Michael Jackson's eldest son Prince rebelling against Jackson family?Michael Jackson's eldest son Prince is reportedly keen to leave the family mansion and set-up a home for himself. According to some family members, Prince, 16, has been keeping late hours and ignoring the requests of his grandmother and guardian, Katherine, reported New York Post. The youngster has a monthly allowance of USD 66,000. "He's a renegade kid. No holds barred. He's up and out at all times of the night, and I'm concerned, and I think everyone around the situation has to be worried what could happen to this kid," Post said quoting a family source. Prince often exits the mansion without security and is regularly spotted by paparazzi with girlfriend and schoolmate Remi Alfalah, 17, a princess from a royal Kuwaiti family, the source claimed. Prince and siblings Paris and Blanket are heirs to Michael Jackson's fortune, estimated at more than USD 1 billion. Prince is reportedly also keen to marry his girlfriend Remi just to get away from his relatives. The two first met two years ago at the private Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California. "He says he has his own money and he can take care of himself. Someone needs to act fast before this thing becomes more of a nightmare," the family source added. Jackson went out of his way to keep his children out of media glare even making them wear a mask. But, media focus has increased since his death in 2009. His daughter Paris, 15, is recovering after a suicide attempt in June this year. Death Penalty: Missouri to Use Propofol, Which Killed Michael Jackson, As Some Raise ConcernsWith execution dates now set for two men on death row in Missouri, the state is on track to be the first to use the drug propofol for the administering of the death penalty. Propofol, a sedative thrust into the spotlight with the death of Michael Jackson, is unchartered territory when it comes to capital punishment and some critics are now raising concerns about whether the drug has been properly vetted and is an appropriate execution method. "Missouri is about to use a new drug that no other state has used, that has never been used in executions," Richard Dieter, executive director of the Death Penalty Information Center, tells Daily RFT, adding, "You never want to experiment with humans." One of the subjects of this so-called "experiment" will be Joseph Franklin, a convicted serial killer and white supremacist who famously shot Hustler publisher Larry Flynt, allegedly because he was enraged about the appearance of an interracial couple in the magazine. As we reported last week, the Missouri Supreme Court has granted the state's motion to set execution dates for two men who have exhausted appeals of their death sentences. According to an ABC News report, propofol is typically administered to patients undergoing surgery or another medical procedure and is a fast-acting drug that makes patients unconscious within seconds. It's very potent and sometimes referred to as the "milk of amnesia." Incidentally, just this past week, Jackson's ex-wife testified that he twice used propofol as a sleep aid in the 1990s. After Michael Jackson's death in 2009, two things were on the minds of many: justice and money. With the conviction of Jackson's personal physician, Conrad Murray, justice was brought. But the dollar bills continue to be sought. The Jackson family's $40 billion wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live is underway in Los Angeles court, and someone is flying high with an apparent message for Los Angeles: "Follow The $ To Michael Jackson." The Hollywood Reporter reports that "a small plane was circling around Miracle Mile area office buildings in Los Angeles on Thursday" pulling the banner. And today's sighting was not the first. A small plane was spotted flying over the Santa Monica coastline Tuesday exhibiting the same message, according to THR. The aircraft also displayed its advice near the L.A. Heck, aside from the Jackson family, the banner could also be directed at Wade Robson, the famous choreographer who's filed suit against the Jackson Estate alleging MJ molested him years ago. However, the 30-year-old dancer is reportedly not asking for a huge chunk of change, possibly totaling no more than $15,000.

In the midst of his Michael Jackson molestation claims, Wade Robson was spotted in Hawaii with his family after rumors sparked that he planned to move there soon.
The 30-year-old famed choreographer was spotted doing some grocery shopping in Hawaii with his wife and son Friday, looking carefree in flip-flops, shorts and a floral-print shirt.

News of Robson's possible Hawaii move comes just a week after he filed a suit against the Jackson estate alleging he was abused by the late star.
The So You Think You Can Dance regular previously denied he had been molested by Jackson during the singer's 2005 molestation trial, but has since changed his tune, calling Jackson a "pedophile," and saying the singer abused him from ages 7 to 14.
"I was scared psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse," Robson said on the Today Show in regards to why he didn't reveal the supposed abuse during that time.

Robson's lawyer Henry Gradstein spoke to Australia's Today Tonight, saying, "Whatever Michael Jackson's apologists may say, all you have to do is listen to Wade to know that what he has to say is true and irrefutable. They may find it surprising that Wade defended Michael for all those years and never spoke about what was done to him until now, but anyone who knows anything about pedophilia and the terrible damage it does can tell you that this is almost always the case with victims of childhood sexual abuse."
Meanwhile, Howard Weitzman, the attorney for Jackson's estate, told E! News, "Mr. Robson has adamantly denied under oath and in numerous interviews over the past 20 years that Michael Jackson ever did anything inappropriate to him. He now wants us to believe that he committed perjury at least twice and has been lying to anyone and everyone about Mr. Jackson since the early ‘90s so he can file a claim for money. Mr. Robson's transparent lawsuit comes nearly four years after Michael passed. His claim is outrageous and sad."

Four years after his death, the pop star's estate has delivered another first: Jackson is now the only person, place or thing to have inspired two Cirque du Soleil shows. The Montreal-based acrobatic-theater company presented a sneak peak of its new Jackson tribute show, "One," at the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino in Las Vegas on Tuesday. The show shares many features with "Immortal," another Cirque production that capitalizes on the enduring public fascination with the King of Pop. In both, performers dance, somersault and glide above the crowd in dramatic riffs on Jackson's number one hits. But unlike "Immortal," which is a touring show, "One" will have a permanent home in Vegas when it opens June 29. "Immortal" is scored by a live band, whereas "One" will feature original recordings. Creative director Welby Altidor said he tried to channel Jackson's famous knack for pushing boundaries. "If Michael was an acrobat, how would he fly? How would he do the things Cirque du Soleil does?" he asked. The 20-minute preview Tuesday looked like Cirque's typical display of elaborately costumed, often airborne, attention deficit theater. Each scene featured at least five separate points of action at any given time, with actors taking advantage of the full three-dimensionality of the space — flying over the crowd, climbing ropes to the ceiling, and dancing off to the wings in ramps. The show is not biographical, and no one directly portrays Jackson. Instead, it presents emotional, if fairly literal, takes on the pop star's hits. During the act set to "Stranger in Moscow," a huddled figure wanders in the snow. Performers don bejeweled prison stripes for "Smooth Criminal." And for "Bad," they do tightrope tricks amid a scene of urban decay. The show does portray a general sense of Jackson-ness. Paparazzi-like monsters with flashing headgear torment four main characters. Dancers appear in white fedoras and white jackets over shimmering bikinis. They moonwalked and leaned to precariously acute angles. Pictures and stock footage of Jackson also drift on and off a giant LED screen that serves as the show's backdrop. The Jackson estate is co-producer of both Cirque shows. In addition to sharing in revenue from the box office and merchandizing, the estate earns royalties on the music used in the productions. While some fans might be leery of what appears to be another money grab, "One" is likely to fit right in on the Strip, which has also hosted Beatles and Elvis-themed Cirque shows. As acrobats tumbled and bounced in Las Vegas, the spirit of the late performer was also hovering over an entirely different production a few hundred miles away. A wrongful death trial is currently playing out in a Los Angeles court between Michael Jackson's mother and concert giant AEG Live. Altidor acknowledged that the trial has put the singer's name back in the headlines, but he hopes no one will be thinking of the tabloid side of Jackson's life when they come to the Mandalay Bay theater. "We're really focusing on the positive; all the things he brought to the world," he said. "That's what we want to celebrate." ___

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... although Prince's sister has developed what we're told is "an intense bond" with the woman who gave birth to her ... Prince has no curiosity or desire to develop a relationship with Rowe ... at least for now. We're told it's not that he has beef with Rowe ... it's that establishing a relationship with her is not on his radar. His 15-year-old sister Paris, on the other hand, now has a passion for nurturing a relationship with Rowe, and the 2 have spent a good deal of time together in the last few months. Our sources say there's no conflict between Paris and Prince ... they just have different priorities. (Reuters) - A jury was chosen on Monday in the $40 billion civil lawsuit over the death of Michael Jackson that pits the pop star's mother against concert promoters AEG Live.
After a month-long search for a jury, six men and six women were seated to hear what could be an emotional three-month trial that will revisit the checkered life and 2009 death of the "King of Pop" on the eve of a planned comeback.
Three alternate jurors still have to be chosen, clearing the way for opening statements to begin possibly later this week or early next week.
Jackson's 82-year-old mother, Katherine, is suing AEG Live, the promoters of the never-realized series of 2009 London concerts, for the wrongful death of her son. The lawsuit alleges AEG Live was negligent in hiring Dr. Conrad Murray to care for the singer while he rehearsed for a series of 50 shows.
AEG Live contends that it did not hire or supervise Murray and that Jackson had prescription drug and addiction problems for years before entering into any agreement with it for the "This Is It" London concerts.
The concert promoters also argue that they could not have foreseen that Murray, who was convicted in 2011 of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death, posed a danger to the singer.
Jackson, 50, died in Los Angeles on June 25, 2009, from a lethal dose of the surgical anesthetic propofol that Murray was administering for sleep problems. The day before he had been in final rehearsals for the concerts due to start on July 13.
Potential witnesses in the civil trial include Jackson's mother, his two oldest children Prince, 16, and Paris, 15, as well as Murray, singers Prince and Diana Ross, and Jackson's ex-wives, Lisa-Marie Presley and Debbie Rowe.
Katherine Jackson and her son's three children are seeking some $40 billion in damages from privately held AEG Live for loss of the singer's earnings and other damages. The final amount will be determined by the jury should it find AEG responsible for negligence.
Murray, who is not being sued, was convicted in 2011 after a long trial that depicted the singer known for his spectacular public shows as an odd, sometimes slurring, drug-dependent shadow of his on-stage image.
Murray is serving a four-year jail sentence. On Monday, his attorney filed an appeal seeking to overturn his conviction, arguing Jackson self-injected a fatal dose of propofol when Murray left the room, according to court documents.
At his 2011 trial, Murray's original defense attorneys also presented the theory that Jackson could have self-injected. A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office declined to comment on the appeal.
A judge ruled last month that AEG Live could raise Jackson's 2005 trial and acquittal on child molestation charges as part of its defense as it may be relevant to the singer's history of drug abuse and despondency.
