Souza, I for one do not have a problem with the fact that this is out. First and foremost it should make more people open their eyes and realize that the media does not give ALL of the facts and half the time their so called facts are just blatent lies. Beyond that, it gives recognition to you and all of the members here that have put in their time and efforts to try to make sense of this whole mess. If everyone were to read the article with an open mind I think that more and more people would begin to see what we see and stop calling us crazy, unrealistic, and whatever else they have been calling us.

I personally just want to say...GREAT JOB ON THIS ONE!!!!

Other Odd Things / Re: Atlantis Bahamas "Michael Jackson Suite"

Hi guys I am a native of the Bahamas and also an Immigration officer.  The Atlantis is owned by Sol Kerzner the south african mogul.  The Atlantis was officially opened in 1998 and had a star studded opening with every celebrity under the sun.  Michael came down for the opening and also performed.  As you may or may not know Michael and Sol are very good friends and also I think had business dealings with each other.  Michael stayed in the Bridge Suite when the resort was officially opened along with Michael Jordan.  It is the most expensive suite and it is true it was officially called the Bridge Suite but has been renamed (not sure if officially or unofficially) Michael Jackson Suite because of the fact that he was the first to stay in it and whenever he comes to the bahamas that is where he stays.  I understand that Michael was thinking about buying property or a cay in the bahamas like oprah, tiger, Michael Jordan, nicolas cage, and many other celebrity who purchased homes, property in the bahamas but not sure if he did.  But trust me when I say Michael and Sol Kerzner are very close and that is where he stays whenever he comes to the Bahamas.  My son works over at the Atlantis and my brother is a croupier at the casino he knows Michael Jordan very well.  Michael may well be there or have been there at some point in time during his hiatus.
Thank you for your response mopey3655 and I have to say that I am missing the Bahamas more than I have ever missed any place I have vacationed. All of the natives were so friendly and I can not wait until next year when I get the chance to return although I am hoping that instead of doing a cruise and only spending a day that I will be able to afford to spend my entire vacation there and really enjoy all that the islands have to offer. The hospitality of the people there is truly something that I have not witnessed in many places and the beauty of the island is absolutely breathtaking!!!

Thank you for sharing this with us. WOw, maybe Michael will be there in peace. If he is there, they will see him unless he will disguise himself everytime he goes out. Just an idea.[/quot
Several people that we were there with said that they seen Tom Cruise just walking the streets and noone paid any attention to him. I personally did not see him but it was known that he was there. It just seemed like that is a place that noone cares about status and celebrities can just be normal people. It was amazing how laid back it was. I have never been anywhere like that before.

Interesting that on the website for "Atlantis" it is called the Bridge Suite-

But, if you click on this link you will see a photo taken in April , 2010

The comments under the photo read "Atlantis Resort, Michael Jackson Suite
The connecting link between the two towers was renamed the Michael Jackson Suite. The rate is $25,000 per night."

This sounds like the same information you got from the staff, kdkennedy74.  ;)

 Hmmmmm.....

This is interesting - just found a link from November 19, 2005 on a photography site - where the poster says "This is the Atlantis hotel, Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas - the bridge suite, which is a cool $25,000 a night, was first occupied by Michael Jackson, and so has been dubbed as "the Michael Jackson suite."

This link says the resort opened in 1998:

I agree with what you are saying but wouldn't it make sense that a resort of that scale would update the name of the suite on their website since that is the way they are advertising it?  I also agree that $750,000 a month is a HUGE amount of money but when you consider the amount of money that has been made since the "death" it is just a drop in the bucket for MJ! Again, let me reiterate that I am not saying that I believe he is there now but I just found it odd that they referred to the suite as the MJ suite, and you have found information saying that they formally renamed it in April 2010, but yet it does not read that way on their website.

Other Odd Things / Atlantis Bahamas "Michael Jackson Suite"
« on: March 08, 2011, 04:08:57 PM »
I just returned from vacation in the Bahamas where I toured the Atlantis Resort. During our tour they were telling us about the "Michael Jackson Suite". This suite rents for $25,000 per night with a 4 night minimum and they said that it is completely booked solid for the next 5 years with not even one available night.

All in all this is no big deal but when I returned home and started doing some research on this I learned that this particular suite is actually called the "Bridge Suite" and has accommodated such guests as MJ, Oprah, Bill Gates, Celine Dion, etc.

So, what I am wondering is why were the Atlantis staff themselves referring to this suite as the "Michael Jackson Suite" and if it is booked solid for the next 5 years is there a remote possibility that he could be there?

Speculation I know but it was one those things that made me go...hmmmmmm????

When I do a search for Dr. Murray in Houston, TX, I can not find his name on the listing of doctors in that city.

I am a medical transcriptionist who types for numerous hospitals all over Texas and I use this website all the time.

I find it odd that when doing a google search for "Conrad Murray" I can find numerous links stating that he has an office in Texas but yet when I use the search tool listed below he can not be found...see for yourself!!!!

Here is a second link that will take you to a listing of all doctors in Houston (not just by specialty) and you will notice that the only "Murray" on the list is Barbara Murray. If he were on here he should be listed after her.

I did the search using his last name but I did go back and double check just to be sure that I didn't miss anything and it didn't matter, he simply is not listed at all in the Houston Texas directory of doctors.
Thank you so much for the research. I was wondering if you did it with Conrad Robert Murray? or with Robert Conrad Murray? He has two names as far as I know.

You are very welcome...Like I said, this is a website that I use on a daily basis to verify spelling of doctors names, specialties, etc and it just hit me that maybe I should look for him and then when I seen he was NOT there I knew I had to share that information.

Call me crazy (straight jacket may be needed here) but I just pulled up google images of Jermaine Jackson and Conrad Murray and it is uncanny to me how similar their features are. I paid attention to the eyes and the basic "shape" of the face and in looking at that it would not surprise me at all if CM is JJ in disguise. I don't know how to post the pictures here so if someone knows how to do it that would be great, but check it out and let me know what you think...Am I completely losing my mind?

If a real body was procured, then an autopsy on this body would  be contradictory to Michael's physical condition such as the lung ailments reported in the Autopsy report. These lung disorders would have made it impossible for Michael to sing/dance. But we see that he was singing and dancing in the movie "This Is It". At least two of the lung disorders, reported in the autopsy report, are related to smoking. One of them is usually only attributed to a smoker, I do not believe Michael was a smoker most singers and/or dancers do not smoke and Michael was not shown smoking in the many pictures taken of him. This therefore could mean that a single individual, a couple of people or no one at all from the coroner's office is directly involved in the hoax.

Although he wasn't shown smoking in many pictures doesn't mean that he didn't smoked or hung around people who smoked. Frank Dileo usually has a cigar on him. It is also very possible that After this picture of Michael was released he went to great length to conceal his smoking habit much like Obama has.
I'm not going to say MJ did or did not smoke, that is not my place, but I do note that even though he is pictured holding a cigarette that it is not lit. In addition to that it seems to me that the autopsy was missing a lot of other information that we all do know to be fact. One large thing that jumps out at me is the Pepsi burn accident, I don't recall reading about any significant scarring of his scalp in the report. Did I miss something?

I have pasted KO's comments below and highlighted what I found to be curious.  KO says that MJ did not look well and was chilled and soft spoken but yet asked if he needed to go home to be with his family. If MJ was "sick" would it not have been more appropriate to ask if he just needed to go home and get some rest? The reason I find this curious is could it be that MJ was upset and anxious over the "illusion" that was to begin on June 25th and the fact that he knew what was going to happen and therefore the chills and soft-spoken behaviour were simply brought on by the nerves of an anxious man?  Maybe KO wanted MJ to go home and spend time with his family so that he could find comfort and encouragement for the decision he was about to make. Maybe he just needed more assurance that everything was going to be ok. I would think that planning an event as huge as making the world believe that you are dead could put a lot of stress on a person.  I am speculating I know but I am just trying to think outside of the box as to his wording.

KENNY ORTEGA

Choreographer Kenny Ortega testified that he was summoned to Jackson’s home a day after letting the superstar skip rehearsal because he seemed sick.

Dr. Conrad Murray and others suggested Jackson should not have been sent home because he was physically and emotionally fine,Ortega testified, adding he was told not to try to be Jackson's doctor or psychiatrist.

Later in the hearing, Ortega testified that Jackson had gone home early from rehearsals on June 19.

"He didn't look well at all," Ortega testified. "Michael was chilled and soft-spoken. ... He wasn't in the kind of condition to be at rehearsal."

Ortega also said Jackson appeared lost.

"It was scary. I couldn't put my finger on it," Ortega said. "I said, 'Michael, is this the best place for you to be or do you want to go home and be with your family?' He said, 'Would you be OK with that?' I said, 'OK,' and he left."

The next morning, Ortega said, he was called to Jackson's home, where he was confronted by Murray, Jackson, the star's manager Frank DiLeo, and Randy Phillips, head of AEG, the company producing Jackson's "This is It" comeback tour.

"It quickly became clear that the meeting was about me," Ortega said. "Dr. Murray was upset that I had sent Michael home the night before and didn't allow him to rehearse."

Ortega, who later directed the Jackson concert film "This Is It" based on rehearsal footage, said the pop star was in good spirits throughout most of the rehearsals and was excited about the progress being made in preparation for the London shows.

He recalled his last conversation with Jackson.

"Michael said, 'I know you love me and care about me. You don't have to worry about me. I'm fine,' and he gave me a big hug," Ortega said.

On cross-examination, defense attorney Ed Chernoff asked Ortega if he had ever seen anyone having withdrawals from drugs, and the witness said he had not.

I am wondering when did Oprah become his friend?  She has it well known how she felt about Michael and the doubt that she has to his innocence of the allegations of child molestation so I can't believe this article based on that simple wording alone...although if it is true it would be an amazing episode and I wouldn't want to miss it.  Maybe she does know more than we think she does, she has been doing a LOT of Jackson based stories this season  :?

Michael Jackson News / Re: Riley Talks About Lessons He Learned From MJ

Yeah he pretty much said the same thing on Oprah when she asked him if Michael would enjoy all of the controversy his response was "he loves it, he lives for it." I caught that right away and apparently he is still saying the same thing and still in the present tense...Is Riley dropping clues?!?!?!?!?
