Should we all risk our personal reputation to spread Michael's message? The very few people who I've told mock me for it, which is no problem because when the world laughs at me, I laugh louder. Anyway, La Toya sounds a little frustrated with how people see with their literal eyes and hardly ever with their gut, their intuition, their sixth sense. Their heart. I understand how she feels, knowing the truth but finding it a bit pointless sometimes to try and convince people. Our society works like cattle, it only takes one individual to cause chaos within the entire herd.

hey moon, your post really resonated with me. i have started posting on facebook to my 300+ friends little bits of info abt the CM case, wrong spelling, wrong DOB, wrond DOD, false photos of MJ in ambulance, bizzare antics in court, elephants / pumpkins, etc. all but one fo my friends now thinks i am crazy and i am sure some friends have hidden my status updates on FB.

as for the others (family and friends) they really feel that i have lost the plot and am dellusional.

i dont care for the love of MJ i will wear their flack... also being able to say told you so, will be sweet!

if being a freethinker means having people think i am ludirous, then so be it. i'd rather be free than be a drone... period!

I bolded the specific points in both your posts that I identify with. I think they were very thought provoking. I have been very vocal about being a hoaxer since the beginning. I make no apologies and I'm fairly open about it. Which is not to say I'm in your face with the general public but one way or another pretty much everyone who knows or knows of me in real life, knows I am a (lunatic) believer.

I would love to have the attitude of; so be it, let people think whatever they want and it makes no difference to me... but the problem is, I am a small business owner and I do need to remain greatly concerned with whatever people "think" of me as I am the literal face on my livelihood. If people have a negative view of me, my business will suffer. The way the game is played (life) every person must remain ecconomically viable or fall through the cracks to the bottom dregs of society, where as the rules of the game dictate: too bad for you, you lost the life lottery (think the homeless/in prison/on welfare set). I don't want to lose the life lottery.

So, really, the stakes are quite high and I have bet the house on this. At least it could be argued as such. It tends to make me a little nervous these days. (edited to add: no, no one made me do this, -that is not what I am saying- yes, I made this decision based on my own free will)

I would apologize for being off topic but I'm not sure we have a topic anymore? TIAI becomes more like a current events/pertinent observations thread as the pages stack higher. That could be challenged in court though. Objection, irrelevance!

I absolutely understand that there are topics which you can't discuss at work, because you don't want people to think you are crazy or make some kind of negative impression on them. Even though we are always told that it's best to be yourself, but unfortunately it's not working in our world, especially in the business world.
For me the situation is a bit different right now and easier, because i'm not working for the past 6 months. So the only people i can talk to about the conspiracy or about Michael is my family and friends. My mother and my sisters do believe that Michael is alive, but my step father is a bit old  and he thinks that he knows it all. But time to time out of curiosity he asks me what's going on in the Hoaxland.
I guess that i'm a very lucky person, because non of my friends told me that i'm crazy (well at least not in my face ), they actually listen to my arguments and then their face goes to  suspicious// WTF??. And almost all of them actually believe that he might still be alive, but all of them for sure are interested in this subject.

I went to Janet's concert 2 weeks ago, IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! I met so many great people, about half of the audience were actually Michael's fans, i could tell by the way they were dressed lolol/.  The last song Janet sang was "Together again" which was dedicated to Michael, then she thanked us for the support, because her family is going through such a hard time and she also spoke about LOVE A LOT.
There i spoke with one Russian fan of Michael about us believers and she was so interested, she kept asking me all the questions and i was doing my best to answer it all. She said that she is definitely going to check our forum. Then i spoke to a Japanese guy, also Michael's fan, and i couldn't even tell him that i am a believer. Because he just couldn't stop talking about how Sony killed Michael and that Michael didn't look good in TII, that he was sick. But in at one point i actually did ask him what he thinks about believers and he said that we can't let go, that he feels bad for us blah blah blah. So i closed the subject and we were just talking about how AMAZING Michael is. ;D
So i guess we must chose carefully people with whom we can discuss such difficult subject and i usually don't talk about numerology, because it's a very hard part of the hoax. Family and official documents are the main points i use in my "Michael Jackson is still alive" speech.

Well, it doesn’t matter anyway, because I am now officially giving up on the real murder theory; I give myself an “F”, for succeeding at “F-ailure” (I failed to prove murder).  La Toya supported me when I started this thread (on 9-27-11), by tweeting that “This is definitely straight a murder trial” {You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login}; but now she has spilled the beans, let the cat out of the bag, by saying that it’s a fake death made to look like murder—which is exactly what “The Illusionist” movie is all about {for which version of “The Illusionist”, see Anna’s good post You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login}.

La Toya’s statement really doesn’t even qualify as a clue; instead, it is a point-blank in-your-face wake-up alarm.  By all means, do not overlook the fact that there are dozens or hundreds of major movies which La Toya could’ve referred to, with real murder plots in them, if the truth about MJ was real murder.  Instead, she told us to watch the movie which ends like this: “… a montage shows Uhl putting the pieces together and discovering how Eisenheim faked Sophie's death and framed Leopold for the [fake] murder. The shot of Uhl closes with him … in realisation of the masterful illusion that has been so successfully planned & implemented.” {You are not allowed to view links. @TS-I am not picking your post apart since I won anyways,  ;) but I wanted to come back and respond to the info regarding the movie The Illusionist. I spent a little time looking on youtube for the movie. It seems there are bits and pieces of it uploaded but I have yet to come across the whole movie. Yesterday my daughter and I went for a walk and I was telling her about La Toya and what she said before going into court. I told my daughter that La Toya recommended that we should watch The Illusionist. I explained that I wanted to get that movie and she says mama we already have it.  I said what? She says yea don't you remember you got it last year and I watched it but you didn't. I was like. bounce/

I have watched the movie and it was awesome. I have some favorite parts as follows:

After Sophie's death finally he (Eisenheim) emerged from his grief, bought a rundown theater, fired his manager and began preparing for a new kind of show. It is very interesting that Eisenheim fired his manager only to rehire him close to his departure. Hmm...

Eisenheim always had a enthusiastic audience but now he was attracting a more impassioned following. Sounds familiar...

The doctor shot the Prince up in his vein in his hand. What was the drug I wonder? The Prince wants Eisenheim arrested for fraud. After a show Eisenheim is in the police office with followers outside below. He goes to the window and addresses the crowd.  8-)

"Listen to me please. I want you all to know that everything you have seen in my theater is an Illusion. It's a trick not real. I apologize if I have given you any false hope. My intention has only been to entertain. Nothing more."-Eisenheim

I hope your halloween is a good one.  /cook/

I guess you can never know all the stuff you might have at your own house!
I LOVE this movie so much! bounce/ I saw it in 2007 for the first time and i was shocked and so happy when in the end it was all just a hoax "The Illusion" and they lived happily ever after :)

Great points Im_convincedmjalive. Also one very weird thing is that in the movie the prince (i forgot his name) kills himself, after being accused of killing the girl. In our hoax we have this Chandler guy who killed himself. Well in our hoax it should have been CM who kills himself, but we need him for the trial. These are just some crazy thoughts in my head. Sorry...

TS there you go, HERE IS YOUR BIGGEST PROVE OF MURDER TRIAL!
I was so scared of this moment. This day in court when they were supposed to show the autopsy pictures, so luckily i missed the trial today. But now i checked TMZ and there it is on the front page. And i didn't cry and i didn't even felt sad or scared, i was actually laughing at the stupid mistake with the date. I mean  WTF?? I may sound cold to some people, i'm actually surprised myself, because usually when it comes to dead people i become very emotional. I can't even look at the corps, it makes me feel sick, very sick. Now nothing, i feel perfectly fine. So by relying on my own gut feeling i say that's not a dead person. It doesn't give that creepy feeling.
Regarding the belly button. Do you guys remember when we were discussing the autopsy picture, when and if it will be shown in the court, we'll able to recognize Michael by his belly button. And look what he did? He hid it from us! To play some more games with us! >:( I can see the belly button, but it's too light and i can't tell whether it's Michael's or not.
He also hid his finger tips, as we all know his nails were dark (i believe that's the skin under the nails is black) and we can't see them as well.
I honestly don't know whether it's Michael posing dead or it's another corpse or if it's a doll. But the only thing i'm sure of is that Michael can't quit playing games with us!!!  /overreacting/

Here are some weird things and controversies from CM's transcript posted on TMZ. As someone already mentioned here, how and why TMZ got the transcripts even before we herd it in court? :!:
 1
Quote
Dr. Murray: It was now very important to console Mrs. Jackson, the mother of Michael. I never met her before. But when she came into the hospital, the first thing was how do you break the new to her. I was also told that she had a heart condition. So i had asked them to be very, very careful in giving information to her. Was there, any other member present at the time? No. She was the one there. His father was either in another state, was clearly not close. And i can't tell about the other siblings.

Ok. Didn't LaToya told us this heartbreaking story how when she was driving to UCLA she called to Katherine and her assistant picked up the phone and then Katherine screamed to LaToya "He's dead!". Well Latoya said that her mother in the car on her way to the hospital. How did she know about it when she didn't even get to the hospital yet. And now CM says that Katherine got the news only when she arrived to the hospital

2
Quote
Dr.Murray: So i went back into the large room, and i asked Mrs.Jackson if she had a desire to see him. And she said NO.

So Katherine didn't see Michael's body.

I was speaking to the press release and the lawyer who was preparing the statement for Jermaine to give. I then after doing that, i thout it was reasonable. They don't want to change anything. I mean it was legal. Jermaine wanted to change the fact that they had asked the fans to respect their privacy. And he said, "That won't be a very good idea because the fans are fans. Maybe we should ask the media to respect our privacy."So he added - he got rid of "fans" and added "media" for privacy."

So CM is trying to say that, it was legal for Jermaine to make a statement about Michael's "death". And there is also a nice gesture from Jermaine regarding fans.

Det. Smith: was it kind of chronic with him?
Dr. Murray: What? Det. Smith: The dehydration and ...
Dr. Murray: He don't drink. He don't drink and eat. he says all his life his mother's had to force him to eat as a child. So he just don't like to eat foods. And the foods that he eats, when he eats, is mostly chicken and rice.

Michael doesn't drink? what about all the juices Kai was talking about and all the food that she cooked for him?

5
Quote
Det. Smith: What about cigarettes? Dr. Murray: I don't know him to smoke. you found cigarettes? Det. Smith: Empty packs. Dr. Murray: Really? Det. Smith: In the same suitcase that this literally was raunchy old - you couldn't even telll it was marijuana. It fact, we thought it was initially tar heroin. We had it analyzed, and it was just decomposed basically marijuana. The T.H.C was present. Nonetheless, there was two empty packs of cigarettes in there. I know his family's definitely against that.
Dr. Murray: WOW. But at the same time, you know, no one went into that room. He wouldn't let anyone in. But he used excessive cologne. And i never understood how he sprayed that on all the time. I mean he sat and he just keep spraying. And it could have been to dismiss any odor. I don't know.

So Michael was smoking and spraying cologne in his bedroom and keeping some old marijuana in the closet  Maybe he was smoking? i don't know. But why would family give marijuana to the police? WHY?

I also remember something very interesting from the last day of court when they were playing this tape. When they asked CM for how long he was supposed to work for Michael. CM said that Michael wanted him to work for him for a long time, because Michael said that it's not going to be just these concerts, AEG will produce a couple of movies. There will be a lot of work for Michael, that's why he needed CM on his side.  ;D

Michael's own words:

"A lot of celebrities say they don't want their children to go into show business. I can understand their feelings, but I don't agree with them. If I had a son or daughter, I'd say, "By all means, be my guest. Step right in there. If you want to do it, do it."
~Michael Jackson, Moonwalk 1988

Seriously, those fans need themselves updated on their big idol.

I was about to post the same quote :)
These fans think that they know everything about Michael and they think that they have a right to judge the way Katherine Jackson raises them (as they think that MJ is dead). I think that it's disrespectful and to some level very annoying.
These kids are amazing. The way they acted on the stage on the Tribute concert was WOW! Paris was so confident and mature. Those drama classes are really paying off.  michael-jackson/ + great genes.

OMG... 45 pages! There were 6 the last time I checked in. lolol/ I may not have been here physically but I was still on the job. My Mother was in from out of State. She always liked Michael but when all the surgery/skin BS came out she didn't know what to think so we spent a lot of time on my YT channel covering the basics of Lupus, Vitiligo, the man's Faith, hospital visits, the trial, the FBI files, & interviews. There was a lot of sighing...wows...and "I miss judged the man." So you see; all was well. After a few video clips on YT it was on to the Dangerous concert via DVD! She couldn't get enough...on to my other DVD's & videos. /woohoo/ /font]   /bravo/

This is so great MsTrinity  :). My mother never judged MJ and she always thought that he is a great artist and wonderful person, but was never really into his music, the only song she loved was "Earth song". But when i took her to see "TII" when it just came out, she couldn't stop smiling during the movie. She fell in LOVE with him . Now she is also a believer, she says "Only Michael Jackson could fake his own death in front of the whole World".

I wanted to grab this from the previous page because it caught my eye. As you said, Kristina, it's another MJ dvd set. Seems this time from April 2009 the Julien Auction. Anyway, the pic caught my eye because it seems to have been the inspiration for this pic:

Remember how Hold My Hand being the first single was as directed by MJ himself from handwritten notes found in his room at Carrolwood after his death?

Interesting connection anyway.

The first thing came to my mind when i saw this picture in the bathroom was "Michael" album cover too. And i also think that this is a great clue. The fist single we heard from "Michael" was "Breaking news": TS predicted it, the melody we heard from opera "The Tale of Tsar Saltan", MJ sings about his own obituary etc. etc.

This pic is the one I captured during the trial. It is clearer than the green hue pic the DA used in opening statements but it still has a overtone color of yellow to it. This pic makes MJ's skin look tinted yellow like if he was jaundice. :?

This pic I captured from the video and it appears even clearer. The skin actually appears more white and normal. These pics have been altered but by who? Who made the one with the yellow tint? Who made the clearer one? One possibility with the pic in the hoax vid would be the video maker cleaned it up but who knows? While looking at these pics a thought dawned on me that this reminds me so much of proof of death. It is the opposite of proof of life. In a proof of death pic it has to appear like the person is dead. That also got me to thinking about contract murder for hire stings. I came across 2 very interesting articles on REAL LIFE sting operations to stop a murder for hire plot. These are well worth the read especially the elaborate deception the police did to catch the crook. Food for thought. 8-)

Joel Sandler's Murder for Hire

Unprecedented Murder-4-Hire Sting

Anyone? I had not been on the forum for 2 days after I posted this. I am just now reading the comments. Can I get anyone to read this regarding stings and make a comment? As for the theory that the sting part is for entertainment/hoaxing/non-fiction, how does that play into the revenge/vendetta part that MJ would want to do for the shit the DA/police did to him in 1993 and 2005? That is a big motivator regarding the sting/FBI connection. What better way to take down corruption and exact revenge on those who tried to murder your reputation. rr/

Thank you for the articles! The Joel Sandler's story was so funny, poor guy, he didn't even talk, he explained everything to a hit man through cards which he later destroyed, but he still got cought! And the story about a wife who wanted to kill her husband really deserves a movie to be shot about it.
Do you think that someone wanted to kill Michael for real and that's how FBI got involved and that's why we have a trial? But doesn't it kill the whole 20+ years of preparation for the hoax? :? Or i didn't understand something from what you said?

It was in April 2009.

Those photos remind me of the photos the cops took when they raided Neverland.  There was stuff everywhere, no sense of order.  I don't know if that was the cops doing or what.

Yes Andrea, that's what i was thinking. I even found and very similar picture from Neverland. I also don't know who did the mess, Michael or cops. The TV is also on, but the fireplace is off.

On these pictures we can see that the fist picture was taken on June 25th and all the other ones on June 26th. On 26th the black case appeared on the tub and no one seems to know who's it is. Investigator Elissa Fleak doesn't know how it got there. Detective Smith also doesn't know who's it is and how it got there. Any ideas?  ;D
Investigator moved bags around and some vials too /overreacting/

At this point who's to say. We haven't been privileged enough for specifics. Did Murray mention that he or Michael watched a video the night of the 24th? I wonder what was playing?

CM said that Michael wouldn't let anyone into his room. So it means that CM couldn't watch a tape with Michael. Plus CM said that when Michael came back from rehearsal he took a shower and then the whole propofol circus started.
I was also thinking that maybe Michael destroyed something in the fire, but how will we ever know. Maybe in up coming days there will be something mentioned in the court.

Here are the pictures of Michael's bathroom, also VERY messy!

About the state of the room this is what Murray said in the police interview:

Quote
Dr. Murray: That would be the room where I would typically see him. No one was allowed to go into the other room to the left.

Detective Martinez: Oh.

Dr. Murray: I asked him about that, and typically wherever he lived, he always had two sites. First of all, he does not trust people coming into his room, because he said he had lost things before. And his room is always in a bad state, and not even the cleaners would be allowed to go in there. So I never went into that room.

So Michael being busy that would explain why it wasn't perfectly ordered geek/, that is if he lived there in the first place. I'm just going along the script.

I'm also having a hard time believing that Michael actually lived in that house ???/
@PureLove, i think that we were told that the room was warm and we thought it was needed to keep the corpse warm. I think that you made a little mistake ;)).

Ohh yeahhh. That's right. So that explains why the fire place was on.  But the tv is weird still. Maybe the detectives wanted to watch some CSI series to learn what to do in an investigation place.

   I have an Xbox CSI game, so i've solved a couple of crimes there, i think that coroner's investigators need one too. ;D
Still the fireplace is on in the wrong room.  suspicious//
