I found this article and wanted to post it here since it explains very clearly what Wade's motives for these allegations are, MONEY.  Also shows that we're not the only ones who are extremely bothered by the whole thing.......

Wade Robson's Michael Jackson long-shot lawsuit obsession

wade-robson-getty-emmys-michael-jackson.jpgWelcome to Bugging Me Right Now, a recurring blog segment that deals with entertainment news The Fame Fatale can't seem to shake. (Another thing that has me obsessed: Finding a better name for this friggin' segment.)

This week, what's bugging me is Wade Robson. You'll remember Wade Robson as the 30-year-old dancer who, as a child, was totally, completely not being abused by Michael Jackson. Cut to a few weeks ago, and get this: Wade Robson was absolutely positively abused by Jackson. So sayeth Wade Robson.

How do I know this? Because Robson, who defended Jackson's honor during his 2005 molestation trial, has now filed a claim against the dead singer's estate. The jist of Robson's argument: That he didn't know that his childhood activities with Jackson constituted abuse, until more recently, when Robson went through therapy. Now, Robson knows he's a victim, and he wants compensation.

Here's the problem: The statutes of limitation. No matter what starting-line you use-the date of Jackson's death, the dates of the alleged abuses, the date when Robson first had his apparent epiphany-those statues are long expired. And Robson seems to know that.

Which brings me to my current obsession: The odds are so, so stacked against this guy. So what. The frack. Does Robson. Think. He is doing.

In between tearing out my hair in bloody chunks, I reached out to a couple of lawyers who specialize in this stuff. (Not abuse-epiphany stuff. Suing-dead-people stuff.) And they calmed me the hell down. They explained that there are a couple of very solid, very logical reasons for Robson's apparent kamikaze mission.

Attorney Irwin Feinberg notes that, even if Robson never wins a dime from the Jackson estate, the dancer's public filing and subsequent press coverage has garnered something much more valuable.

"Other than a hail-Mary pass at trying to get this claim heard, I think he's just hoping on getting publicity," Feinberg notes. And publicity equals potential interest from press. The kind of press that pays thousands of dollars for exclusive interviews. Or maybe Robson crafts a book deal and earns himself a nice, hefty advance.

Mission accomplished. Robson now has money.

The other possible strategy is that Robson thinks he can play a long game against the Jackson estate.

"Oftentimes," notes Greenberg Glusker's Ricardo Cestero, "people will file incredibly long-shot claims and come up with novel arguments about why they should be allowed to get around the statutes, on the off chance that they can convince a judge that their arguments pass the smell test."

Then, as he and colleague Laura Zwicker explained to me, "they get the case far enough along where the executor of the estate will say, 'You know what? Here's a few hundred thousand dollars to go away, because we don't want to keep fighting this case'."

And I am now officially at peace. Hairless. But at peace.

Don't kill me for what I am gonna say but what if this Wade story is just a Michael's wake up call for people to realize how awful child molestation can be and maybe Michael and Wade are working together to open that place where to treat those sex abused children and give them comfort,  future and a better life and so eradicate all their traumas and nightmares, that would be awesome but maybe I am just a dreamer.

@Sweet....I don't know. Anything is possible. But I would be more willing to believe that if Wade and MJ were in league together, it would be for the purposes of flushing out other "opportunists" and "alleged" victims to come out of the wood work and expose them as to how easy it is to lie. But that hasn't been the case.

No one else is coming forward with a claim or stating they "lied" or had repressed memories.  A bogus article claimed MJ paid off some 24 boys. Well where are they?  :animal0017:

You would think now that MJ is "dead" they would come out and cash in....or SAY SOMETHING to support Wades claim. But that hasn't been the case either.

No...Wade has gone rogue in my opinion. He see's his career is drying up and is looking for a fat retirement check. He figures the estate will pay him just to go away! .....(JMO) :icon_evil:

@Do...yeah, they are churning up all this old stuff yet again.  The question is who is behind it?

My guess is AEG is at the bottom of the food chain and the immediate culprit, as far as the others who are involved (and there are a lot of them) we have a pretty good idea of who "they" are also .........

Just read this article from  Catherine Bach on her theory why her husband committed suicide. The poor woman still  only has a theory and no definite answers, but I'll post the link here as she says it was because of the TII tour and what happened to MJ that Peter took his own life.

Former “Dukes Of Hazzard” star Catherine Bach fears Michael Jackson’s death in 2009 prompted her lawyer husband to take his life – but she still cannot figure out why.
Peter Lopez shot himself as the first anniversary of the King of Pop’s death approached in April 2010. The entertainment lawyer, who represented Jackson and helped the superstar map out his ill-fated This Is It comeback dates, left no suicide note and Bach reveals her late husband didn’t drink or take drugs and the family was “financially stable.”
The actress only has one theory and tells tabloid The Globe, “He was the man responsible for putting the This Is It tour together. I think he felt responsible for what happened to Michael. That gave him a lot of grief.”
Jackson died from an accidental overdose of anesthetic propofol while he was in the finals stages of rehearsals for the planned This Is It dates in London.
Bach reveals she and her daughters are now over the worst of the tragedy thanks to family and friends, who have supported them through their grief. She adds, “We all fell apart. I was in a state of shock for a year. I wouldn’t sleep for weeks at a time, maybe just a few hours… (but) we’ve stayed very, very close to our priest. Our friends surrounded us with love and wouldn’t let me fall.”

3 years have passed, and still nothing about Peter Lopez death. Why I'm not surprised  :icon_rolleyes: .It seems that we will have to ask Raffles Dawson,Arnie Klein and brother Jermaine, about Lopez death.,then.

Raffles van Exel Connected To Gay Mafia!
by Jacky Jasper

Raffles van Exel favorite quote: “Knowledge is Power”
HSK Exclusive - We’re getting word Raffles van Exel (real name: Raffles Dawson) was once a gigolo who catered exclusively to male clientele. I would tell you to ask Michael Jackson’s former attorney Peter Lopez, but back in 2010, he was found dead from a gun shot to his head. Don’t believe me.. Ask the blackmailer, Raffles Van Exel....................

The truth is so well hidden that we may not find it for years and years...........   It's so obvious why Klein wasn't a witness during Murray's trial and he still is not a witness now during the AEG trial; he knows too much about all of these leeches, blackmailers and hangers on who were around Michael........

The Hoax Mentioned In The Media / Re: Jay Z beLIEves?!
« on: July 28, 2013, 09:32:34 AM »
....... OR Jay Z was told/he thought himself that if he uses the name Michael Jackson just once in his album, that will guarantee his album's success. Case in point.  No disrespect to anyone as I don't know for sure........  But on the other hand if it is true that Jay Z knows or believes, that's excellent.

Michaels P.Y.T., my son was listening to the song just last week from his room with the door closed so I didn't hear this reference to Michael, thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I don't think Peter committed suicide........  But have no way of proving it.........

Applehead I think if someone had hair like that nowadays they would surely be arrested or given a ticket at least..............  No disrespect to anyone, but that hairstyle was common or "in" in the 70's and 80's.

Thanks for all the information you posted about Michael's height, very interesting!!!

I'm curious to know, at this point would you say that we are getting closer to finding the truth or the opposite????

If you stop the video at 1:50, he's right in the middle of the picture, behind Majestic looking like he IS part of the Jackson party.......
Edit, watching it again, it looks like he may be behind the tape.

I see you are as confused as me @ Faithad.  :icon_lol: Now all I need is for Thome to be spotted with him to add to the intrigue.

Me??? Confused??? Why would I ever be confused??? Everything here is so straightforward and easy to understand/decipher!!!!!
LOL....... Confused as hell is more like it I would say.................

He won't assist either side in this fight. :judge-smiley:

I think that this 'fight' is staged and not even real.

I tend to think that the majority of parties are on the same team.

If we believe Keya Morgan's tweets about sitting next to Randy Phillips and Tohme and hearing their conversation,

WOW! Randy Phillips of AEG and Dr. Tohme Tohme are seated right next to me at beverly hills hotel.

Keya Morgan ‏@KeyaMorgan 13 Jun
I just found out that my tweet about Phillips & Tohme was used in court today in the Jackson case & plus a lot more.

Keya Morgan ‏@KeyaMorgan 13 Jun
God does everything for a reason! I know Tohme & Phillips siting next to me talking about #MJ was planed by the big boss above.

Keya Morgan ‏@KeyaMorgan 13 Jun
The stuff Randy Phillips & Tohme Tohme said in front of me about Michael Jackson & Katherine Jackson made me sick. I could not eat my lunch.

then I believe this trial is to expose AEG and their treatment of Michael.  I believe it is one of the reasons for the hoax, for the truth to come out and not about money at all.  But in order for the truth to come out about AEG, Katherine (on behalf of Michael) had to take such drastic measures such as this civil trial.....
I think a lot of truth is hidden behind behind a lot of the lies..........

I would say this is yet another tabloid trash full of a lot of smoke.  She MAY testify, and I think out of the whole TMZ article that is the only part that has any truth and TMZ had it right, the rest is garbage, exaggeration and manipulation of the truth............
