:bearhug: to you too Applehead.  Right now my thoughts are scattered all over the place and I don't think I can write anything that's coherent.  It feels like we are going in circles like a merry go round with no ending or destination in sight.  I'm normally a very determined, disciplined and strong willed person, but with everything coming at us from all directions, all contradicting each other,  this is just beyond anything I've dealt with all of my life.................. and I've dealt with a lot of difficult things in my life let me be the one to tell you!!! But this "thing" is just (a picture is worth a thousand words)  :Pulling_hair:

Death Penalty: Missouri to Use Propofol, Which Killed Michael Jackson, As Some Raise Concerns

With execution dates now set for two men on death row in Missouri, the state is on track to be the first to use the drug propofol for the administering of the death penalty. Propofol, a sedative thrust into the spotlight with the death of Michael Jackson, is unchartered territory when it comes to capital punishment and some critics are now raising concerns about whether the drug has been properly vetted and is an appropriate execution method.
"Missouri is about to use a new drug that no other state has used, that has never been used in executions," Richard Dieter, executive director of the Death Penalty Information Center, tells Daily RFT, adding, "You never want to experiment with humans."

One of the subjects of this so-called "experiment" will be Joseph Franklin, a convicted serial killer and white supremacist who famously shot Hustler publisher Larry Flynt, allegedly because he was enraged about the appearance of an interracial couple in the magazine.

As we reported last week, the Missouri Supreme Court has granted the state's motion to set execution dates for two men who have exhausted appeals of their death sentences. Attorney General Chris Koster, who has been pushing for these executions for several years, announced that Franklin will be executed on November 20, 2013, and Allen Nicklasson, another convicted killer on death row, will be executed on October 23, 2013.

Koster renewed the call for these dates earlier this summer, arguing that the courts cannot keep delaying due to pending federal litigation -- and noting that the state's limited supply of propofol is set to expire. Further delays, he threatened, could force Missouri to resort to the decades-old method of the gas chamber.

The court's latest action has prompted advocates critical of the death penalty to newly scrutinize the drug Missouri could likely use within just two months.

"Some explanation would be helpful for the public and certainly for the defendants who are about to be executed," says Dieter, who heads the nonprofit death penalty group that raises awareness and tracks capital punishment across the country.

The group, he says, wants to know "whether it's all going to be humane and proper...or whether they are just going ahead because they don't want these drugs to expire..."

Allen Nicklasson.
"Has this been well-vetted?" he continues. "Who have they consulted with that are experts?... What are the adverse reactions? What kind of people are allergic to this? How long would it take? What would be the dosage? What might be the experience?"

Missouri, he argues, is saying, "'We've picked it. Trust us.'"

Propofol got national attention in the aftermath of Michael Jackson's death, a result of an apparently lethal dose of the drug provided by his doctor. According to an ABC News report, propofol is typically administered to patients undergoing surgery or another medical procedure and is a fast-acting drug that makes patients unconscious within seconds. It's very potent and sometimes referred to as the "milk of amnesia."

Incidentally, just this past week, Jackson's ex-wife testified that he twice used propofol as a sleep aid in the 1990s.

Continue for more about the debate in Missouri, including response from the attorney general's office.

Alfonso Ribeiro On Michael Jackson Molestation Allegations: 'I Simply Won't Believe It'

Access HollywoodAccess Hollywood – Wed, Aug 14, 2013

Alfonso Ribeiro says he's always thought of his late friend Michael Jackson as a "child caught in a man's body," and it is one of the reasons he will never believe the molestation allegations against the entertainer.

"Quite frankly, no matter how many reports or things, or what people say, I will never believe that Michael was any of the things that they want to report about him," he told Access Hollywood's Kit Hoover. "I won't believe it because being a kid and being 12, 13, and 14, knowing Michael Jackson and hanging out with Michael, it never occurred, it never seemed like it could have occurred. There was nothing ever questionable, I simply won't believe it."

Ribeiro, who previously appeared in a Pepsi commercial opposite the pop star (he played a mini version of Jackson, complete with a "Beat It"-esque red jacket) has only innocent memories of the entertainer.

"At the end of the day Michael was a kid, and kids like hanging out with other kids, not adults, so I just think that he reached a point, you know, at that age where he just kind of stayed there," Ribeiro added.

Ribeiro was just 12 years old when he was cast in the Pepsi commercial opposite Jackson.

While speaking to Kit, Ribeiro said that working with Jackson was "the greatest thing that could have ever happened in my life at that time, I thought it was the coolest thing ever."

"I looked at Michael and I still look at Michael this way, and I will always look at Michael this way: Michael was a man, he was a child caught in a man's body," Ribeiro said. "He is absolutely a child, and I viewed him that way."

Thank you Faithadd for this POSITIVE article  :bearhug: !!!
I had already read this and I was so happy , because I really needed to hear that, considering the circus around Mike  ;) .What I always liked about Alfonso, it's the fact that has always maintained the same opinion regarding Mike: one very positive  :th_bravo: .

Welcome Applehead.  I felt the same after reading the article and that's why I posted it here.  I have a lot of respect for people like Alfonso who are not afraid to speak the truth.
Speaking of the circus around Michael, It's so hard to tell who's lying and who's telling the truth, who's a "good guy" and who's the "bad guy" isn't it???

The judge laid out a schedule on when certain motions will be argued in the next couple weeks. Katherine Jackson wants to amend her lawsuit.

They don't mention what the amendment is yet, may be later they will........................  Very interesting..................

Twitter ~ Not verified but (probably) real / Re: The Message to Front!!!
« on: August 20, 2013, 10:50:35 AM »
I just want to add my thoughts to all of yours, and this is my honest impression of what I sensed when I heard the message.  Please don't shoot the messenger and please don't take it personally. :smiley-vault-misc-150:

Up to yesterday when Front posted this message, I did respect him, he was/is all about love, helping others in need, always thinking of the children and a lot like Michael.  Up to yesterday........

After this message he posted yesterday, he now sounds like a lot of the trolls we've had here on the forum in the past.  The "writing on the wall" is the same and he is trying too hard to prove something (whatever that is)!!!!!!!!  We can only guess...............

Sweet, I respect that you believe he is Michael, you are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine, please don't take this personally, but I 100% do not believe that he is Michael .............

Diggyon, thanks. I hadn't read that tweet from Pearl so I couldn't understand what you meant.

Quote from: Applehead

"Debbie cannot win, just like Mike and the kids stay losing in people's mind. It is ironic that haters require proof of Mike and HIS WIVES admission about sex with him, but when it comes to Wade, Jason, and that Roger , no tape is needed to prove that he was guilty. It is automatic."

Exactly Applehead.  That's what media or the ones who wrongfully accuse Michael count on.  Once the wrong accusations/news are out there, people hear it and tend to believe it.  It's all about perception........ As Michael said "Lies become the truth" and it is all about perception as was discussed in the wrongful death trial.

26
I couldn't put my finger on it, but there was something about Pearl that I couldn't trust from the very beginning.  I read some of the tweets last night, but I had to stop and couldn't continue reading.  The way Front was pleading for Pearl not to include children in their fight/argument was so difficult to read.

Diggyon, what charges did she file?  Do you know?

There are more guests reading and following this forum than there are members, which means even though the number of members are not great, there are a lot more people that read here who may or may not believe in the hoax but are probably curious and interested in getting more info. that they alone otherwise won't be able to get on their own.  Twitter is probably the quickest social media site where one can get a very large number of worldwide followers/supporters in a very short period of time. There are also twice or may be more number of people who do not open a twitter account but just read (like myself).

I find it extremely curious as to why Front opened a twitter account the same time as the trial started........

It is my personal opinion that AEG is not in the hoax.

When I read the court tweets throughout the day, the conclusion I come to is that it is about righting all of the wrong accusations that the media has brought against Michael all of his life.  They have covered everything from the very beginning of the trial and the trial isn't over yet.
UYI, I think it is not just one subject (like the pain medications) but a combination of everything that the media has wrongfully flung in Michael's face his whole life.
During the trial they touched on the fact that Michael wasn't strange at all as the media portrayed him to be, he was/is an excellent father (they even showed photos, video and handwritten notes) and a very normal, humble, kind and very bright human being.
It was just recently discussed and proven in court that: "Briggs acknowledged that the IRS' assessment for Jackson's share of the Sony-ATV catalog was $100-$300 million more than MJ's debt." Even the IRS was involved to once again disprove another misinformation about Michael being in debt when he "died".

And so on, you guys already know the rest.  I think it was bec who mentioned in one of her previous posts that since everyone has their own lives, struggles, heartaches that it is really difficult to keep up/follow with other people's problems, people don't have time to or don't want to be bothered with what's going on with Michael Jackson..........  And I believe this may be exactly why this trial is going on.  I mean twitter is very public,  people from all over the world are using it and connecting with others.  May be this is also why Front opened a twitter account just when the trial started and is getting a lot of followers from all over the world.

P.S. In the trial, they even covered the Pepsi accident and the stage accident that hurt his back severely, concluding that he needed pain medication for them.  Debbie took so much time explaining in detail with photos what was going on with Michael's scalp, the swelling, the stretching of the skin and the excruciating pain that went along with all that.
Even the elephant man was mentioned and debunked.

"Bina: It doesn't matter whether MJ was in debt (for endorsement), but the negative perception he was in debt was sufficient."

Panish and his witnesses took great care to debunk in detail everything negative and wrongful that the media had accused Michael of by proving in this trial that the negative perception the media creates about an artist/entertainer is all it takes and the media knows this..................

Well when does that vindication part start then? Cuz all I hear is drugs drugs drugs n more drugs.

These are just some of the more recent tweets from the trial that helped with my decision, even though this trial may be a joke at times it seems to be very serious at other times.

You're welcome Applehead. I had not seen the two making of ghost videos you posted. They were just released recently? Yes, he does look very healthy.

With all of the witnesses that have testified so far in this trial, I found myself having to sift through the tweets to figure out the truth from the lies.  Not all of the witnesses are being truthful, and the ones who are being truthful, are not telling the whole truth.......... the truth seems to be hidden very deep and it is getting to be very hard to get to.

One theme that seems to be predominant and recurring throughout this trial, from the very beginning,  is the total and complete vindication of Michael Jackson from everything that the Media and tabloid ASSociates have wrongfully accused him of .................
