Pictures & Videos of Michael / Say Say Say vocals
« on: July 09, 2010, 11:06:01 AM »
I just want to say, this video/song perfectly illustrates how MJ's vocals were so unique and so much more interesting.

Like I have nothing against Paul Mccartney - I think he has a nice voice. But you really see how much more energetic and exciting Michael's voice is in this video. He really stood out in everyway[youtube:3faw6w3p]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLEhh_XpJ-0[/youtube:3faw6w3p]

We got video of Lowe, entering the C London restaurant with Tom Barrack, President of Colony Capital which co-owns Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch, along with the MJ estate.  Lowe and Barrack are having dinner with Flavio Briatore, a major Formula One player, and Giuseppe Cipriani -- the owner of the restaurant.

Sources say the foursome is discussing a $500 million deal to create "a multi-platform media company, similar to DreamWorks."

We're told the deal involves, among other things, TV, movie and Internet production.

Joe Jackson Withdraws Allowance Claim!

Good! It's about time this monster stopped trying to mooch off his son!

Joe Jackson has reportedly withdrawn his request to receive an allowance from Michael's estate.

Originally, he wanted $20,000 a month! Sources even claim that Katherine Jackson was heard saying, "Don't give that old goat more than $10,000."

Hmm - inneresting! We wonder what happened to make him withdraw his request! No way could it have been a change of heart!

Random MJ Talk / Bad day.
« on: June 28, 2010, 04:45:56 PM »
My faith has totally been shattered. I just watched the Janet Jackson interview and am so sad. Also I sent my mom a whole bunch of things via email, that are weird about his death, trying to convince her it's a hoax and she said..

"But is it because we want to SEE something that perhaps isn't even there.........having hope that he isn't gone......making more out of a comment than was meant in the first place?"

Maybe she's right :(

Random MJ Talk / Michael's career :(
« on: June 28, 2010, 12:38:00 AM »
I was just watching Michael Jackson's Private Home Movies and have this awful feeling in my stomach. You see footage from him winning the 8 grammys for Thriller, then his Bad tour and it just starts going downhill. It just truly hurts my heart to see that happen to him. I know you can't knock it out of the park everytime, but things just kept getting worse. He started going too far with plastic surgery, stopped really doing music or performing, and the tabloids went crazy. I just wish he would have 'ended' on a high note. That he wouldn't have been sort of considered a 'has-been'. I don't want people to yell at me for saying that, I truly love Michael, but in trying to be honest.. he was out for sometime and though he obviously impacted pop culture to the way it is today, he was no longer relevant. That sounds awful but I hope you understand what I mean.

Please help me wash this terrible feeling away. He just deserved so much more  :(

Other Odd Things / MJ Quote

I wasn't exactly too sure where to post this, though it probably has been mentioned before. But I came across this quote MJ said and I'm not even sure what to say in response.

"I would like some way to disappear where people don't see me anymore at some point. I don't want to grow old. I never want to look in the mirror and see that."

General Hoax Talk / Singing live?
« on: January 11, 2010, 01:50:16 AM »
Hey everyone!

I'm just wondering... do you know if there is any reason that Michael didn't really sing live from the Dangerous album and on?

He sang the whole Bad tour live, and then just doing random performances here and there after that, he never actually sang live.

He never needed to prove himself or anything, we all knew he could sing.. but why didn't he sing even some songs live?

Michael Jackson News / Nation Enquirer?
« on: January 11, 2010, 12:37:16 AM »
Which paper was it again that reported MJ's death would be in 6 months and it was.. National Enquirer? I know that paper is not known for its validity whatsoever, but that is too weird of a coincidence...

My question regarding this is... has anyone been staying up to date with that paper? I never really thought of it (though it's so simple I should've), but I think we should be paying close attention to it.

Michael Jackson Death Investigation Is Over!

And Dr. Conrad Murray is in deep shiz!

The LADP has completed their "exhaustive" and "extremely thorough" investigation into the death of Michael Jackson and the case will go to the District Attorney within the next few weeks.

Supposedly, the authorities have enough evidence to file a criminal case against Dr. Murray even though his administering of Propofol did not break any laws. He's likely to be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which means they would have to prove gross negligence.

Manslaughter!

Bad news for Dr. Conrad Murray.

Looks like prosecutors are finally ready to seek an indictment again Michael Jackson's doctor on a charge of involuntary manslaughter!

An anonymous police source revealed Dr. Murray would be "prosecuted on a theory of gross negligence."

However, LAPD must follow procedures and present the case to the district attorney before an indictment can be sought.

As for Dr. Murray, a spokesperson for the doc and his attorney claims Murray has no comment and that he never administered or prescribed anything that should have killed Jackson.

But things aren't looking good for Dr. Murray.

Several witnesses have been interviewed, many of which were with Jackson during his last few days. Not to mention that authorities have medical expert witnesses lined up to testify about standard care.

Now all that's left is to wait until the district attorney's office conducts an internal review and determining when the grand jury will be available to hear the case.

Wonder what the jury will decide.

Michael's Reasons to hoax his death / Dead or alive...?
« on: January 06, 2010, 02:26:19 AM »
Let me start off by saying I wasn't sure where to post this, and I sincerely apologize if this is in the wrong spot.

I was just watching this dvd biography on Michael, and I just took a second to really think about it.
If he is in fact alive (which I believe he is), I do not think he will come back.
I have a couple of reasons for this.

1. Watching this dvd, and seeing everyones reaction to his death, and how the world stood still.. I think it would severely damage his image. We all know his image was not in a good place to begin with, so I think if he were to 'come back' it would be a disaster. Sure, he would go down in the books for pulling it off, but would he risk losing many fans? I really believe him when he says he loves us and all our support - I don't think he'd want to risk that.

2. If he were to come back, what would he do? Would he tour? Would he put out a new cd? If he did, I think there would be more chance of them 'flopping' then being huge. Yes, the tour would sell out, and yes albums would be sold, but they wouldn't touch his previous record sales (at least I'd be surprised if they did).

I love Michael as much as the rest of you do, and I hate when people speak ill of him in any way, but I'm trying to look at this from an objective point of view.
Because of how tarnished his image is, if he were to release a new album let's say, it could be the greatest record ever made, but it would not get the credit. People would be itching to find things 'wrong' with it, just to burry him like the press always did. Take the Invincible album for example, the record sales were dismal in comparison to his earlier work, and personally, I found it to be one of my favorite albums.

If he were to come back and not do anything musically, that would be even worse. If he were to do this, I think people would be appalled that he'd do that to fans worldwide, and not provide anything in return. Though his presence of being alive would be greatly enough for us true fans, those who do not obsess like we do, will lose their admiration of him. I truly believe that - as much as I don't want to.

Hi there...
As greatful as I am for having a forum to discuss MJ faking his death...
Is it possible to go back to the old one? The layout just seemed to work a lot better (at least for me). Again, we could just restart the whole thing from scratch.. I just feel that the whole layout worked better
