 100% authenticity guarantee.

Many of them are still lightly impregnated with his lotion scent...

Michael and I have helped this small kids hospice for years by offering his fans the oppotunity to obtain some of his personalized things. He gave me more items than usual for this year's charity sale before he was relocating to England.

He signed and dedicated them only one month before his passing.

I can assure you there are no other items like these, and there won't be any more in the future.

Michael seldom wrote dedications, but he gladly made ours extra-special to benefit our on-going charity of the kids. Some are part of his own lyrics and some are lines from poems he loved, or his personal thoughts.

We had fun preparing our items for this year's auction, although he became frustrated a few times when the felt tip of a marker would not glide and skipped over his cotton shirts while trying to sign them, but he did it any way, and that's what counts. He looked proud when we finished.

I am in the process of uploading more photographs of other items. I have already accepted a few offers for some of these extraordinary things and they are gone, listed in another group of pictures here, entitled GONE. The ones listed here are still available, but probably not for long.

I am also donating the items that he gave to me over the course of many years, to add to this sale for our little hospice.

Every item comes with a 100% life-time warranty certificate of authenticity and a golden numbered seal from the production company, embossed in the document.

For obvious reasons, no returns are accepted after the sale.

Some of MJ's Items have been auctioned through eBay before. The support received from his fans and wonderful charity supporters was amazing. These listings had daily description updates where I wrote many little funny stories about our mutual ongoing pranks, poems and the funny things he used to do. The questions area was filled with people's comments. Each listing became a lovely blog in the end with thousands of hits. Many bidders and watchers are stil keeping in touch with me, trying to convince me to write a little booklet about our adventures, to benefit our Charity.

Unfortunately, my listings (Mike's personal Dangerous Mexico Tour Jacket and 3 shirts) along with the stories and comments were recently removed by eBay because 3 months have gone by, so they are no longer available to view.

Payments will be processed through Paypal or Bank wire and are safe, with full warranty. Paypal accepts major credit and debit cards.

NOTE: Please be aware that actual shipping, paypal fees and insurance costs will be added to the item's final agreed price. There is absolutely no cost for handling or packaging materials.

Thank you so much to those of you (you know who you are) for your fabulous support from the very beginning...I love you for it! I welcome our new friends!

These items are posted in numerical order, the ones missing are already sold....

I thank you for looking!

Please be kind to take into consideration that my work is extremely time-consuming and I won't be able to chat or reply as fast and as often as I wish I could for the moment...
Your understanding will be appreciated, especially if you please try to keep your questions basically relating to your offers. These items have wide and clear descriptions.

Reasonable offers will be taken into consideration.

NOTE: This is NOT a request for Donations, a store or an Auction.

This is the display of Mr. Jackson's personal items donated by him in June of last year to eventually be sold through online auction sites.

He gave them to me with the purpose of selling them to raise funds for our children's charity.

Mike's fans have had the rare opportunity to have access to his wonderful donated items for many years and we appreciate their help and support for their purchases.

Donating the procceds of such sales has alowed us to continue with our dream of protecting the Hospice's handicapped kids in Mexico for 17 years.

LOS ANGELES - Dr. Conrad Murray’s team is attacking a new report that claims to know his defense strategy in the coming Michael Jackson homicide case.

“We do not know what sources to which TMZ is referring,” a Murray rep told Access Hollywoodin a statement on Sunday. “We only know it didn’t come from [attorney] Ed [Chernoff] who has the final word.”

The rep added that they “will not be trying the case in the press,” and were waiting to see how the prosecution intended to approach the case.
In any case, it is premature to discuss defense strategy,” the rep said. “Dr. Murray’s defense will depend on the People’s theory of prosecution, which has not yet been made available to the defense team.”

Earlier on Sunday, TMZ reported that the defense team would claim that it was the King of Pop who injected himself with a fatal dose of the anesthetic propofol — not Murray.

The doctor, who served as a personal physician to Jackson during the icon’s final weeks, is due in court on Monday.

Michael Jackson: It's Time For Outlets to Take Responsibility in Covering the Rock Star

Last week Michael Jackson's guitarist discredited widely reported allegations about the star's behaviour on the road. So why is the media refusing to publish her comments? British writer Charles Thomson explores media bias against black music's biggest star.

Aging glam-rocker Gene Simmons made international headlines last month when he claimed to know that Michael Jackson had molested children. In an interview with Classic Rock, Simmons alleged that Jackson was on tape ordering alcohol for children and that during the star's 2005 trial a travel agent had testified to importing Brazilian boys for Jackson's amusement. He also claimed that a musician friend had quit a Jackson tour after seeing 'boys coming out of the hotel rooms.'

What followed was a classic example of copy and paste journalism. Within hours the story had been duplicated by hundreds of blogs, forums and news websites from Australia to India to the USA. None of them had fact-checked the story before they re-hosted it. Jackson was never on tape ordering alcohol for children. There was never any testimony during his trial about young Brazilian boys. Both of these claims were easily disproven by trial transcripts.

As a relative Jackson expert, I was also unaware of any musician ever leaving one of the singer's tours midway through. So when I sat down a fortnight ago for an interview with Jackson's long serving tour guitarist Jennifer Batten, I ran the story by her.

She told me that no musician had ever quit a Jackson tour. Two musicians had been fired but both were let go before the show hit the road, so they couldn't possibly have witnessed anything going on inside hotels.

When Sawf News published Batten's rebuttal I observed an all too familiar phenomenon. Although the story appeared on Google News and was picked up fairly swiftly by the Examiner, nobody else seemed willing to touch it. Whilst Simmons's speculative and ultimately baseless accusations had been reproduced the world over, Batten's expert rebuttal was being suppressed.

I soon began receiving emails from Jackson's fans telling me that they were sending the story to every celebrity news outlet they could think of, including several of those which published Simmons's initial allegations.

But more than 48 hours later, typing an exact quote from Simmons's rant into a search engine produced almost 350 webpages. The number of news outlets hosting Batten's rebuttal? Three.

This was not the first time I'd had a Jackson story suppressed. After Evan Chandler's suicide in November 2009 I was contacted by the Sun and asked to supply information about the 1993 allegations. I spent quite some time compiling my research, advising the newspaper of common myths and how to avoid them, being careful to source all of my facts from legal documents and audio/visual evidence.

When I read the finished article I was stunned to find that all of my information had been discarded and replaced with the very myths I had advised them to avoid. I alerted staff to the inaccuracies but my emails were not replied. The same inaccuracies appeared in every single article I read about the suicide.

The same bias manifested itself the following month when Jackson's FBI file was released. Across more than 300 pages of information there was not one piece of incriminating evidence -- but that's not the way the media told it.

A videotape seized at customs in West Palm Beach and analysed for child pornography was repeatedly referred to as belonging to Jackson. In actuality, files stated merely that the tape was 'connected' to Jackson and that connection appeared simply to be that somebody had written his name on the sticky label.

In another document the FBI logged a telephone call from a tipster claiming that the bureau had investigated Jackson during the 1980s for molesting two Mexican boys. The files made no other mention of the supposed investigation and the claim was ascribed no validity -- the call was merely noted. But the media persistently referred to the anonymous tipster's unsupported allegations as the FBI's own conclusions.

Jackson's FBI file overwhelmingly supported his innocence but its contents were routinely manipulated to give the opposite impression.

Many are quick to scoff when Jackson's fans speak of a media conspiracy to destroy the star's reputation and I used to scoff with them. As a member of the industry I prefer not to think of it as sinister and conspiratorial, but I find it increasingly difficult to explain away the bias with which Jackson is treated.

I wonder whether the problem is pride. When the 1993 allegations broke, the vast majority of information available was released, either officially or unofficially, by the prosecution. Jackson, meanwhile, remained characteristically silent.

Perhaps because the prosecution's version of events went almost completely unchallenged (although I imagine that drama and selling newspapers had something to do with it, too), the media primarily chose to portray Jackson as guilty.

But as the facts started to trickle out it became increasingly apparent that the case was full of holes. The allegations had been instigated not by the boy but by his father, who had demanded a scriptwriting deal from Jackson before he went to the police. He was on tape plotting to destroy Jackson's career and dismissing his son's wellbeing as 'irrelevant'. Then the boy told cops that Jackson was circumcised, but a police body search concluded that he was not.

Although Jackson's innocence looked increasingly likely, most news outlets had made their bed and to this day they seem unwilling to do anything but lie in it.

Whatever the motivation, be it pride, profit or plain old racism, the bias against Jackson is undeniable. The suppression of Batten's comments proves once more than when it comes to Jackson the media is interested not in fact or reason but negativity and sensationalism. Batten accompanied Jackson on all three of his world tours and was known for a decade as his 'right hand woman'. But Simmons -- who self-confessedly did not know Jackson -- has been given over 100 times more media coverage for his inaccurate ranting than Batten has for her firsthand experience.

It is time for outlets to assume responsibility for their own content. Websites should not re-host other publishers' stories unless they can be completely certain that the content is factual. Even if the media refuses to print the truth about Jackson, they should compromise by not printing the lies either. At least that way he can rest in peace.

Michael Jackson News / And Now..... He Will Surrender On Monday?!
« on: February 05, 2010, 11:08:02 PM »
This is getting old FAST!!!!

According to TMZ:

Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on his own free will Monday and face the judge after being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say counsel for Murray spoke by phone with members of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office this morning and the D.A. agreed Dr. Murray could surrender without being arrested.

Unless the LAPD intervenes on its own and hooks Dr. Murray up, we're told he'll show up in court with a bail bondsman on Monday. We're also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.

Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.

The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

EXCLUSIVE: This column has learned that Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie are planning a massive 25th anniversary re-recording of “We Are the World.”

The timing couldn’t be better, sadly enough.

The duo is summoning lots and lots of talent from Grammy weekend to stay an extra night — Monday Feb. 1 — and come to the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. There, they will celebrate a quarter century since Ken Kragen, Richie and Michael Jackson organized the original “We Are the World” with Quincy.

This time the artists invited include Usher, Natalie Cole, and John Legend. But you can bet that more names will be added shortly and that all the Grammy nominees and participants will be asked to come as well. Grammy producer Ken Ehrlich will produce the event, which will then be turned into a video and single just like it was in 1985. Don’t be surprised if Wyclef Jean joins in, along with Sting, Fergie, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake and other distinctive voices.

It’s hoped that as in 1985, everyone will “leave their egos at the door.”

Originally, this anniversary celebration was to be held on Jan. 28. But when the Haiti earthquake happened, sources tell me, the whole deal changed. Now proceeds will go to Haiti relief. In 1985, “We Are the World,” which begat Live Aid, raised money for Africa relief.

Plans are still sketchy, but one thing’s for sure: In some way, the song’s co-author Michael Jackson will be invoked. AEG is co-producing this event. They’re also putting together a 3D tribute to Michael for the Grammy show from elements Jackson was going to use for his tour. Jackson recorded “We Are the World” for what became “This Is It.” Surely he’ll be included here as well, which will make the whole project even more poignant.
Stay tuned. PS: Quincy Jones is about to release what has been described to me as a landmark new album that he’s made with contemporary R&B and hip hop artists. He was responsible for the original “We Are the World” and will guide the new one. He is not a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in case you were wondering.

And we wondered how MJ was going to help Haiti?????  This just blows me away!
