Hhmm, I don't think that Michael wanted to kill himself. But I believe he wanted to escape from the public eyes. I never believed that THIS IS It were meant to be a concert but that it was meant to be a Movie and that from Day one. Michaels Dream was to be an actor and what better Way to do so as to let the "King of Pop" die in a mystery Way and to do the switch from the King of Pop to Michael the actor. There are more serious Reasons for Michael to fake his death but entertainment is sure one of them.

Anthony McCartney has tweeted that the appeal is not related to the verdict but about Gongaware and Phillips being dismissed from the case.

But if Gongaware and Phillips would be included in this Case would that Change anything? I mean Katherine
Jackson did sue AEG for Money wouldn't, if the Vedict is guilty, automaticilly AEG's Insurance pay the Jacksons?

Thank you curls for the Links. But this appeal is so stupid. I mean when you can blame AEG, than you can
blame everyone else who was with Michael. They all did nothing beside of writing emails. I don't even believe
that the AEG Trial was a real one. I mean we had Lawyers who did fight about the Question "Is Michael Jackson really death", the "Candy for Jurors Story" and lot more weird Storys. We got a deep Inside in Michaels Privatlife. We have heard Testemony by People who were with Michael back in the 90' but were were the Testemony for example from Arnold Klein, Thome Thome, the 3. Bodyguards, the Nanny to Name a few.
The whole Time I ask myself is it even possible to give someone Propofol for 60 Days and nothing bad happend much earlier? When Dr. Murray had a clinic and he did close the clinic couldn't he take the lifesaving
Equipment with him? How is it possible that he as a cardiologist didn't know how to do CPR? How could Michael sing and dance when he got propofol each night? I mean Propofol is a Hell of a Drug. I was taken under Propofol once for less than a half hour. You can believe me I wasn't able to crawl out of my bed for the
next 20 hours. I couldn't speak only whisper because of the breathing Tube they did use. Also how to the Devil was Michael able to Dance and Sing?

Killer' doctor of Michael Jackson demands £300,000 for autobiography book deal

THE doctor convicted of killing Michael Jackson is trying to peddle his autobiography to US publishers and demanding an advance of more than £300,000.



Conrad Murray wrote the first seven chapters of his book during the 23 months he served for involuntary manslaughter in Los Angeles county jail prior to his release last week.

A senior source at one highly respected publishing house in New York said yesterday: “We passed on this without reading a word of his partial manuscript. Handling that man’s memoirs is not on our agenda.

“I happen to know he has spoken with other publishers but I believe anyone who allows him to profit from his crime will only be buying trouble and risking public opprobrium.”

Former heart specialist Murray, 60, has admitted he is broke and “desperate” to earn money to support himself, his actress girlfriend Nicole Alvarez, 31, and their four-year-old son Ché.
Los Angeles media analyst Mike Raia said: “It is far from uncommon in America for criminals, even Mafia mobsters, to walk out of prison and sign a lucrative book deal but Murray is almost universally reviled.

“I would be incredulous if any reputable publishing house would even contemplate writing him a cheque for $500,000.”

One option for Murray would be to return to his birthplace of Trinidad. His mother Milta flew from there to LA last week to greet him on his release. She said: “He has been punished and that should be the end of the matter.”

Murray’s lawyer revealed the states where he practised as a doctor have revoked his medical licence, although he was fighting for reinstatement.

The fight over Michael Jackson's death is NOT over, because Katherine Jackson has just appealed the jury's verdict ... TMZ has learned.

As you know, the jury ruled AEG was NOT responsible for MJ's death, concluding the company was not wrong in hiring Dr. Conrad Murray.

Katherine and MJ's 3 kids sued for more than $40 billion, claiming Michael's loss devastated their lives.

It's very difficult and even borderline impossible to overturn jury verdicts in civil cases, but it can happen ... especially if the judge screwed up an important ruling.

Michael Jackson's family fears Dr. Conrad Murray will KILL someone else if he's allowed to practice medicine again ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... most of them are both offended and afraid at Murray's bid to regain his right to practice.  They can't believe Murray would have a ghost of a chance to practice after being convicted and jailed for the death of Michael.

The family scoffs at the notion that he didn't harm anyone other than MJ during his 20 years of practice.  They believe Murray acted so recklessly with Michael -- partly out of greed and partly because he was a starf**ker.

But the family will almost certainly not appear at any medical board hearing over Murray's license.  We're told they've had more than enough of dealing with the good doc.
