If this is true and I remember correctly.....if katherine wasnt able to care for the kids, then werent they suppose to be cared for by DIANA ROSS??? I didnt see Graces name in the will!!! The will is only valid in terms of the conditions being met from the get-go. If the said guardian loses custody to the state and DCFS gain legal guardianship of the children, will or not, the final decision of where the kids go rests with DCFS. Not the Jacksons, not Grace and defintely not Michael. It doesn't matter what the will says at this point. Diana would only again custody if katherine voluntarily relinquished her rights from the onset. I doubt Diana would even want custody. The advantage that Grace has is that she does have an established relationship with the kids and this is always taken into account when dealing with DCFS. It's not the only thing taken into account, but it does help. If DCFS gain legal guardianship of the kids, the hoax is defintely over for me.

Yeah they did say "she". It wouldn't make sense for it to be Joe. For one, I wouldn't see him doing that to his grandchildren. No matter what type of father Joe was, I have never seen Joe exploit or use his grandchildren. & 2 if Katherine loses custody she also loses a large portion of the allowance. Personally I don't believe Joe is doing this. Reports have said it was Grace anyway.

I bet these "sources" is grace. Randy even said that she wants to grant custody of the kids. She wants to make it look like Katherine isn't fit to take care of the kids.
That makes no sense. Grace would not have custody of the children... she is not a relative or named in the will.
The will is valid for custody as long as the current custodian still has rights or the current forfeits that rights voluntarily. Diana Ross will not raise these kids. IF DCFS gain legal guardianship of the children, will or not, they determine where the kids go. Not the family, not Grace and definitely not Michael. Relative or not, the children could very well end up with Grace since she has a long standing relationship with them. If the family (any family member) is not found as suitable to care for the children, then they do seek a placement with people the children have an existing relationship. The children to some degree will have a say, but ultimately the decision rests with DCF. I don't think they will take the kids away from Katherine. I don't think there is evidence enough that the kids are not being cared for.

Yes, her twitter is real. AllJack5ons said it was real & they follow her & she follows them. She posted this pic, maybe she made the "J" backwards because that's how she wanted it or to make it unique or maybe she took the pic in the mirror which makes the "J" appear backwards.
Oh I wasn't questioning whether the twitter account was real, just that tattoo. I don't think that it's backwards because of a mirror. Look at where on the body it is. That "J" is backwards. I have 4 tattoos, all with different initials on them. One with a J as it's my husbands initials. That "J" is defintely backwards :lol:... she really should get a refund :lol:

If Jermaine introduced Thome to MJ and then MJ fired Thome and brought in DiLeo, doesn't it make sense that Jermaine would have known about Thome being fired? Why then, did Jermaine allow Thome to speak at the conference? Also, if DiLeo was at the hospital as he said, why did he allow Thome to speak when DiLeo represents MJ? I have read a theory on that before, but don't really want to post it as I'm not sure if I believe it or how credible it could be :? . Jermaine should of know Thome Thome was fired, considering he threatened destruction upon MJ & his family. I'm certain Jermaine would of known about that threat at least. I mean many of us who are just fans knew! :?

Well what i mean is that the Taxi and the Ragdoll wasn't place there by MJ to give us clues....
and of course i can't buy the fact that he is dead that's for sure there is to many things that don't fit in this story....

I've always thought the court room was real and those things were there because they belong to the Judge and not some hidden meaning. I don't find it odd or unprofessional that he had them there either. I think sometimes we read too much into things. However if people believe they were some type of "clue" , then hey it's their choice. No problem. I just agree to disagree with them.

I grew up in a house of 8 kids, being the 7th and 5 big brothers . they never hit each other violently or fight physically amongst themselves. NEVER. even if they did My parents would not have allow it in their home
I suppose our experiences will be diffrent..let;s agree to disagree..

This video REALLY shocked me!This is no joke or show! Whoever decided to let the world know about what's happening in the Jackson household is right to have done so in my opinion...MJ kids probably witness some of this as well
It's juts very sad! I am reading MOONWALK (great book and surprisingly well written I think)... and it's tragic that all the hard work and sacrifices they have made to move out of a 3 room house in Gary to LA and get out of poverty and abuse and what's the result? An 80 year old Katherine having to care for 8 kids, living with a nympho Alejandra who fathered 2 brothers, Joe on Welfare earning $1000 and winning for more money, kids obviuosly in a violent environment !!!!!
I am NOT blaming JAffar or Jemajesty ...kids behave the way they have been educated.
Jaffar reminded me of young Michael...just sad!
Just sad because it seems like the hard work is just on the surface and its back to square one and ghetto life...not that there's anything wrong being ghetto because at least you're real and don't pretend to be a what you are not...

. I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. That did not look like a "serious" attack. It was boys just being silly. That video isn't even recent either. Everything those kids do now, whether innocent or not will be put under the microscope of the media and dissected to the fullest. I have 5 sons. 5 sons who play and do these silly games, especially when they think they are some type of Ninjas or Warriors. They play like this all the time, yet the are respectful and polite children. They do not cuss, answer adults back or disrespect myself and their father. I have many siblings (6 sisters) and us girls were worse than our brothers when we played. This is very unfair. These kids will no longer be allowed (by the media and public in general) to do anything without it bein seen as "inappropriate" or "dangerous" just because Micheal's children live there. This in the long run is going to create resentment between them if the media is not careful. But that is probably their aim anyway. Don't get how "education" has anything to do with this.

@Happy Feet... the fact Jermaine has stated that he told his 13 year old son to order a stun gun online actually demonstrates even more how poor Jermaines parenting skills are.
That inclusion by Jermaine actually makes the whole situation worse! No, I don't think this makes the situation worse. Jermaine is a big boy, he can handle the heat. His 13 year old son, most likely not. Him being portrayed as a bad parent, is something I'm pretty sure Jermaine can handle. I won't debate this situation any longer. I used to work fulltime with abused woman and children but now do it voluntarily as I have a family of my own to care for. My parents are 40 years + Social Workers and 40 years + Foster Carers, so I grew up with foster children around me. 3 of my sisters are also foster carers. As for me, 4 out of my 7 children are adopted from the foster care system, plus my husband and I have been carers ourselves for the past 13 years. I understand how the system works, particularly when it comes to child protection laws, removal situations etc, in fact I advise parents and carers in situation like these often. This whole incident to me is unrelated to the hoax. But if people believe it is, then that's their choice.

Jermaine just did an interview on Dutch television and said that this is blown out of proportion. He also said that Jaafar bought the gun because he told him so.
No why on earth would you tell your 13yo son to buy a gun? Why? He is more than likely protecting his son. Look how much the media has blown this up. They are having a field day. Jermaine sounds as if he is trying to draw the attention off his son and on to him so that the media would leave Jafarr alone and focus on Jermaines stupidity. They can't prove that he didn't get his son to buy it for him unless Jafarr says he didn't. He's protecting his son in my opinion.
