The Memorial / I'm alive and I'm here forever
« on: November 24, 2009, 09:21:31 PM »
Not sure if anyone had posted anything about this in the old forum, but
I finally figured out were "I'm alive and I'm here forever" came from.

The phrase comes from a song Michael and Paul Mc Cartney did together.  The song title: The Man
Here are the lyrics, which are very interesting, and I think a major clue about the hoax.

Paul McCartney - The Man Lyrics
There's a man
Who plays the game of life so well
Ooh, there's such a man
His thoughts you can never tell

Ooh and it's just the way he thought it would be
'Cause the day has come for him to be free
Then he laughs, he kicks then he rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man
And it's just the way he thought it would be
'Cause the day has come for him to be free
Then he laughs, and kicks and rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man

There's a man
Everybody thought they knew
Ooh, there's such a man
He's not like me and you

Ooh and it's just the way she thought it would be
As he says, something has happened to me
Then he laughs, he kicks and rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man

And it's just the way he thought it would be
'Cause the day has come for him to be free
Then he laughs as he rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man

Did you know this man can do anything?
Ooh, there's such a man
I wish that we could bring

Ooh and it's just the way he thought it would be
'Cause the day has come for him to be free
Then he laughs, he kicks and rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man

And it's just the way he thought it would be
'Cause the day has come for him to be free
Then he laughs, he kicks and rolls up his sleeves
I'm alive and I'm here forever, this is the man

This is the man, ooh yeah
This is the man
This is the man

Any thoughts?

Is anyone else having problems with the Login?  Every time I switch to a new topic I have to sign in again?  It's rather annoying.  What am I doing wrong?

Jermaine Jackson / ALL Access interview with Jermaine
« on: November 23, 2009, 07:59:40 PM »
Has anyone seen this?  It's available on ABC.com, but I can't get onto here.

What Is Jermaine babbling on about?  He keeps refering to Michael as HIM, and then he says something about keep bringing good music to the fans.  Is he comparing himself to Michael, or am I misunderstanding?  The Jacksons sure have a way with words.

Twitter ~ Verified Accounts / Brett Ratner's twitter
« on: November 23, 2009, 05:54:31 PM »
I just checked out his account and found that he didn't tweet at all between May 18th and July 26th.  Looks like the tweets may have been deleted for that time period.  Brett mentioned Michael a few times later on, including a Happy Birthday wish.  What do you guys think?  I know they were good friends.  Is it odd that he wouldn't mention his "death" at all?

Jermaine Jackson / Jermaine's Thanks you speech
« on: November 23, 2009, 01:32:44 PM »
Did anyone else find it odd that when Jermaine accepted the second award for Michael he said: "We're gonna miss you"?  Future tense!
I don't know about you Jermaine, but I've been missing Michael for 5 months now.
