The "Greatest Show on Earth" The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. It's their slogan. It was at the Staples Center either just before or just after the memorial service. I saw an ad earlier today that said it would be here locally in a couple of months.

Sorry if this is a repost... There was a point in "The Making Of TII" on VH1 when Michael was sitting where the audience would be. He was watching the Thriller part of the movie to see what it would be like to see it from the audience's point of view. On the stage, there was a stand-in where he would have been. They showed this twice. I thought that this was interesting.
Edited to add: I'm not sure if the stand-in was performing or just standing in where Michael would have been.

Count me in! I'll definitely watch it!
About the basketball game... It's Clemson for me! I graduated from Clemson and I only live about a mile from campus. If you see the game tonight (begins at 9pm but ESPN GameDay is there and coverage begins at 7pm, I think), look for me! I'll be the one in orange moonwalking across the court-- just kidding! Who would you like to win?

Oooh... I'll have to watch it tomorrow night. I have a tickets to the CU vs. Duke basketball game tonight. So... this is a "making of" a "making of" the O2 concerts? And we're supposed to believe that the footage was not meant originally for public viewing.

WOW... that just goes to show that he has not had the massive amount of facial surgeries that the media would like us to believe!

i'm confused now! :? the balloons were at the actual funeral? if so why would they use footage from then? anyone else that can add to this would be good! or am i just barking up the wrong tree See if you can find the footage of the funeral where the cars are turning into the cemetery from the main road. If you look over the FL sign and to the right of the big tree, you can see several dark things in the air. I just assumed they they were hot air balloons. Hmmm... wasn't there a zeppelin in TII?

Okay, wasn't sure where to post this so here it is. This guy that I subscribe to on youtube just made a video showing off his new MJ book: Michael Jackson Treasures. It looks SOO cool you guys. Any idea where to find it? I'll be looking around town tomorrow.
It includes copies of concert tickets, legal documents, articles, etc.

I wish that I could find my post about this but I'm not good at it. The balloons that were shown in the finale (as the car was turning in by the Forest Lawn sign) were there for the funeral. Or, perhaps they just used footage taken from the funeral procession in the finale.

You know, there is a photo of Michael in PJ's standing behind a white van. I think that the guy standing beside him is the fellow that took the ambulance photo. That photo (which i do not have on my computer-- maybe someone else will have it) always reminds me of the coroner's van video.

WOW.
About the comments on the 2 FL locations... the footage in the video looks just like the entrance to FL (sign, hedges, trees, odd things that look like hot air balloons to the right of the trees) that I saw in footage of the funeral. In the footage I saw before, it was when the Jackson family cars were driving into FL. Is it possible that some of that footage was used in the reality show? Also, the terrace area that the brothers are shown on (holding the flowers) looks like the one we've seen before where those female fans visit and bring flowers/cards from fans from around the world. I hope some of that made sense.
About the fountain... that it freaky. I wonder if someone could find a photo of that fountain from another angle to see if there is a bench of some sort there. At one point, the person looks almost transparent. Odd for sure.

Hmmm... I have never seen this picture before. It looks like the "ambulance arrival photo" but taken from the other side of the ambulance. You can see the guy beginning to take off his suit coat to shield the gurney. I wish we had the video to see (from this angle) what happened before and after this still with the person that is covered up.

By the way, you cannot embalm a body until after the autopsy. And he had two of them. I did not even think about that! It makes perfect sense, though!
