As we previously reported, Murray was behind on child support and under Nevada law the Medical Board can yank the license of a deadbeat dad doc. We're told Murray got a friend to ante up the cash ... we do not know his/her identity. Under the terms of the settlement, Murray will have to pay $1,103 a month to his baby mama to stay current. Michael Jackson Estate Threatened with LawsuitOriginally posted 19 minutes ago by TMZ Staff The co-author of a new book on Michael Jackson has threatened to sue the Michael Jackson estate for allegedly trying to discredit the book. ![]() Howard Mann (center, along with Katherine and two others) -- a businessman who has made money on nude online gambling and nude wrestling -- hooked up with Katherine Jackson to create a coffee table book called "Never Can Say Goodbye." Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman told TMZ earlier this week, Mann had no right "to exploit any estate assets" and would take "whatever action is necessary to prevent him from unlawfully profiting." Mann now tells TMZ, "The comments by the lawyers for the Estate of Michael Jackson are designed to create fear and ambiguity and may impede our ability to maximize the profits that Vintage Pop (the publisher) and the beneficiaries of the Estate are entitled to enjoy. These actions are torturous interference and will NOT be accepted and will result [in] litigation to recover the damages against our company." Weitzman tells TMZ, "The estate will continue to protect its assets when appropriate," adding, "If Mr. Mann or his attorney want to communicate with me, they can contact me directly." Considering that Dr. Murray is due to next appear in court on June 14th, next Monday, TMZ has been rather low-key about it. Have I missed something here? Last I heard was that there could be a possible delay but it was never confirmed. You are not allowed to view links.

Register or LoginTMZ has learned tons of Michael Jackson fans are descending upon MJ's tomb on the 1-year anniversary of his death -- even though they've been banned from the mausoleum. As we previously reported, Forest Lawn Cemetery -- where Jackson is entombed -- claims they've adopted a new policy in which security is instructed to remove anyone hanging out in front of the King of Pop's mausoleum. But a rep for Justice4MJ -- the fan group organizing the mass pilgrimage -- tells TMZ they are "absolutely" still going to visit the singer's burial place on the big day .. June 25th. A rep for Forest Lawn tells us they have not yet figured out how they plan to handle the MJ anniversary ... but they will work with the Jackson family and abide by their wishes. As for the MJ fans, one member of the group tells us, "Nothing will stop us from being with MJ on the 25th!"

Weitzman says, "The Trustees of the Estate of Michael Jackson did not authorize the making or the sale of the Michael Jackson Tribute Belts." Weitzman continues, "We would never condone the use of Michael's children's signatures to promote the sale of merchandise." We haven't found out who's behind the website ... but Jerry Olivarez, a PR guy and friend of the Jackson family, has been touting the sale of the belts. We're told the site goes live today and 7,000 belts will go up for sale. And, there will be an auction for the belt signed by Joe, Katherine, and the kids -- opening bid is $5 grand. Harvey answers the question about whether MJ would have wanted it, if he were alive, for Arnie Klein to tell that guy to come out about their 'romance'. Harvey feels that MJ would NOT have wanted it, because he's been very private about that area of his life. Arnold Klein also called during TMZ Live to talk to Harvey about it, and Harvey promises to come up with a post on it over the weekend.
Question to me is, why is a supposed good friend of MJ's doing this? of all people, wouldn't Arnold know the truth, and isn't it the truth that MJ is not homosexual since he has denied it?

Ok, this is soo weird. Harvey & Mike just were talking a long while about Omar Bhatti, about the rumours as to whether he's Michael's son, and also why he lived at Neverland, and brought up him sitting on the front row at the memorial. and they had that 'look' on their faces again, like they know something we don't!! Actually I think we should address this. There're alot of questions about this.
Me and you talked, I don't know if it was yesterday or before, we talked about Omar, and Katherine, and we joked about it like, we know something no one else knows, we weren't saying that you guys out there don't know. Alot of people know the story about Omar. And I - it's like - I remember doing this going 'oarh', because we knew a couple of things about Omar that had nothing with him living over there, just about him personally. And we weren't meaning to say that Omar and his story is widely known by the public about the fact that his dad was friends of Michael Jackson, he end up - he lived at Neverland. And now he lives with Katherine - Harvey: Well no he doesn't.M: Well, he did.H: He did. M: But until recently.H: Well, he - I can tell you this. He left the country and he ain't coming back to that house. M: Right, and the other argument - and half of my questions are this - is that, we said he claims to be Michael Jackson's son. That - its - he hasn't come out to say that before. Alot of people claim he says that to them, and Joe Jackson - Michael's dad - even has done interviews where he says 'see, this is, look at Michael's...', he's insinuated it too. We've actually never published it - H: How does he end up at Neverland, and then in Havenhurst? M: Well, the story goes that Omar's dad was good friends with Michael, and Omar's dad got sick, or died. I'm not sure if he died, I know - there's something happened and he ended up coming to Neverland for some time, stayed, because of his family situation.H: Why does Katherine bring him in?M: Well, it's weird about that. That's the part I think, how does he end up, even after 18, he's like 25, and still lives there with the family. Joe Jackson 'Horrified' at Dr. Murray Defense Posted Apr 4th 2010 2:55PM by TMZ Staff Joe JacksonMichael Jackson's father says he is "horrified" by the prospect Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team will argue that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by pumping a lethal dose of Propofol into his body. TMZ broke the story that the defense believes Jackson woke up shortly before noon on the day he died, when Dr. Conrad Murray stepped out of the room, and injected enough Propofol in himself to almost immediately stop his heart. Joe Jackson tells TMZ, "I don't believe it. It's not true. Why would he [Dr. Murray] hide all the bottles if such a story were true?" Joe Jackson added, "The Coroner's report shows the story is not true," adding, "This really upsets me to hear this." Joe Jackson plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Murray. While Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, says, "His [Dr. Murray's] story is medically inconsistent with the autopsy findings, he says before knowing for sure, "I would need to see the photographs of the scene in order to assess his story."
