If you've been following the recent news with all of the Hollywood elite that are being accused with sexual misconduct lately, you would no doubt have seen Corey Feldman speaking out, and naming names before, during and now especially after the Harvey Weinstien / Kevin Spacey revelations. But what I really noticed from this article was that although Feldman made known to the Santa Barbera police the names of his abusers, he goes on to say that they weren't interested in those people and were only wanting to get him to name Michael Jackson as an abuser at the time. He says that MJ never abused him. I really hope this all comes out across the media in a hugh wake up to people for the media lynching / witch hunt that it was. Feldman says that they turned the tape off when he started naming other names that had raped him, and only taped the conversations about Michael Jackson. Feldman had been telling various media outlets that he reported the names of the sexual offenders back in 1993 with the Santa Barbara Police Department, but they claim they have no record of that happening. The tapes have since leaked, which find Feldman talking about friend Michael Jackson, who Corey is adamant never molested him. The names of Feldman's actual abusers are not on these tapes. Corey claims the police stopped the tapes, because they were only concerned about taking Michael Jackson down. The Santa Barbara police department issued this statement.
"We are aware of the statements that Mr. Feldman is making regarding an investigation in 1993. Our records do not indicate that he named any suspects."
I hope that heads will roll and that Feldman and his family will be safe as it would indeed appear suspicious if something happened to him while this whole exposure of pedophilia in the entertainment industry is seeing the light of day. The song was written by the singer with Rodney Jerkins, who produced a portion of the LP. It is the only tune on the record to have been modernised by the man who wrote it in the first place. The track starts with a brief skit, where someone (presumably Michael) has 'xscaped' from a prison. Jackson then proceeds to touch on his favorite topics of freedom and individuality. "Why is it I can't do whatever I want to when it's my personal life and I don't live for you? "I got to get away, so I can free my mind." Michael is reacting to the barrage of media criticism he was getting at the time. He was stating its his personal life and he can do what he wants.

Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff’s summary judgment ruling against the now-35-year-old Wade Robson found that the two Jackson-owned corporations, which were the remaining defendants in the case, were not liable for Robson’s exposure to Jackson. He did not rule on the credibility of Robson’s allegations themselves. Robson’s attorney, Vince Finaldi, said he strongly disagrees and plans to appeal. Robson, a native of Australia who has worked with Britney Spears and NSYNC, met Jackson when he was 5 years old. He testified in Jackson’s defense at the singer’s 2005 criminal trial, saying he had spent the night at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch more than 20 times and usually slept in Jackson’s room, but Jackson never molested him. Jackson was acquitted in that trial. Then in 2013 about four years after the singer’s death, Robson sued the Jackson estate for what his attorneys described as molestation that spanned a seven-year period. A court ruled in 2015 that Robson had filed his lawsuit too late to get any of Jackson’s estate. That left two remaining defendants, both corporate entities owned by Jackson in his lifetime: MJJ Productions, Inc., and MJJ Ventures, Inc. The judge ruled Tuesday that those two corporate defendants could not be held responsible for Robson’s exposure to Jackson, the way a school or the Boy Scouts can be found liable for bringing together an abusive adult and a child victim. Finaldi said the reasoning sets a dangerous precedent. “What the judge is saying is that you if own a corporation or a company, you can hire people, use these people to facilitate your sexual abuse, use them to facilitate victims,” Finaldi told The Associated Press by phone. “So long as you’re the sole owner of that corporation, the corporation can’t be held liable.” Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman said in a statement that he “believes the court made the correct decision in dismissing Wade Robson’s claim against it. “In my opinion Mr. Robson’s allegations, made 20 plus years after they supposedly occurred and years after Mr. Robson testified twice under oath — including in front of a jury — that Michael Jackson had never done anything wrong to him was always about the money rather than a search for the truth.” Finaldi replied that the Jackson camp’s interest in the truth was “hollow.” “If someone’s trying to search for the truth, why not let the lawsuit proceed?” Finaldi said. “Why not exonerate him and let a jury decide.” During the criminal trial, Robson bristled at testimony by other witnesses that they had seen Jackson molest him. “I’m telling you nothing happened,” Robson testified at the time when a prosecutor challenged him. Another Robson attorney said when his lawsuit was filed that stress and sexual trauma led Robson to finally accept that he had been molested by Jackson.

Few of the students he now protects know that the big guy in uniform was Michael Jackson’s bodyguard for the last two and a half years of the singer’s life. “Oftentimes I was the last person he spoke to at night and the first person he spoke to in the morning,” he says on the phone, seven years after Jackson’s fatal heart attack. “You couldn’t get to Mr Jackson unless you went through me.” Whitfield remembers the after-hours visits to bookshops, when Jackson would buy everything. He talks about taking the singer’s children to theme parks without the veils they wore in public with their father. He remembers the fake names used to book hotel rooms (“we used Barney Rubble for a while”) and the decoy SUVs he deployed to keep fans away. And he recalls the descent of the “vultures” after Jackson agreed to a farewell tour. There were only a few narrow escapes. “On three different occasions we received calls from hotel managers to say that someone had made a threatening call,” Whitfield says. “So in the middle of the night we would need to leave and one of the ways we would do it – and I’ve never really talked about this – was to smuggle Mr Jackson out in a room-service trolley.” ![]() Whitfield, now 50, hasn’t exactly chosen the quiet life. His school is prominent – it is named after its founder, the Vegas-born tennis star Andre Agassi – and he is alert to the threat of shootings. But he doesn’t miss guarding famous people, a job he did for more than a decade after starting out as a Connecticut cop. “It’s a lot harder now because of the way celebrities publicise their wealth,” he says. “You know the record Biggie and Puffy made, Mo Money Mo Problems’? It’s never been more true.” I ask Whitfield how he felt after Jackson’s death in the summer of 2009. The bodyguard had stayed in Las Vegas to prepare the security for the world tour that was due to start in London two weeks later. Jackson was in a rented mansion in Los Angeles with his physician, who would later be convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the fatal dose of surgical anaesthetic that Jackson demanded for his insomnia. Whitfield had become unfailingly loyal, even forgoing wages while Jackson’s debts multiplied. He remembers carrying in a briefcase two Gone With the Wind Oscars statuettes that Jackson had bought in 1999 for $1.5m. They would be used as currency if the cash ran out. Whitfield had watched lawyers, promoters and family members circle while the tour took shape. “Mr Jackson said to me at the beginning: ‘Bill, watch; now the vultures are going to start to show up.’ And soon I knew exactly what he meant. I witnessed the heartache and stress. He expressed it to me. So when the word came out that Mr Jackson passed away? After what I had witnessed him go through, the first thing that came to my mind was: ‘Now he’ll rest.’ He didn’t die, he left this place and all of what he was going through.” That loyalty endures and Whitfield dismisses the more lurid claims about Jackson’s private life. He says the man under the mask was “as normal as the rest of us”. In 2014, he wrote Remembering the Time: Protecting Michael Jackson in His Final Days with Javon Beard, his fellow bodyguard. “Mr Jackson became my friend, someone I cared for and loved,” Whitfield says, before putting down the phone and going to school. “Writing the book was a way of continuing my protection of him.” I have taken the liberty to post only the section of this article dealing with MJ and his body guards and leave out the other celeb stories. It is an interesting turn of phrase that Mr Whitfield uses when asked how he feels about the passing of MJ. His reply was ‘Now he’ll rest.’ He didn’t die, he left this place and all of what he was going through.”

The Sony Corp. has completed its acquisition of the Michael Jackson's estate share of Sony/ATV Music Publishing, giving it sole ownership of the music publishing powerhouse. The deal was first announced in March, but it took a while to close because the transaction had to be scrutinized by the EU Commission and because the Jackson estate needed to do some house cleaning in preparation for cashing out, sources say. While the press release announcing the closing said that Sony paid $750 million for the Jackson's estate 50% share in the company, Billboard estimates that the company's valuation was anywhere from $2.2 billion to $2.4 billion when debt and an earlier agreed upon discount-- for some other consideration previously given by Sony to the Jackson estate--are taken into account. "The payment also reflects certain contractual and accounting adjustments related to the Sony/ATV joint venture and other commercial opportunities involving Sony and the Estate," the announcement said. European Regulators Greenlight Sony/ATV Deal Both Sony and the Jackson estate still have a stake in EMI Music Publishing, which they acquired when a consortium, including other investors, put together by Sony, acquired that publishing entity now administered by EMI. And of course, Sony still issues Jackson's music. Sony said the purchase is not expected to have a material impact on its forecasted financial results for the year ending March 31, 2017. "The completion of this deal is terrific news for Sony/ATV and everyone who works for the company," Sony/ATV chairman/CEO Martin Bandier said in a statement. "It marks the start of an exciting new chapter in our proud history and we cannot wait to get started as a 100% Sony-owned company. Sony Corporation has shown absolute faith and support in us and what we do by undertaking this deal and we are ready to repay that trust in the months and years ahead." For its part, the Jackson estate noted that the transaction will not affect its continuing substantial interests in other music assets, including all of Jackson's master recordings as well as Mijac Music, the publishing company that owns all of the songs written by Jackson as well as songs by some of his favorite songwriters and artists that were acquired by Michael during his life. "I'd also like to take a moment to thank the Estate and especially John Branca, John McClain and Karen Langford for everything they have done for Sony/ATV over the two decades of the joint venture," Bandier added. According to new reports published by Radar Online this week, "never-before-seen" papers allegedly filed by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office after the ranch raid in November 2003 claim Jackson stockpiled pornography. Kelly Hoover, a public information officer for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, maintains that they did not provide the website with any of the documents. "Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff's Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff' Office personnel during the 2003 investigation, interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the internet or through unknown sources. The Sheriff's Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff's Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense," she said in a statement to E! News. "The photos that are interspersed appear to be some evidentiary photos taken by Sheriff's investigators and others are clearly obtained from the internet. The Sheriff's Office has not released any video footage from the Michael Jackson case to anyone other than the prosecution and the defense via the discovery process. We can confirm the video footage posted on-line was taken by Sheriff's Office personnel during our service of a search warrant at Neverland Ranch in 2003. There is no indication that any of the material came from the Sheriff's Office and we are unsure of the source." During his 2005 trial, authorities discovered Jackson owned conventional adult magazines like Playboy and Penthouse, but assert there was no child pornography among his belongings. "There were photos of nude children but they weren't sexually graphic," Former Santa Barbara Senior Assistant District Attorney Ron Zonen, who worked for the prosecution during the case, told People. "They weren't children engaged in sexual activity and there was no child pornography. There were no videos involving children. There were videos that were seized but they were conventional adult sexually graphic material. No children involved." Furthermore, the deceased singer's estate refuted the claims and reminded that Jackson was found not guilty on all of his charges—including four counts of molesting a minor, four counts of intoxicating a minor in order to molest him and one count of attempted child molestation—during his trial over a decade ago. "Seven years ago this coming Saturday, the world lost an amazing artist and humanitarian devoted to helping children in need in all corners of the world. Michael Jackson's fans, including the Executors of his estate, prefer to remember the wonderful gifts Michael left behind instead of having to once again see his good name dragged through the mud by tabloid trash," the estate said in a statement to E! News. According to the European Commission the deal would not harm competition in the recorded music and music publishing sectors. "The transaction will not materially increase Sony's market power vis-a-vis digital music providers compared to the situation prior to the merger," the EU competition enforcer said in a statement. Earlier this year, the Independent Music Publishers Forum, which represents independent music publishers worldwide, joined Warner Music Group and Impala in expressing its "concern" regarding the agreement between Sony Corp. and the estate of Michael Jackson for the purchase of the remaining shares of its catalogue in Sony/ATV. For IMPF, the transaction worth an estimated $750m, would lead to a "concentration of catalogue in the hands of Sony ATV, a company which arguably holds some 30% of the music publishing market," and would "put further strain on pricing and give Sony/ATV even more negotiating power on deal terms with over the top companies in the music market." Pierre Mossiat, president of Brussels-based IMPF said that "IMPF intends to complain to the European Commission over the acquisition which needs to be carefully considered not only on the grounds of the distortion of the market it will cause, and in particular to independent music publishers, but also in the long run, the risk of reduced consumer choice and increased prices". We're told he was suffering severe abdominal pains, and remained in the hospital until he died Thursday evening. He was pronounced dead, of natural causes, at 7:50 PM. Klein, a renowned Beverly Hills dermatologist, had an astonishing fall from grace in the wake of Michael's death. He was the go-to dermatologist for scores of celebrities, including Elizabeth Taylor, Dolly Parton, Goldie Hawn, Dustin Hoffman, Sharon Stone and Cher. Klein was also a Botox pioneer ... in fact he was called, "The father of Botox." MJ and Klein were the best of friends, often vacationing and spending holidays together. But MJ used their friendship to help fuel his drug addiction. ![]() Everything unraveled for Klein when Michael died. TMZ broke the story, Klein had injected Jackson with Demerol 51 times in the 3 months prior to his death. And Klein also took Jackson to various surgery centers to put him under with Propofol, the drug that killed the singer. On one occasion, Klein took Jackson to the gynecologist next door to his office and put him under with anesthesia which one doctor said was Propofol under the pretext it was for an acne treatment. Klein denied it was Propofol. Klein gave Jackson prescriptions for various narcotic drugs including Demerol under a variety of aliases, including Omar Arnold, Fernand Diaz, Peter Madonie and Josephine Baker. Klein's life went into a tailspin and he ended up in financial ruin, declaring bankruptcy. In the weeks before Jackson's death ... TMZ shot video of Michael at Klein's office almost daily. Klein was also rumored to be the biological father of Michael's son, Prince Jackson -- and coincidentally, Prince addressed the rumor just yesterday ... essentially saying he knew Michael was not his biological dad, but it didn't matter to him. Since the singer’s death, Murray has claimed he had been treating Jackson for insomnia during rehearsals for his comeback tour, which was due to begin in London the following month. Murray would wait for Jackson at his rented LA mansion every night after his rehearsals and would administer his “milk”, as Jackson called Propofol, along with other sedatives. “I thought, ‘Can this guy get some sleep? Because I know his future relies on it.’ Michael would cry and complain and beg and remind me of what he had at stake,” Murray said. “He was penniless, he was burnt, extremely sad. My losses have been colossal but that doesn’t stop me from loving him, but it doesn’t also stop me telling the story of him that is honest.” Jackson died shortly after midday on June 25, 2009, of acute Propofol toxicity, a powerful anaesthetic that Murray had been giving Jackson in the months prior to his death. Two other barbiturates, also administered by Murray, were also in his system. Found guilty of involuntary manslaughter after injecting the singer with the overdose, Murray spent nearly two years in jail. But honesty is the crux of the public’s dismissal of Conrad Murray. Despite cardiologists and anaesthesiologists testifying that Murray had committed numerous egregious acts of negligence while caring for Jackson — including lacking the proper heart and respiratory monitoring equipment, failing to keep records of the drugs he administered and, most inexplicably, waiting more than 20 minutes to call for an ambulance after Jackson had stopped breathing — Murray has consistently claimed his innocence, and claims a bigger conspiracy is at play here. “[At the time of Jackson’s overdose, I] was in a room with a bunch of paramedics who were so sluggish they were buffoons. they were buffoons,” he said. “They basically did nothing for Michael, as soon as they arrived, for 25 minutes they made mistakes, and because of the mistakes they made ... well ... “I met Michael lifeless, he had no pulse, no blood pressure.” Yet despite the emergency room doctor pronouncing Jackson dead on arrival at UCLA hospital, according to Murray, “he was not dead. He was alive”. “The book will tell you how we know that.” Murray pleaded not guilty but was convicted and sent to prison for four years, for which he served two. The book, This Is It!: The Secret lives of Dr. Conrad Murray and Michael Jackson, chronicles Murray’s untold secret life with Jackson. It’s one he describes as a “cruel” accounting of the pop star, which after revelations Jackson dressed up as a clown to meet random women, might come as no surprise. “There are many things more than that about Michael Jackson that have never been told,” Mr Murray told news.com.au. “There’s much more. He walked around for years having a life loaded with misery. Unfortunately his confessions and regurgitations through me left me with this load, a heavy load. “Trust me, the problems he encountered within his lifetime were full of misery. There’s so much more. “I want people to really get to know Michael Jackson, they don’t know him, they’ve only made these references from afar. I’m not here to protect Michael. Neither am I here to give you an impression of him that is absolutely false. “It is a raw, nitty gritty, raw and cruel accounting of both he and myself. When my mother reads this book, I can only imagine the sorrow that she will take on me, because she’s going to read some stuff about me that’s never been told. I have been very explicit.” It includes details about why Murray was sceptical at the moment Jackson approached him to become the pop star’s exclusive personal physician on his comeback tour. It was 2009, and while Murray had met Jackson three years earlier after treating one of his children in Las Vegas in 2006, things didn’t quite sit right. He couldn’t help but wonder if there was an ulterior motive. “When I chose to accept the personal physician role for the This Is It concert, it was very tough, it was a very huge decision for me to make, but he [Michael] kept urging me, egging me on,” Murray told news.com.au. “Michael said: ‘Dr Conrad, I’ve been watching you for a long time, for years, and I know, my children know, you are the one, you are the one we want to be with us. You are a member of our family’. “When Michael Jackson told me that he was watching me for years, that does not make me feel comfortable. “Why are you watching me? Was he dissecting me? Analysing me? Looking to see if there were strengths and weaknesses? And could he have taken advantage of situations? “I don’t know, but it’s not a common statement. If I said that statement to you, you yourself would have some pause and think about what it really means.” ‘I DID NOT KILL MICHAEL JACKSON’ Seven years since his death, Murray believes he knows why he was wise to be so sceptical. “I did not kill Michael Jackson. He was a drug addict,” Murray said after his release from prison in October 2013. “Michael Jackson accidentally killed Michael Jackson.” It is that defence Murray has used ever since he was charged with manslaughter in February 2010. Jackson did it when Murray’s back was turned; a desperate drug addict who needed his hit. “I am a very good doctor, highly respected, practised more than 20 years in the most litigious place in the country where I never had a public reprimand, never had a medical malpractice lawsuit, anything. Completely clean. Impeccable. “And there it is. You’re dealing with a person who has to give you their history, and he hid things from me, which in retrospect would have changed my entire relationship with Michael. “He hid his entire drug abuse history. “I have an aversion, my aversion has always been drugs. I don’t understand it, I don’t understand where it came from. I’ve seen some of my friends been destroyed by that damn thing. The way Murray explains it is almost conspiratorial, as if there was a secret plan to undermine his medical profession, despite the judge who found him guilty citing Jackson died “because of a totality of circumstances which are directly attributable to Dr Murray”. “It isn’t the Propofol that was his problem, it was what he was hiding for me, by hiding his opioid abuse,” Murray said. He described his “ordeal” since his initial meeting with Jackson as “horrific”. Particularly, he says, the trial. “Imagine standing up in court, being read a verdict like that, to get the verdict and then to be called a danger to society and be reprimanded immediately into custody ... it was extremely harsh and unnecessary. “The fact that I had charges and a trial brought about me unjustly, incarcerating an innocent man just like that, made my time spent in jail exponentially severe compared to other guys who committed a crime. “It was harsh. The mental pain of it all, the physical impact. “I must say all of that helped me because I am one man, I have faced this entire world alone. I had to stand up to the allegations that came from everywhere and every language, as the scapegoat. “I faced the whole world alone, but I’m here to tell Michael’s story, and my story, that Michael wanted the world to know.” Conrad Murray’s new book, This Is It!: The Secret lives of Dr Conrad Murray and Michael Jackson, is available online at booktopia.com. But Murray claims Jackson concealed details about other drugs he was on -- besides the Propofol administered by Murray. Watch the clip ... Murray refused to own up to having any role in Michael's homicide -- instead he backed up the bus over the late Dr. Arnold Klein. Attorney Howard Weitzman is scoffing at the deed TMZ first told you about ... filed by Katherine which gives her 25% ownership in the home, and each of MJ's 3 kids 25% as well. Weitzman says it's laughable that the person on the deed changing the title is Michael Jackson ... who is utterly incapable of giving anything to anyone anymore. Weitzman says, "Michael's estate owns the property for the benefit of his children and Mrs. Jackson has no ownership interest." As we reported, although Katherine signed a document attached to the deed, she may not be the mastermind, but Weitzman vows to hunt down the culprit.

Sony to buy out Michael Jackson Estate's Half of Sony / ATV Music Publishing3/14/2016 by Ed Christman![]() The Sony Corp. has agreed to buy out the Michael Jackson estate's 50 percent interest in Sony/ATV, giving it complete control of the music publishing company. According to the announcement, Sony has signed a memorandum of understanding to pay the Jackson estate $750 million for the 50 percent interest it has in the publishing company that began as a joint venture between Sony and Michael Jackson 21 years ago. A definitive agreement is expected by March 31, with the deal closure expected to come in late 2016 or early 2017. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions as well as regulatory approval. With the deal's closure, the Jackson estate will retain the 10 percent interest it holds in EMI Music Publishing, as well as Mijac Music, the publishing company that owns the songs written by Michael Jackson as well as songs written by other writers, plus Jackson's master recordings. "This transaction further allows us to continue our efforts of maximizing the value of Michael's Estate for the benefit of his children," Jackson estate co-executors John Branca and John McClain said in a statement. "It also further validates Michael's foresight and genius in investing in music publishing. His ATV catalogue, purchased in 1985 for a net acquisition cost of $41.5 million, was the cornerstone of the joint venture and, as evidenced by the value of this transaction, is considered one of the smartest investments in music history." The deal culminates a buy-sell provision activation that began in September. At the time Sony triggered the provision, the Jackson estate was in a no-lose situation. The executors would either deliver the estate a trophy property through its acquisition or, as it turns out, a big pay day. A portion of the proceeds will be used to finish the pay-down of $500 million in debt that the estate held seven years ago, leaving it completely debt-free and with cash on hand, according to a source. After taxes, fees and expenses, the balance will be transferred to a trust for the benefit of Michael's beneficiaries: his three children. For Sony, the acquisition ends what has been termed "a complicated ownership structure," giving the company sole control of the publishing operation, which will enhance its position in the marketplace. In addition to Sony/ATV, Sony owns 29 percent of EMI Music publishing and serves as its administrator. Martin Bandier, who recently signed to a three-year contract, oversees a publishing company that generates more than $1.2 billion in revenue between Sony/ATV and EMI Music publishing. "This acquisition will enable Sony to more quickly adapt to changes in the music publishing business, while at the same time continuing to be an unparalleled leader in the industry and a treasured home for artists and writers," Sony Entertainment CEO Michael Lynton said in a statement. "All of us at Sony look forward to continuing to work with the Estate to further Michael Jackson's legacy in many different ways."
