It's the same picture lightened and blended lol..

Please explain how, and with what kind of software?

Also, how come there is no match?

Entire picture not just the face/body is lightened can do that with anything from Paint shop pro to Gimp to Photoshop.

Can blend/smooth/blur with any of them also.

What exactly don't you think is a 'match'? The chin? They smoothed out the cleft and the age lines.. i can do it to the picture right now if you want?  There's no hiding the fact that just about every professional/staged/photoshoot pictures of Michael is in some way retouched or changed.. it's airbrushing just like models get in Playboy and for swim suit pictorials.
