Murray didn't do anything illegal. Possessing Propofol, using Propofol, administering Propofol, and buying Propofol are all legal for Murray to do, anywhere he wants, with or without any back up equipment. It's legal. That's the catch in this hoax's favor. That's why they have nothing to charge him with and the invol manslaughter case is super shaky at best.
That's also why it really makes no sense for him to try and hide anything at the scene. He really and truly didn't do anything unlawful. If this is true, that does not mean it is not unlawful to be negligent in one's care. If he knew he was administering the drug without proper equipment and that it would be negligent he would hide it. I would say he needed to be charged with "hampering an investigation" and "tampering with evidence". People who know they are innocent do not lie nor do they hide things.

Something I rarely say so you can take it to heart. Absolutely and completely photoshopped. If they were good then I could say that it MIGHT be shopped, but they are not good. The person that did this was very sloppy.

OMG he was only 61 yrs old. That is not old. What is happening here this year, everyone is dying. May you RIP. I think what happens is when we get 40+ any conditions we might have work on us harder. It is only through the miracle of modern medicine that people are living as long as we do now, it used to be the norm that people die a lot younger and you were considered old much sooner. If we do not use the doctors and advice we are given us 61 would be a dangerous age.

Just got back from dinner with a very talented musician friend of mine who moved to LA from our city about a year before Michael "died" to break into the LA Music Scene....back in Dec. 09, about a month after I had seen TII but before I had ever heard a thing about the Hoax, his wife told me that the scuttlebutt down there amongst the musicians was that there was something very suspicious about Michael Jackson's death and that it had something to do with Sony....again, because I was then under the complete assumption that Michael had truly died, I thought her comments were "out there" (goes to show how far I've come in a year, huh?)....
In the short time he has been in LA, his career as a session musician has skyrocketed....even though I think he is extremely talented, I literally can't believe how quickly he's found success....my point is, he has already worked with a lot of pretty big names in the business and is in a position to have heard things...so I asked him tonight what he thought of Sony and specifically, "Do you think Sony is "evil"?"....he immediately shot me this look, like, "Hell, YEAH, I do!"....he then went on to say that he had recently had a conversation with a female record executive who had formerly worked for Sony for several years....are you ready for this?...she said that there was absolutely NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that "There was a hit out on Michael Jackson" and she'd personally heard discussions that specifically said that "he was worth more dead than alive"!
I asked my friend if it was because of The Catalog and he said, "Absolutely, no doubt about it".
Now I'm not posting this to scare anyone or bum anyone out....just the opposite....I believe this completely supports the theory that Michael HAD to go underground....
He said there really are just three music recording companies anymore: Sony/BMG, Universal and WMG (Warner Music Group)....I worry for him actually because it seems like the business is actually dangerous....but he has a really good head on his shoulders, he's smart as a whip and has a wonderful, supportive wife...I think he can take care of himself....but it was a chilling insight to the business nonetheless....just thought I'd share some "insider" info from someone who has absolutely no reason but to tell the truth!
I have a question, why would this ex employee of sony jeopardize her life to talk to your friend, about the hit on Michael ? I know somethng, I know how mafia works. You talk you are dead. Just explaining some facts. If sony put a hit on Michael they are part of mafia. Remember these people if they know something they will shut up and never talk. If she spoke she took a big big chance. You did good not to mention her name. God bless

Certainly looks legit, but that means someone had to leak it from a place where you have to take your BC and that heading says his passport information. That would definitely be a place you have to take your BC to prove who you are.
I agree with you Truth_or_Dare most all of the time the JR, SR or II and so on is in a separate box called the "suffix".
Who knows, and more importantly I am not sure it makes a difference if it is real or not.. I think I am missing the point again and need coffee to get my brain started..lol

My thoughts are...if my son were dead, no matter how famous and loved he was, there would be a private funeral with no cameras. This I would for the love of my child. To be near him in a pause of silent solstice without the world. To say to him I have loved you with a whisper instead of over a roaring crowd.
If you believe he is alive, this post doesn't matter. If you believe he is dead, you must understand the reality of it is that they would not do the funeral like that memorial was. That was a show...just like most of Michael's public appearances and interviews. In the end (whether you believe now or in the future) he is a man, and maybe a man who put on bizarre shows for the public and lived the normal in quiet.

I think Dancing makes a good point about people thinking MJ was this angelic person. A lot of it had to do with his strict faith being talked about in the beginning of his solo career. Of course, we can't forget that completely innocent sounding voice and smile back then.
No one in this world need make a defense over drinking alcohol. It is a legal beverage, considered very sophisticated in social circles (fine wine) and served at most places that will allow it.
I know some of you on the forum are very young and that makes alcohol something taboo and exciting. It is neither. It is just a drink, that happens to make you intoxicated if you have too much.

I bought this book and was very disappointed. I knew it would be bad but not that bad. I only bought it because of the auction as a collector's item and I thought the narrative or essays might be some good. Awful, imho. I cannot believe that MJ ever wanted these photos released. When you see them in the book, you don't get the impression that you're looking at MJ at all. It doesn't capture the essence of him in anyway and for the most part, the photography isn't of the best quality and the artistry isn't the excellence that MJ deserves. From what I have seen from the previews of the book, I have to agree with your statements. The pictures I have seen didn't expose Michael's presence like so many of his pictures do. Not sure what to make of that shoot.
