And since we are on the topic of AKNU, I found that they have covered two songs originally performed by the Beatles, Yesterday and All You Need is Love, that I suspect are a part of MJ's music catalogue. Here is the link... You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Thoughts?

I love their vocals for the song Yesterday.  Amazing. =)

I have finally revisited the two video selections of AKNU. And ran across this one You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

It is an AKNU performing Black or White with a Billie Jean breakdown. In this performance I found the energy more sincere, as well as improved execution and showmanship. I got a better sense of their charisma. Particularly after my viewing their tribute to MJ, I clearly understand what you see.

So now that you have my undivided attention on AKNU and their likeness to MJ, what are you thinking?

I'm sorry I haven't responded to this, yet.  I had so much going on the past couple of weeks.  I feel with AKNU, that MJ may be helping them behind the scenes just providing mentorship and guidance.  Perhaps he had helped out with the choreography in that one video and maybe had one of them wear white socks for the pool jump to make a reference to him.  Either that, or they are heavily inspired by him.

TMZ Articles / Re: MJ DNA TEST - Organizer insists results are real
« on: September 25, 2014, 11:41:43 AM »
Yes, this Alki David guy came out of nowhere.  I think it's interesting that he would go out of his way to hold a press conference for this DNA testing.  I'm thinking he did this to help promote his video-sharing websites. But, I still think it's odd that he would hold his own press conference for something like that (and with him directly involved?) This guy is a already a billionaire and comes from a very wealthy family, so why didn't he have other people working on this for him?

And now he claims he holds the patents for the MJ hologram technology, yet I read somewhere he did a TV interview after the Billboard Music Awards and did not directly say he owned them.  He only explained how the technology works.

After reading more about this guy, I don't like him and I think he just says a bunch of lies and wants to use MJ's name to make money for himself.

I'm wondering if he was referring to the Obama administration.  Because Obama was inaugurated earlier in 2009.  Maybe Michael wanted to see the administration make changes (possibly environmental changes) within the 4 years he would be in office, otherwise the state the environment is in now would be irreversible.  I'm wondering if that segment started with him discussing Earth song which led him to say this statement.

Michael Jackson News / Vintage Associates LLC Bankruptcy and its Creditors
« on: September 16, 2014, 11:57:27 PM »
I visited the auction website several times to see the items, but also to see how much they are actually making off of these items.  The auction ends at the end of this week and I totaled all the bids so far, which is around $22,000.  Did the estate really think that the auction would help pay off the tax bill with this?

I looked into the bankruptcy case for Vintage Associates LLC and surprised to find some of its creditors had a link to MJ and his family in the past, mostly trying to work against them.  I’ve listed all the creditors below from the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login  website.  You have to open an account with the website in order to view all the creditors.
•   City Lights Recording Studio
•   Frank Coonis, PI
•   Henry V. Vaccaro
•   Henry V. Vaccaro
•   Henry V. Vaccaro, Jr.
•   Howard W. Mann
•   Howard W. Mann, DC
•   Internal Revenue Service
•   Internal Revenue Service
•   James Aaron, Esq.
•   John Branca and John McClain, Executors
•   Kajloka Law Firm
•   Keith Lowy
•   Lamuro, Davidson and Eastman
•   Lowry's Moving Service
•   Mark Bahary
•   Matt Garrison, PI
•   Nance Hutter
•   Poulos and LoPiccilo
•   Robert Leitner
•   Sandra C. Burlew
•   Steven Fernandez, Esq.
•   Toni R. Bahary
•   Warner Loft Duritza & Lowe
•   William A. Pigg, LLC

I’d like to point out some things about the people and companies on this list.

First, here is the bankruptcy petition for Vintage Associates from April 2013. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.  The petition only lists the top creditors that hold the largest claims and not everyone that I have listed above.

Henry V. Vaccaro – He is listed as the owner of Vintage Associates.  It’s interesting that he is also listed as a creditor.  So he owed himself money? This article (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login) gives you some background of a 9-year lawsuit he started in 1993 against the Jackson family for not following through on business deals he had with them.  Coincidentally, this article posted on 6/25/2009.  When they finally settled, he ended up with a large Jackson memorabilia collection (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login) which Michael had claimed was stolen and had a $10 million lawsuit against Vaccaro (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login).  The lawsuit was later dismissed because Michael stopped pursuing the case (probably because of the 2nd child abuse allegations). I also think at one point both Michael and Janet had a lawsuit against him in the mid-2000s over the memorabilia.

James Aaron, esq. – New Jersey attorney Vaccaro initially used in his lawsuit against Jackson family

Henry V. Vaccaro Jr. – Vaccaro’s son.  He suggested that his father use Frank Coonis, private investigator

Frank Coonis – LA-based private investigator that helped investigate Jackson family assets for Vaccaro.  Coincidentally, has served multiple subpoenas to Jackson family members in the past.  He suggested that Vaccaro use Steven P. Fernandez as a new attorney in his case against the Jacksons. There are also reports of him being a con-artist (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login). Coonis later sued Vaccaro in 2011 claiming that he owed him $25,000.

Steven P. Fernandez – divorce attorney in Santa Monica, CA. Frank Coonis recommended that Vaccaro use him as a new attorney in Jackson family case.

Mark Behary – Vaccaro’s son-in-law

Howard Mann – You can Google his name with Henry Vaccaro and find many articles and blog posts about their work history together and how they’ve been trying to exploit Michael’s image and likeness for years.  Mann had also worked with Katherine Jackson on business deals in recent years and was sued by the estate.  The settlement included Mann’s company, Vintage Pop Media Group, Vaccaro’s Vintage Associates, and one other defendant (unnamed) owing the estate $2.5 million. (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login) How convenient that Vintage Associates is declaring bankruptcy now!

Matt Garrison, PI – private investigator based in Long Beach, CA.  His name appears in court documents filed in 2005 when Vaccaro requested Jackson memorabilia items seized by DA Tom Sneddon for the trial.  I also found it interesting that in 2013, he was involved in a $20 billion lawsuit against the federal government and other data/communications companies for the controversial PRISM program (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login).  I believe that he works closely with Frank Coonis.

William A. Pigg, LLC – The LLC is no longer active, but I was blown away with what I found on this attorney.  He represented a guy that brought sexual assault charges against MJ in 2005, right after he was acquitted.  (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login).  This case was dismissed due to a one-year statute of limitations. Doesn’t that sound familiar??

Kajioka Law Firm – This is a law firm in Las Vegas.  Dean Kajioka’s name appears in a court order in 2008 releasing property to MJ and Janet Jackson. (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login)

Sandra Burlew – Her name appears as a shareholder in Wayside Road Associates, LLC.  Surprisingly, Vaccaro filed a bankruptcy petition in April 2013 for this company and listed himself as the Managing Member of Neverland Associates, LLC.  Sandra is listed as both a creditor and a member of the Wayside Road LLC.  (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login)

Toni Behary – Also listed as a shareholder in the bankruptcy petition for Wayside Associates LLC along with Vaccaro, Neverland Associates, and Sandra Burlew.

Nance Hutter – I couldn’t find anything connecting her to all of this.  But she won an $800,000 lawsuit related to a beer truck accident in New Haven, CT.  She also lost a bankruptcy case where the court found her spouse to be ‘abusing the bankruptcy process’ by delaying it for several years through faked medical illnesses, disobeying court orders, and firing attorneys.

Keith Lowy – I think he owns Lowy’s Moving Services

Poulos LoPicillo – New Jersey law firm

Robert Leitner – I believe he’s a dentist in Monmouth County, New Jersey

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe – Accounting firm in Monmouth, NJ

City Lights Recording Studio – based in New Jersey

Even though I didn’t find any information or clues of MJ faking his death, I think the connections between all of these creditors seem pretty fishy.  And the fact that one of them is tied to sexual abuse allegations makes me wonder if people involved with Vaccaro have been behind the other allegations.  It makes me wonder if any of them are connected to the Robson/Safechuck charges.  How ironic that all this stuff with Jackson Memorabilia goes way back to the early 1990s when MJ was hit with all this controversy.

Vaccaro first met Joe and Katherine Jackson in 1988 when they had an interest in his real estate development projects in New Jersey.  And during the lawsuit, it seems odd that he preferred to obtain the Jackson Family memorabilia (which doesn't appear to be bringing in a lot of money now) rather than have the Jacksons pay him for his business losses.  How convenient that after receiving the collection, Vaccaro publicly announced there were embarassing items he had found so that Sneddon had a reason to seize the collection for the 2005 trial. Also, Coonis and Garrison had already taken pictures of the items obtained for the trial years before they were seized.  Were these items planted into the collection hoping to bring MJ down?

Other Odd Things / Re: What i hear in Xscape lyrics!!!!
« on: September 15, 2014, 08:53:53 PM »
I agree it does seem out of place.  The lyrics in my copy say 'we've reached the highest mountain' rather than 'where is the highest mountain.'

A mountain can represent a challenge.  The line could mean that we're standing atop a great challenge.  And that while we're not aware, MJ will disappear.  Maybe perhaps to work on the challenge? And not to reveal how he did it?

Or I think reaching the highest mountain signifies that he's reached a milestone in his life, after which he would disappear.  The rest of the lyrics say 'And together we will fly/We'll dance up in the heavens.' He's suggesting that he can go higher than the mountain- even up into the heavens.  Perhaps he's saying that he disappears to work on reaching greater achievements.

Info for new members / Re: List of questions about the past 4+ years
« on: September 14, 2014, 09:27:04 AM »
1.   What is your username and has it always been the same?

My username is NJackSwing91 and it has remained the same since I started posting (which was fairly recent).

2.   What made you look into the hoax and when?

I started looking into the hoax after watching MJ music videos, which was earlier this summer.  I was surprised to see the videos for Hold My Hand and Hollywood Tonight because I didn’t realize they had released an album in 2010. Starting in the Fall 2008 up until a couple years ago, I had some personal/family hardships so I couldn’t keep up with MJ news.  I was devastated when they reported his ‘death’ in 2009. I remember hearing about the trials afterwards, but couldn’t look into them more.

3.   What do you think is his reason to hoax his death?

I believe his reasons to hoax his death has something to do with the 2005 trial.

4.   Who do you think are 100% in on the hoax?

Everyone that was at Carolwood that morning on 6/25/2009 (Conrad, security, children, nannies, cook), paramedics, high-ranking individuals that work at UCLA Medical Center, and high-ranking individuals that work for the government (local, state, and federal) know the details on how Mj faked his death that day, although not everyone knows why, where to find him, or what he's up to right now.  I believe there are many others that know MJ had faked his death, but were never given the details on how he pulled it off or where he is located.  They were simply paid off to do a certain task and then keep their mouth shut (Coroner, medical professionals during the trial, AEG, some people at Sony).  I think the less information they know the more likely the hoax will work.  I think the Jackson family did not know immediately that MJ faked his death, but have eventually learned about it through their network of people (except Jermaine…I think he knows everything). They, too, do not have information about how it was done or where to find MJ.

5.   Do you think he will come back and if yes; why, when and how? If not, why do you think he will not return?

Yes, I believe MJ will return, but he will make it appear as if he wasn’t planning to return at all.  He would plan it out as if someone had slowly uncovered all the facts and then call him out on it revealing his exact location.  OR he would make it look like he had been kidnapped.  I think he is waiting to uncover some truth about people behind the 2005 trial.

6.   Do you believe MJ reads the forum and do you think he posts. If yes, do you have a suspect?

I believe MJ reads the forum as an observer.

7.   How long do you think this hoax was in the planning? Please explain why.

I believe MJ has been planning his death since the end of the 2005 trial and that he used help from the Nation of Islam.  When I say this, I don’t mean the Nation itself (as an organization) was involved, just that Mj used members of the Nation to help him.  He had to wait a few years to pull this off because of the Marc Schaffel and Deiter Weisner lawsuits, but also to collect more information on people.

8.   Do you think we have overlooked something or haven’t examined enough and if so, what?

I’m still reading through previous posts, so I don’t know yet if anything has been overlooked.

9.   Which part of the hoax do you like less?

I don’t like reading tabloids.  They have nothing to do with the hoax.  But, I end up reading their reports anyway looking for clues or inconsistencies.

10.   What do you think is the best hoax video / YouTube channel?

The best hoax video I’ve found so far is the one where they research the origins of the stretcher seen in the gurney picture.  The stretcher he is laying on is from early 2002 and UCLA no longer used this type of stretcher in 2009.  I like the channel MJHoax4Believers the best. I also follow Pearl Jr. videos.

11.   Do you think O2 guy was MJ?

Yes

12.   What old topic should be discussed again you think?

I think we should discuss the 2005 trial more.  Is it a coincidence that there now has been child abuse allegations once every decade since the 90s? There are people behind this and I think MJ is trying to reveal them.  They may be persons that we may not even know.

13.   If you would have to make a non-believer reconsider and you could pick 3 things to make your point, which 3 things will that be?

The Weekly World News re-posting that MJ would fake his death on 6/20/09.  Someone must have known what was going on or MJ was behind this.  The second one would be the stretcher video I spoke of earlier.  I can’t think of a third one, yet.

14.   Is there anything you believe about the hoax/MJ that you rather not say because you think people will think you are crazy? If yes, please share! Hahahaha.

I believe members of the Nation of Islam have helped immensely in the planning and the execution of the ‘faked death.’ There are some aspects of the hoax that they do not oversee (like the Sony Believe Campaign).  I believe MJ has different people working on different parts of the hoax.  Right now, I believe some members of the NOI are working with MJ to help uncover truth about people behind the 2005 trial.  The Nation and its members are still a mystery to me, but I hope to do more research on them especially people associated with MJ and his family.  I read a lot of news reports that are unfavorable to the Nation and I don't completely agree with some of the Nation's views or beliefs.  But, this is a very large organization with a large network of people and may have the resources to help with the hoax.  Also, some members may only follow the Nation to a certain extent and not actually convert.

15.   What made you laugh the hardest the past 4 years?

I don’t think I laughed really hard at anything the past 5 years.  Again, I had some things going on in my life so I couldn’t really pay attention.

16.   Anything else you want to share or questions you think should be added?

No.

39
Ah. I get it now.  I think this is a great idea.

Introduce yourself / Hello, Everyone!
« on: September 14, 2014, 07:31:19 AM »
Hello, everyone.  I started posting last month and realized that I haven't really introduced myself, yet.

I started researching on the hoax just a couple months ago, so I am also coming in late on this.  It all started one day when I decided to watch all of MJ's music videos on VEVO.  It surprised me seeing videos for Hold My Hand and Hollywood Tonight because I didn't even realize an album was released back in 2010.  I couldn't keep up on MJ news back then due to some personal/family hardships.

News of his 'death' was devastating for me in 2009.  And, I remember hearing of his trials in the years after, but what was going on in my life I really couldn't give them much attention.

So, recently I began to look up more internet videos of MJ to see what I've missed out and came across all the hoax videos.  Since then, it has been nothing but hoax research.

I'm so glad that this forum exists.  I'm still trying to go back to view previous posts so I am more up-to-date on all the information.  I look forward to sharing any new information I find with you all.

Hello @Echo.  I need more clarification on the 'Do Not Reply Zone' threads.  So, we would only respond with information on the topic and not include our personal thoughts and feelings about it?  Is that correct?

Others / Re: Pheonix, author of Michael Jackson: The Lie Becomes the Truth
« on: September 13, 2014, 03:09:24 AM »
I checked out Professor Griff’s BlogTalkRadio show, NMEMindz, and it seems he's NOI, or at least a follower.  The radio show promotes a lot of NOI-related materials and has guests that identify with the Nation.  At the beginning of each show, they begin with affirmations or 'shout outs' to acknowledge NOI spiritual leaders and scholars.  So, I would assume he's NOI.

Each episode is pretty long (2 hours each), but I listened in on some of them.  One was "Music: The Technical Side of the Business" where they discussed how artists are exploited in the industry.  They mentioned MJ once during this episode, but I didn't find anything else that could be hoax-related.

There are two other episodes that discussed Black Fraternities & Sororities (Part 1 & 2).  It caught my attention because there was a brief description on how these organizations are breeding grounds for Masonic groups and other secret societies.  It just reminded me of Conrad Murray since there were rumors that he is a Freemason.

I was surprised that the radio show hosts were actually against such groups.  So many famous people were members of these fraternities; you would think members of the Nation would respect that.   Instead, they were very critical of these organizations in that they’re modeled after secret societies from European cultures and subordinating to ‘white’ values.  (The conversations on these shows get pretty intense).

So, I kept thinking about the relationship between Conrad Murray, a supposed Freemason, and all the NOI security guards.  How did they view each other?  Did they even respect each other?

Also, if Pheonix is NOI and follows this radio show, does he feel the same way?  The Jacksons are the most famous African American music family and became so main stream.  Does Pheonix view this as ‘subordinating’? Could this be fueling his attacks on MJ and his family?  Or I could just be reading into this way too much.

Hoax Pictures / Re: Michael and ROB LOWE
« on: September 13, 2014, 01:42:57 AM »
In one of the videos, Tom Barrack began to talk about Colony's acquisition of Neverland, but then the video was cut short.  Does anyone know where to find the full interview?

45
Also, it may not have even been Conrad's residence at all.  Michael rented two different residences in Vegas after he returned from Ireland.  According to the bodyguard's book, Bill Whitfield mentioned that he stayed at 2785 Monte Cristo Way for a few months before living in Virginia and then at 2710 Palomino Lane before moving to LA.  There are also other members of the Jackson family that have residences in Las Vegas.  Joe Jackson has a condo there, Janet supposedly has a house and a condo, and I remember reading somewhere that Michael once bought a house for Katherine in Vegas.

Michael Amir could have listed the landline as belonging to Conrad to cover up the true location and owner.  And then say he was calling Conrad to help throw people off the trail.

One other residence we should look into is 99 Spanish Gate Drive.  This is the house built by the brother of the Sultan of Brunei that MJ supposedly wanted to purchase for himself after This Is It.  What I find interesting about this address is that the Estate found an LLC listed as '99 Spanish Gate Drive LLC' which was managed by Michael Amir.  You can see this in the Estate's Third Accounting they filed earlier this year.  This LLC has since been dissoved, but I think it's odd that MJ would create an LLC and name it after an address he never owned.  I'm thinking that this may be a part of the hoax.
