The Coroner and Autopsy Report / Re: Michael Jackson Autopsy Photo« on: October 15, 2011, 05:04:19 PM »I know it's difficult to compare side by side because of the angle (done on purpose I'm sure), but maybe we can see something we're missing.I don't understand why his head is now facing the other way. It is now at least 6 hours after he supposedly died and his lips are still red, and the entire body doesn't seem to have that look. He looks like he's sleeping. 3
Other Odd Things / Re: Jury Sees Naked Michael Jackson Photo: Why?« on: October 15, 2011, 04:19:26 PM »
Here is my question: If this person has been dead for at least 7 hours at arrival at the coroner's office, how come the lips are still a bright red color? Shouldn't they be grayish blue by now? Does anyone know how long it would take for the color to disappear?

I'm not a gamer, so I can't really be sure of what I saw. The one thing that stands out to me is the burning head guy. I can't really make a connection to anything else.

Court Case & Hearings; Discussion and Articles / Dan Anderson's Toxicology report« on: October 08, 2011, 09:59:16 PM »
I'm busy watching all the testimony I missed. (Damned job) Just watching Dan Anderson on stand. The defense is showing the gastric contents lab report and Walgren made it a point to show the dates on top of the report, not that that would be important for the jury, haha. I realize that his is a review, but:
Date received: 6/16/11 Date drawn: 6/26/10 Date reported:6/28/11 Question: Did they not have the original test results? 9

They showed the Iv stand with the Iv bag when Fleak testified. Photos were taken of the same stand in two different locations of the room on June 29th. No photo was taken of it on the 25th. How can she take a photo of it when Alvarez removed it? How did he remove it without leaving his prints?

Court Case & Hearings; Discussion and Articles / Fleak's slip-up?« on: October 08, 2011, 08:46:06 PM »
I was rewatching part of Fleak's testimony today. She was questioned by the defense and asked to explain what the evidence log is. She explained that the log is where all evidence is itemized and the evidence is then stored in the PROP(she corrected herself)evidence section of the coroner's office. Was that a blooper? Did anyone else notice this?

Hoax Pictures / Re: Photo Used In Trial - MJ At The Hospital« on: October 08, 2011, 05:14:34 PM »
I totally agree that it doesn't make sense to put a hospital gown on a dead man. There are sheets and a blanket on the gurney they could have covered him with. And why are the blankets all bunched up. Fleak testified that that is the intitial photo she took when she entered the room (@ ca. 17:20 hours) So it was taken before she started her examination of the body, looking for any exterior sign of trauma (which I always thought would be done on the coroner's slab). Anyway, no reason for the blankets to be so low and bunched up. If we are to believe that the gown was put on for viewing purposes, then why not take the extra care of covering him neatly with the blanket. I don't think a family member would have left his side in such a mess. I also noticed the length of his legs does not make sense. The fingertips would normally hit mid-thigh; the legs are the same length as the arms, so if you look at were his fingertips are, the gurney just wouldn't be long enough for his height. I know that angles and lighting can play some role in the appearance, but it almost looks as if only a bust of Michael was used.
Thoughts? Does anyone remember LaToya saying that when she and the kids went in to see him, they tried to put Paris' half of the heart necklace around his neck, but couldn't. So she wrapped it around his wrist? Where is it? 12

What troubles me about all this is that they used no gloves while handling all the evidence, which means it is now contaminated, or fucked up, in case of an Appeal.

Hoax Videos / Re: MJHoaxEvidence MICHAEL JACKSON DEATH PHOTO- TRUTH or TAMPERED?« on: October 05, 2011, 07:24:42 PM »
I appreciate the video and the research that went into it, however it doesn't answer all questions. For example: when did UCLA switch from the old to the new model? When did they get rid of the extras of the old model. Do we know for sure that the emergency room had no old models in the wing? What model was used to transport the body from UCLA to the coroners, or did the coroner supply his own gurney? 14
Hoax Videos / Re: Jermaine Jackson- Still Giving Clues« on: October 04, 2011, 06:55:52 PM »This is sorta like when Larry King interviewed Jermaine, and asked, "Do you believe he is somewhere?" and Jermaine smiled broadly and said, "Oh yes he's somewhere! Why did you ask that question?" LK, something like, "Well there's a cloud over the moon." NO ONE talks about their deceased loved ones that way. :lol:the way I see it Jermaine started laughing and saying "Why did you ask me that question?" out of embarrassment, like he just realized that it could be interpreted as Michael being alive, and LK helped him cover up by mentioning the cloud moving by. 15
This Is It / Re: Pic...Michael arriving at the Staples Center??« on: October 04, 2011, 06:41:08 PM »
Seems like it was at the 25th anniversary of Thriller, judging by the pictures in the background.
