« on: December 11, 2010, 02:47:56 PM »
Is it just me or is there a picture of LMP in the booklet? You see her on the right side, under Katherine! She must be playing a very important role.

Random MJ Talk / today one year ago

"His body was placed into the grounds of the mausoleum" at Forrest Lawn.

I feel he´s alive, but it makes me sad to see how all the nonbelievers are talking about it. I miss him so much and today I am not coping well with the pain.

Guyz, cheer me up, please.

Other Odd Things / Was it the judge or not?

You guyz, do you remember when we saw Murray with his kids in a swimmingpool in Miami few weeks ago? There was a man with a laptop behind him, was it the judge? I heard that it was denied by the judge himself that it was not him. Is it true?

Other Odd Things / Memorial, Funeral, Murray???
« on: July 22, 2010, 07:02:30 AM »
I have a question..I know we discussed almost everything...and I am still a believer, but my question is why would they do a memorial and a funeral if it´s only a hoax? And why was it a big "ceremony"? Millions had to be paid, that´s the point which scares me whenever I think about a possible hoax. What I also don´t understand is that they could have said he had a heart attack and died, why this propofol story and so much other stories which are difficult and unnecessary...they could have said he just died and we would not have that drama with Murray and so on. There is an actor, unfortunately I forgot his name he faked his death for about 4 years and his family said he had a death by drowning..that would be much easier for MJ...    That´s why I´m asking you this..I´m struggling though I´m a firm believer, cause there are so many questions with no answers :(

Michael Jackson News / DA perfect deal with Murray

LA District Attorney Gives Michael Jackson’s Killer The Deal Of A Lifetime

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley’s decision to indict Michael Jackson’s murderer with the reduced charge of involuntary manslaughter may to some appear to be the maximum charge he could have made — this being LA and all. Then when you listen to what Cooley’s associates have to say about the guy, you have to wonder if the DA is actually using the legal system to benefit his own political end.

Anyone who’s ever had cause to observe the over-the-top practice of LA prosecutors with respect to indicting so-called racial “minorities” will tell you that the average DA in Cooley’s office would have conducted a vigorous, even if not thorough, investigation before aggressively charging Dr Conrad Murray.

Deputy DA Steve Ipsen in a no-holds-barred video tells the Full Disclosure Network that Cooley is “very selective” and “does not prosecute all corruption.” He does not investigate the rich and powerful because it may cost him campaign contributions. He also fails to investigate environmental crime, and refuses to investigate child abusers “that still work in the Catholic Church.”

He says Cooley gave himself a birthday party but didn’t invite the staff from his own office. Mainly criminal defense lawyers showed up “and each gave him 1000 dollars to his campaign.”

Albert Robles Water Replenishment Board member and candidate for LA County DA says much the same about how Cooley over politicize the DA’s office. He accepts money from criminal defense attorneys. Political law violators hire attorneys who are friends with Cooley and he gives them a break by “undercutting” the DA who’s handling the case, he added.

Robles says its human nature that when someone helps you out and later approaches you for a favor, you’re going to help that person, but it’s not fair to the DA who’s been working on the case.

Ispen and Robles make it appear as though the man is not above accepting “bribes,” stating that if a criminal defense attorney has a client he wants to protect, all he has to do is invite Cooley out for a drink and offer to make a contribution to his political campaign.

While Cooley’s predecessor, Gil Garcetti, was upfront regarding his draconian three-strikes sentencing policies for the pettiest of crimes, Steve Cooley prefers to keep a low profile, “you won’t find his face all over the nightly news.”

In 2000, Cooley beat DA Garcetti in their race for Los Angeles County District Attorney. At the time, Garcetti’s disapproval rating was up around 70 percent which made him particularly vulnerable. Even to Cooley. It was said of Steve Cooley at the time that his greatest asset for the job of County DA was that he was the “un-Garcetti.”

As a former police-reserve officer with close law-enforcement ties, Cooley was endorsed by virtually every rank-and-file police organization in the county. Even though his political views were the same as Garcetti, he moved to the center in order to win over liberal-hearted voters.

For the past 10 years, Steve Cooley has been the DA of LA County but is now seeking the office of state attorney general. While I’m sure the contributions from Cooley’s lawyer friends were much appreciated, and should aid him in his endeavor to become the next top DA in California. However what the lawyers donated is nothing compared to the contributions of corporate donors who usually do the heavy lifting in major political campaigns.

The corporate donors I refer to here are Sony Music Publishers, AEG Live, and John Branca’s law firm all whom are major political donors and share an association with the doctor, Michael Jackson’s killer.

Because of Cooley’s track record of not vigorously pursuing certain crimes, there is little doubt that the AEG Live donation, recently reported in the press, may have had something to with Murray receiving what amounts to the deal of a lifetime.

Jackson wanted to sing at 2008 Olympics, spokeswoman says By Keen Zhang
0 CommentsPrint E-mail China.org.cn, June 25, 2010 Adjust font size:

Raymone K. Bain

"Michael wanted to come to China very much," said Raymone K. Bain, spokeswoman for Michael Jackson.

"He loved Chinese fans. He even submitted an application to sing at the Beijing Olympics, but the Olympic committee said they would consider it and never got back to us."

Bain worked for Jackson from 2003 to 2005, during his child molestation trial, and then became his manager in 2006. Before that, Bain also represented many big names such as Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Babyface, Boyz II Men, Serena Williams and Marion Barry, former mayor of Washington, D.C.

She refinanced Jackson's debt, managed his career during a tough time in his life and helped him deal with a series of lawsuits.

Bain started discussions with AEG Live – the company that runs many of the biggest concerts in the U.S. – about Jackson's comeback concert. She also organized an all-star charity project, I Have This Dream, but this has not been successful.

In 2007 Jackson fired Bain, and she filed lawsuit against him in May 2009 asking for her share, just one month before the King of Pop died.

But Bain only has the fondest memories and admiration for Jackson, despite the lawsuit, and she tried to help find justice for him.

"We hope fans can join together to persuade the district attorney to change the involuntary manslaughter charge to second degree murder," Bain said. She said she believes that Jackson was murdered.

"I knew it was murder from the day one," Bain said.

"The doctor use anesthetics to treat his insomnia, and Propofol should only be used in hospital where the patient can be monitored by experts and equipment," she said. "The doctor didn't tell the paramedics what he administered into Jackson's body; he was hiding something."

"The doctor should be put behind bars for very long time," she added.

When asked about Jackson's huge debt, Bain explained that it was caused by the high interest rates. But she said Jackson's estate was worth $3 billion, so by comparison the $300 million is nothing to worry about.

"He had some cash flow problems, but he was never broke," Bain said.

Bain said much about Jackson's legacy and the lost songs. "He told me that he wrote thousands of songs for his children, who will be taken care of for the rest of their life," she said.

Bain listened to Jackson's last new songs, and arranged several popular producers and songwriters, like Akon and Will.i.am, to collaborate with Jackson. "Michael let me hear his new songs in Ireland and Las Vegas," she said. "They are great songs – brilliant. Michael is a genius."

Despite the fact that Jackson continued to write, Bain only managed to help him release an album for the 25th anniversary of Thriller, instead of a new album. "Michael couldn't get a satisfying contract at that time," she said.

But now he has. Sony Music signed a 250 million recording deal with Jackson estate in March. Sony will release 10 projects over the next 7 years, including an album of new songs set to be released in November.

"We have many plans," she said. "We would like to do a world tour after the London concerts. Michael always wanted to do movies, and he wanted to do a 3-D CGI feature animation. He had many brilliant ideas."

Bain said she never saw Jackson use drugs, and when she finished watching Jackson in his movie, This Is It, she couldn't help but shake her head.

"Michael should be with us now," she said. "He should not be dead.

"I still cannot believe we lost Michael forever. And I miss him very much."

EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson's Children Attend Diana Ross Concert As She Honors HimEXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson's Children Attend Diana Ross Concert As She Honors Him

Almost a year after Michael Jackson's tragic death, his three children stepped out on Wednesday night to attend Diana Ross' concert in Los Angeles during which the singer paid tribute to Jackson, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"The reason I did this concert for one night is to pay tribute to my friend Michael Jackson," Diana said at the end of her performance at the Nokia theater. "His children are in the audience," Ross said and the crowd thundered with applause for the three children. Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8, were seated next to Barry Gordy, the legendary founder of Motown records.

Paris' heartbreaking speech at the memorial service for her father in 2009 was the first time the children ever addressed the public. Since the singer's death, they have been living with Michael's mother Katherine Jackson, who was appointed their guardian in his will. Ross is the second guardian named after Michael's mother.

Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale is opening up the gates to Michael Jackson's fans on the anniversary of The King of Pop's death.

Randy Jackson tells X17online exclusively:

"I just had a meeting with Forest Lawn and beginning on June 25, the anniversary of my brother's death, fans will be able to go right up to the mausoleum and drop off flowers and pay their respects. Michael loved his fans, and the family wants to make sure that the fans are able to celebrate his incredible life."
At the 1-year anniversary memorial on June 25, Randy tells X17online that his sister Janet and mom, Katherine will be there. Also attending ... Lisa Marie Presley who last month inspired a flower shop to deliver thousands of sunflowers to Forest Lawn in memory of Jackson.

X17online brought you the exclusive details about Lisa Marie Presley's initial visit to the mausoleum in which she carried in an empty portrait-sized frame filled with sunflowers ... spending over an hour getting the placement just right.

Various groups, like the Justice4MJ fan group consisting of thousands of members, had plans to gather at the mausoleum for the special 1-year anniversary. However, just last month Forest Lawn security had been informed that fans were no longer welcome. Thanks to Michael's youngest brother, that has all changed.

Randy adds, "We are so thankful to know that our brother's fans still love him as much as we do."
