I really don't remember what month it was after 6/25/09, but my first gut feeling about that date ( and I was telling my son this, I remember it clearly as if it was yesterday) was: IF ANYONE CAN DO IT, MICHAEL CAN (about hoaxing his death).
Wishingstar, your words ring very true for me as well. Michael always said in his interviews that he wanted to be a pioneer, take the medium to another level and
bring joy, hope and awareness to people through his music, lyrics and humanitarian efforts. He wanted to be the FIRST to do something in a completely different way. Well, THIS (Hoax) has never been done before.
I do believe that he was in grave danger, going back to the Pepsi accident, the stage falling in Germany, the 1993 allegations, the 2003 allegations and the This Is It concerts. "They" do not want someone who has an extremely large number of fans all over the world to be a good, selfless, very kind and caring and an extremely accomplished entertainer who gives away money to the poor, needy and specially children in orphanages and the disadvantaged. They don't want the people to listen to songs such as "They Don't Really Care About Us", "Black and White", "Earth Song" with lyrics to wake people up and take note of what's really happening in our lives these days.............
IF there was ONLY ONE REASON to believe in this hoax, I would say that the Conrad Murray Trial was it for me. Just a couple of days ago, George Zimmerman was found Not Guilty and the jury's verdict was read by saying: "We, the jury find the defendant, George Zimmerman, Not Guilty ..........blah, blah, blah"
I did not hear the word ALLEGEDLY anywhere in that verdict.......... as we did during the reading of Murray's verdict and more than once just to make sure that no one missed it ...........

I wanted to do some research on Dr. Finkelstein, so I went on Google and typed "Who is Dr. Stuart Finkelstein"?
The 5th answer down the page that has the heading:
Stuart Finkelstein, M.D. - Physician Information Shows a colored photo of him which doesn't look anything like this guy's photo from the deposition.
Sorry, I tried but couldn't copy the photo here. Take a look at Google's photo and let me know what you think. Even with age, I still don't think it looks like the deposition photo.
Yep...nothing like the dude in the video deposition lol!
I think so too Adi, they look more like two different people IMO.........

LoveNeedsExpression and blankie like both of you said, this article does seem to serve as an advertisement for the facility also as an encouragement for "struggling teens ages 12-18." This sentence stood out for me: The facility—which Dr. Drew has featured on Lifechangers—features academics, therapy and athletics, and all students are required to participate in the music program as a way to "discover how music can influence their lives in positive ways." I keep thinking about Dr. Murray and how he ALLEGEDLY was responsible for Michael's death. Let's just pretend for a second that everything happened as was reported by media and that's why Murray is in jail now (again allegedly). If we are believing that Michael died at the hands of Murray, why would the verdict at his trial use the word ALLEGEDLY more than once hence nullifying the whole trial and the case against Murray. Applehead, when it has been shown to anyone who followed Murray's trial, that it was a bogus trial with elephants, pumpkins, rabbits in the room, and the use of the word ALLEGEDLY during the reading of the verdict, then why would you agree with the reports and articles that Murray is in fact responsible for Michael's death and Katherine should have sued only him instead of AEG?  ?? I might be missing something here, but like bec said can you please explain your thoughts? ?

Sweet, the hospital most likely has strict orders not to give out any info. regarding Paris to anyone. It's not like they're going to give out info. like that to anyone who asks. They could find themselves out of a job very quickly. I'm not saying I know for sure whether Paris is there or not, because I don't. Probably anyone who wants any info. about her has to go through the proper channels first. May be you can pretend to be Pearl Jr. and try to get info. that way? ?? Just kidding........... :bearhug:

I believe the whole point of the trial is to bring out in the open what "people" did to Michael to bring him down, to silence him once and for all (2003 Allegations) to discredit him to his fans, and as a bonus to get to his catalog and everything else he worked for all his life. I also believe AEG tried to complete the job that wasn't successful in 2003 by manipulating the This Is It contract to suit all of THEIR needs, by treating Michael like a "circus animal", by manipulating the # of the shows for maximum profits, by controlling all aspects of Michael's life including his private life....... A lot of conspiracy going on all around Michael that people who had Michael's best interest at heart have died mysteriously from very mysterious causes........

I agree with most of the things you said in your post WhatKindofLove, but I also believe that ONE of the main reasons for Michael's disappearance IS to get back the years "they" took from him. My reason for believing this is to look at what started to happen right after 6/25/09 with respect to his family (parents, brothers and sisters). Right away they all started having DEALS such as: TV, concerts, record deals, advertising deals and more concerts........I'm sure I'm forgetting some........
We had not heard much of Jackie, Tito, Randy, Marlon, Jermaine, Rebbie in the years prior to 2009, the only other famous siblings of Michael as we all know is Janet and Latoya, (may be Jermaine). It DOES look like a JACKSON FAMILY TAKEOVER, to take back all of the years that were stolen from them.
Going back only to the 2003 allegations, after the verdict in 2005, Michael was forced to uproot his 3 small children from their home, Neverland. Just imagine, if you will, having spent years designing and building Neverland as your home and as a place where all underprivileged children can visit and enjoy themselves, having gathered a lot of animals from all over the world for the zoo, bringing rides, carousels, a train again to give joy and happiness to children who were sick or could not afford to go to amusement parks, all the antiques you've collected through the years, how do you forget being forced to leave all that behind to never return............and is it even possible to forget the fact that you do not have a place to call home for 4 very long years, specially with 3 children???

Journalist Diane Dimond, who is no defender of the pop icon, also attacked the Sunday People article.
"It is obvious the paper took this old story and proceeded to make it seem new by adding numbers to it -- 24 boys paid off $35 million by Michael Jackson," Dimond said. "The problem is there's no evidence to back up the claim that Jackson made that many payoffs."

When I first read the article I couldn't believe it either, so I had to re-read it to make sure I understood it right. That's why this article is so important in clearing Michael's name, specially when it is being written by mainstream media and a "scum" reporter such as Diane Dimond, who was hell bent in destroying Michael, writes her opinion in favor of Michael.............
