Michael Jackson is one of a kind, i agree JentleTouch.
But Lady Justice should be blind, i agree PeaceLove. If this does not happen, the society may as well fall apart. That's why i don't understand how can he come back after a public trial, with a real court and Judge. To me , answers like "he is Michael Jackson", "he has the power to..". "FBI helps him to" ...don't stand very well in my thoughts. Who is helped by FBI to fake my death and quit 50 signed shows? Death threatenings? I doubt.

Well, I am with you in this since I just don´t understand...
And that´s why I asked about the courtcase in the first place.

There are two alternatives when it comes to the lawyers, the Police and the judge in the courtcase. (I am ruling out that they are actors as this would be found out pretty quickly)
1) They don´t have a clue about the hoax. In which case, when they find out, hell will break loose!! And Michael would be sued for billions if he came back - together with anyone else involved in the hoax.
2) They know about it but are "bought" which means they are committing a crime. Which also means that if Michael comes back, they would get imprisoned.

None of the alternatives sound good  :?

I have always thought that the case of the Murder of MICHAEL JACKSON would be resolved in much more short term. I mean, come-on, we are talking about Michael Jackson! yet his case is going on even slower than if it was Jack Johnson, who sells ice-cream around the corner of the courthouse. fresse/
How can one not believe this is a hoax after that?

Didn´t the trial of Anna Nicole Smith take an extremely long time, too? More than three years, I think.
I believe that Smith´s trial was also about doctors and maltreatment.
Maybe they are overly cautious when they deal with celebrities? The eyes of the world are on them.

I am trying to read up and understand.
Sorry for asking (there is a LOT of text on this forum) - may I just ask about the courtcase because I have difficulties wrapping my mind around it....

So this is just like a show with paid actors?
What I don´t get is - surely the lawyers and the judge and the Police are "real"? Or media would definitely find out.
Are they not involved in the hoax or do you think they are paid off?

Sorry, just curious but very grateful if you could help me understand :)))

The only thing we know is that this is a hoax, we don't know if the trial will actually occur or not...we don't know who is involved or not (except for Dr Murray) and we don't know if the judge knows or lawyers or if they are paid or not....I hope this answer helps.  :)

Perfectly clear! Thanks!  :D  :D  :D

Joe Jackson / Re: Brazilian believers fans deliver a letter to Joe Jackson
« on: December 25, 2010, 03:55:38 PM »
Joe was more than happy about the letter....if people believe MJ is alive, it will bring more money into his pockets. He saw dollarsigns!  I don´t trust Joe for a second!!

Other Odd Things / Re: My life is in Danger...
« on: August 30, 2010, 12:43:03 PM »
I think Michael did fear for his life - it´s quite obvious he did - but I also think he never REALLY thought that anyone would be able to get to him. He had all those bodyguards, the security system, everything.

Maybe he didn´t realize that the threat could come from the inner circle of friends or employees. People he trusted. When you expect it the least.....  :(

I am really glad the paparazzis are leaving the kids alone.
Hope it will stay like this. Much more quiet than before.
Blessings to Paris, Prince and Blanket  :D

All I know is what I feel, and when this man died (or so I thought at the time), it hit me like a ton of bricks.  I cried - and I mean full-out sobs - for weeks afterwards.  How the hell does that happen to someone who only gave him an occasional passing thought most of the last 20 years?  I mean, that really messed me up.  I'm a fairly well-adjusted human being, by most accounts.  I couldn't explain it then, and I can't explain it now.  My mind was trying to reason it all away, but my heart wouldn't go along.  There's just something special about this man.  For lack of better words, his soul just shines.  That's what I see.

Call me crazy...but the heart doesn't lie.  Mine tells me his is a once-in-a-lifetime soul, and not just because of his phenomenal dance moves.

I agree completely with the above. I hadn´t thought of MJ for more than 20 years, yet was totally devostated and couldn´t stop crying for months after he died. There is absolutely NO explanation. I felt he was there, in the room, with me. His presence was so strong. There was something totally magic about that guy.

I, too, think he wanted to be like Jesus. I think he liked the way Jesus said "Let the children come to me!" and he felt the same way..... Unfortunately, just like Jesus, he was tortured and nailed to a cross - literally. He had to suffer so much and had to die/disappear before people truly understood his message.

Couldn´t help but thinking of MJ when I read the headlines in the papers some weeks ago: "Jesus did not die on the cross!" A very serious research shows he had a guy taking his place, but he let people believe he had died so that he could continue his work behind the scene....in another country and under another name.

Interesting :) ;)

TMZ Articles / Re: Katherine Jackson to Produce MJ Movies
« on: July 03, 2010, 12:14:18 PM »
Katherine has gone to a great length to sell MJ-stuff. First the belts, then the coffetable book, then this! Seems like she is selling anything she can think of connected with Michael.

Is she that hard up for money??! Or is she doing it so she can provide for Joe? Maybe he is behind it all? Or is she making sure that her children will have enough money when she dies?

Michael Jackson News / Re: NEW UPDATE ABOUT FOREST LAWN
« on: June 26, 2010, 02:52:31 AM »
I´m totally with you on that one.
I think Michael was murdered and yes, a lot of things "stink".

The reason I do not think it is a hoax (saying this with the deepest respect for each one of you who believes) is that Michael would never, NEVER, come up with a death-scenario including drugs. He would have known that media would make him into a drugaddict, forcing his children and family to debunk the rumours that he was a junkie. If he had hoaxed a death he would just have "died" in a heartattack. It would have been much easier and no strange doctor having to be involved, no courtcases.

But a lot of things are wrong with his death so I am a believer of murder. Wish all the energy could be put down in trying to find who did it.....!!

Michael was one of a kind and there will never be anyone like him again. Ever.

randyjackson8    Sorry Big Bro, for not getting ur children there on the anniversary of ur last day

UR LAST DAY????
LAST DAY OF WHAT???

Last day here on earth, I guess.

The thing is - we don´t know what the children wanted to do. Maybe they DID want to go to FL to pay respect and Randy tried to help them fulfill their wish.
Does anyone know where they are? I heard they haven´t been seen in Gary either?

Nothing on TV here except for "The Jacksons", which is running for the second time.
I would much rather see Michael than Jermain, Marlon, Jackie and Tito.

It´s a sad day and I cannot believe that basically nothing has happened about Dr. Murray during these 365 days!! He is still walking around, doing his job, keeping his licence like if nothing happened. Unbelievable!

13
In this case I truly believe LaToya.
Michael feared for his life, even thinking he might be shot on stage. He "knew" he was going to be murdered.

His other brothers have said the same. Randy said it goes wayyy beyond Dr. Murray.

If it was for the catalogue or something else, I don´t know, but the estate has made 1 billion dollars since he died. That, in itself, speaks volumes.

It´s bloodmoney! Nothing else!

I personally think many people want us to believe MJ is alive because it boosts the sale. It makes the leeches even richer. It´s about money, nothing else and they are just screwing with our minds.
In any case, MJ would never return since he would be the most hated entertainer ever if he did.
Most people and media would never forgive him, they´d just destroy him totally. Wouldn´t want that for Michael.

I think he was murdered. I am hanging on in here because I would really like to find out what happened. If Murray walks it wouldn´t surprise me at all. Those guys who had MJ killed are very powerful.

It seems like Randy have many cards to play - but keeps them close to his chest, as he said on Twitter.
A lot of things are happening behind the scene and I think the family are just standing by until the BAM-day. The OTHER BAM-day, that is. The day when they will hit back and get Murray out of the way.

Randy said that this goes way beyond Dr. Murray. They are just trying to get the "big fishes" in to the net. It takes time and they are not permitted to speak about it before the trial. Also, by talking about it the fishes might swim away never to be found again.

I have faith, too. The family are doing whatever they can. Just because we don´t hear about it doesn´t mean it is not happening.
