Michael Jackson News / Re: Empire News article
« on: October 26, 2014, 02:50:38 AM »
Also, this article was posted on October 13.  This could be connected to Nelson de la Nuez' mysterious tweet over the summer 'LV 13 10 56'. I think some of us speculated that the numbers 13 and 10 represent October 13th.

BTW, I'm  going to share some information/connections I found about an event that occurred in Vegas on this day as well, but on another thread.

Oops, I was mistaken. It was Weekly World News that had posted the MJ faked death article in 2009.

I read on Wikipedia that Empire News had been merged with News of the World back in 1960.  So, I feel this is just another tabloid story.  However, I find the connection to News of the World interesting.  Because News of the World re-posted a 1994 article that MJ would fake his death back on June 20, 2009.

Perhaps they are trying to tell us something again?

I have the hardest time finding anything on Faheem Muhammad.  I've only found a Twitter account that follows both Farrakhan and Michael Amir, but that's about it.  I can't even prove if these accounts are even real.  I believe he is also NOI, just by association.

Weren't there other security guards from the night-shift that never went to trial?  I'd like to research more about them.

I located a twitter account under the name of Faheem Muhammad that shows a photo of someone who I could say is a striking likeness to whom I have seen in the media. If the account is real, it appears that he has a direct association with NOI.

Regarding NOI security guards from the night-shift not going to trial, I recall reading something about a judge not substantiating aspects of NOI security testimony into evidence. This may be to what you refer. I will have to revisit the article...

I finally found some more info on Faheem.  He is listed as the Director of A.K.N.U. World Entertainment LLC in CorporationWiki.  I'm surprised I have never caught this until now, since this LLC started back in 2008.  I would have thought this would show up in Google searches when people did internet searches on him during the trials.  There is also another listing with him as a member of Elite Security Services LLC, which is still active.

But, I'm glad I found this because now there's a stronger connection between Michael and this AKNU group I have written about earlier on this thread. Faheem was Michael's chief-of-staff back in 2009, but it appears he was also involved with AKNU roughly at the same time.  I cannot verify when this LLC became inactive.  But, now we have some insight on Faheem.  Let's also not forget that Michael had used Faheem's name as an alias in the past.

Neverland / Re: Neverland Trademark companies

I searched 'The Money Team' in the USPTO website and saw that Greenberg Traurig is also involved with this trademark process.  Coinicidence?? Except Mayweather is using the Las Vegas location.

I came across the trademark applications submitted by Colony Capital as I searched through the USPTO website.  I still feel they purposely abandoned their applications to allow Triumph International to continue with their own applications.  If you read through the document history for some of Triumph's trademark applications you'll find notices from the trademark office stating that they cannot continue the application process due to other applications seeking the same trademark for goods/services (and they had listed the applicant numbers that matched Colony Capital (Sycamore Valley Ranch, LLC). The dates of when Colony Capital abandoned their applications came just a few weeks after Triumph received notice that they couldn't continue with the other applicants. So, I have a feeling that Colony Capital had agreed to let their applications go since the Estate was moving forward with this.

Also, Triumph had submitted earlier applications (2009) that were eventually abandoned.  During these earlier applications they had requested extensions to submit the 'Statement of Notice' which essentially would move them closer to receiving a registered trademark.  They are allowed up to five extensions 6 months apart.  When it came close to the end of their fifth extension, they re-applied (August 2014).  However, the trademark office does not allow duplicate applications, so this explains why Triumph submitted abandonment notices for the earlier applications.  Echo, I hope this helps bring meaning to why they had abandoned those.

Yet, I've found no explanation as to why Triumph would request extensions so many times.  This is actually a pattern I've found with other trademark names.  Check out Michael Jackson One (which is surprisingly NOT a registered trademark, yet).

Here's a list of other trademark applications submitted by Triumph in the past: MP, Michael's Pets, World of Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson, MJ, Neverland Valley, Dangerous, World of Michael Jackson an International Club, Hip Pop the King of Pop, Health the World Foundation, Health the World, HTWF, Thriller 25, Gone Too Soon, and who knows how much more.  Many of them started back in 1987 and some were abandoned in the 90s.  The more recent trademark applications didn't start until 2008 with Thriller 25.

That reminds me...Thriller 25. Check out the documents associated with these trademark applications (77480413, 77480301). The application was submitted in May 2008 by Londell McMillan (who was the attorney from NYC). Then, out of nowhere, a document is submitted by Dr. Tohme Tohme in March 2009 (just making a response to a notice from the trademark office).  I didn't know he was involved with trademarks, licensing, etc.  I always thought he was a manager.  The majority of the trademark applications I've read through were signed by an attorney.  And then, a document was submitted in September 2009 naming Greenberg Taurig firm as the new attorney.  Not surprisingly, they also requested extensions to submit the 'Statement of Use' and later abandoned the application.

Another interesting application I came across is 77771176.  This was submitted by AEGLive on June 30, 2009 to register 'This Is It' as a trademark name.  In their list of goods and services, they listed printed tickets, event programs, and even productions and performances.  Why would they list these after Michael had died?

Greenburg does seem a good choice.  It seems they have worked in entertainment and intellectual property extensively.  I'm now wondering if they were in on the hoax and maybe information was leaked and that's why we have those two initial applicants (Jose Berreta and Leticia Uvalle).  Perhaps they found out about what would happen and tried to exploit the use of the Neverland name.

As far as why the initial applications were abandoned - it seems when an applicant files the 'Statement of Use' document, they are also required to provide proof that they are using the trademark name in commerce.  This is difficult for ALL of the applicants since Neverland is still in limbo and we don't know what's going to happen to it.  I think that's why the Estate has been requesting an extension to file this every 6 months.

Some of the goods and services that I saw listed include making a museum at Neverland.  Perhaps the estate is claiming the trademark with the intent to someday open a museum?? Why would they drag out the application process for 5 years and then re-apply?? I'm wondering if there are some big plans for Neverland.

Echo, what I've discovered from the Trademark website is that the Estate (more specifically, Triumph International) technically does not own the trademarks for Neverland or Neverland Ranch.  If you read the 'TSDR' documents listed under the first 'dead' application (77811345), you will see that the estate kept requesting an extension to file the 'Statement of Use' document.  The US Trademark and Patent Office allows applicants 6 months to file this OR request an extension up to five times.  They started the application in August of 2009 and delayed the application process until the trademark office declared it abandoned (September 2014).  The 'live' applications are pretty recent (the applications started in August 2014), so I assume they are going to do this process all over again.

Here's some information about the Statement of Use and the process one would go through in the trademark application.

Also, I saw that Sycamore Valley Ranch LLC (aka Colony Capital) had submitted applications to obtain ownership of these trademarks, but they submitted a request to abandon the application after about a month. I'm guessing they were rushing to get the trademarks before someone else claimed them, but backed off once the Estate stepped in.

The last two dead applications listed are interesting.  The applicants listed are named Dante Valdivieso and Jose Berreto for one; and Leticia Uvalle for the other.  I think they are all attorneys involved with patent law.  After a Google Search, I've discovered that Jose Berreto supposedly owns a trademark called Dubai Living (which I found interesting since Michael had visited Dubai before returning to the US).  Also, Leticia Uvalle supposedly owns a trademark called West Coast Graceland. What's interesting is that these individuals were the first to submit trademark applications after Michael's death (as early as July 10).  You'd think if the Estate or Colony Capital were in on the hoax, they would have been the first to do this?

"In a previously unreported court filing, the government says that IRS auditors originally thought the King of Pop owned only 50% of certain master recordings at his death in June 2009, when he really owned 100% of them. "

I remember back during the Invincible era, one of the reasons Michael and Sony were at odds with each other was because Michael thought his master recordings would revert to him completely, but learned that it would still be many years before this happened.  In connecting this to the rumor that Michael was trying to fake his death back during the Invincible era, then it makes sense to me that he wanted to wait until he owned his master recordings 100% before faking his death.  Some people have thought that he couldn't fake his death back during Invincible because of 9/11, but this actually makes more sense.

Neverland / Neverland Trademark companies
« on: October 08, 2014, 10:28:01 AM »
I was looking through Corporation Wiki and came across these companies related to the Neverland Trademark.  MJ is listed as an ACTIVE partner. And if you scroll down, you can see that Prince and Paris are also connected as active partners to these companies.  Blanket does not show up, but a woman named Rachel Sakhi is also listed. (After Google searching her name it looks like some people claim that she's Blanket's biological mother). I didn't see any dates indicating when these companies were started, but they are all active as of June 2014.

Thanks, Echo. The article was helpful.  I found that one of the people mentioned in this, Richard Altomare, was convicted of some kind of Wall Street-fraud and serving time in prison.  What's interesting is that he unknowingly worked with an undercover FBI agent, who was able to obtain the evidence to convict him.  Even though this agent probably wasn't investigating any conspiracy theories against MJ, it's good to know that there was someone out there working to expose the ill-intent of people that tried to associate themselves with MJ or his name.

I'm still looking for more clues and connections among the creditors listed under the Vintage Associates bankruptcy.  I feel so limited to just internet searches, though.  Perhaps there's an FBI agent reading this forum- I hope they can at least take this information and investigate these people more in depth.

This line from the second article is interesting. =)

Two days later, Barrack called Jackson. “I told him: ‘Where you are is an insolvable puzzle unless you’re willing to go back to work. If you’re willing to do that, then we can help, but if you’re not willing to do that, it’s just presiding over a funeral.’ ” At first, Jackson demurred. “He really had a hard time with that, and he struggled for about three days. Finally, he calls back and says, ‘You’re right, I’ll do it.’ ”

I can't believe they're moving forward with this.  I thought it was against the law to bring charges to a deceased person.  I remember reading more about 'equitable estoppel' after they mentioned this in the court documents and the hearing back in September, and this has only been used in cases where the defendent was alive.  I'm wondering if Marzano, Robson, and Safechuck have caught on that MJ may be alive and, thus, developed their strategy based off of that.  At this point, I hope MJ remains in hiding.  He is and was always innocent and I don't want to see him go through another trial again.

Michael Jackson to remain an unnamed defendant in molestation case

October 1, 2014 1:43 pm by: Westside Today Staff Category: News, Politics Leave a comment
A judge today denied a motion by attorneys for the estate of Michael Jackson to dismiss the King of Pop as an unnamed defendant in a lawsuit filed by a choreographer who alleges the late singer sexually abused him as a child.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said Jackson can remain in Wade Robson’s civil case for now and continued to be identified as “Doe 1.”

However, Beckloff said lawyers for Robson will have to shore up the civil complaint in general for it to move forward. The judge said the case appears to be implying negligence, but that no such specific allegation is made in the complaint.

“I think there needs to be more facts or else it’s uncertain,” Beckloff said.

Robson attorney Maryann Marzano told Beckloff she will file an amended complaint.

“One can always improve upon work that’s been done in the past,” she said.

Beckloff said attorneys on both sides have filed court papers with a solid level of support for their arguments that he does not always see from other lawyers.

Robson, who has worked with such luminaries as Britney Spears and Usher, has filed both civil and probate court actions. The civil suit was filed in June 2013 and names two Jackson companies as well as “Doe 1” as defendants.

In their court papers, lawyers for the estate say it is clear that “Doe 1” is Jackson himself and that a judge does not have jurisdiction over a deceased person or the ability to enter a judgment against him.

But in an email to Jackson estate attorney Jonathan Steinsapir, a copy of which is attached to the estate’s court papers, Marzano states that Jackson is being left as Doe 1 in the civil case for tactical reasons.

“We are well aware that any claims against Michael Jackson need to be made against the estate,” Marzano wrote. “Having said that, we are reluctant to dismiss the Doe 1 defendant given the possible adverse effect a dismissal may have on our pleadings in discovery.”

Robson, 32, still needs a judge’s permission to file the probate court claim because it was brought in May 2013, nearly four years after the entertainer’s overdose death at age 50 on June 25, 2009.

Robson alleges Jackson molested him between 1990-97, though he testified in the singer’s 2005 child molestation trial that the pop star did not sexually molest him. Jackson was acquitted on all charges in his 2005 trial. He settled out of court in 1994 another claim in which he was accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy.

For some reason, I had always thought he had gone to law school, but it seems that he is an artist now.  Unless he works as an attorney as a day job to support is artwork (it's possible).  I also had thought he was in Utah, but it looks like he is either in Las Vegas or LA.

I came across this video recently of him promoting a new city directory, Nomic.

And, I like how he lists himself as a 'pop icon. recording artist. visionary.'

I think that it is interesting that he is (or was?) in Vegas because there was that tweet by Nelson de la Nuez: LV 13 10 56 several weeks ago. Someone had pointed out that '56' is the age Michael would have been if he were alive. I'm guessing 'LV 13 10' could mean that something is happening in Vegas on October 13th.

I did come across one event on that day.  David Copperfield has a show on 10/13 at 7p at the Hollywood Theatre at MGM Grand.  Do you guys think that MJ could be there in disguise?
