kind of off topic but i was wondering is it customary for someone to be put on suicide watch under all circumstances of this nature?
it would be really convenient for murray to kill himself now wouldn't it.
seems to me the family should be worried about this mans safety if they really want to get to the bottom of this.

He wasn't on suicide watch.  That was made up.  Michael wasn't the only person on the planet that had and has to endure that.

I don't want to watch it.  Conrad Murray is complacent, irresponsible and every similar adjective I can think of.  Not to mention he's a proven liar, time and time and time and time and time again.  He's gonna try to sway your personal opinion, that's all.  When Michael said, "I want the milk.  Please give me the milk" ]if that's even true] , Dr. gave it to him and believe me he was only thinking about himself.  He took a shot at this reckless behavior so he could go to London.  He didn't give 2 poops about Michael.  Conrad doesn't care about anyone but Conrad.  He doesn't do that well either.  Think he really wants to be living with his girlfriend and baby?  He just had no other choice.  I'm rambling now.  I don't want to hear a damn thing he has to say unless it's to come f*clean !

This is completely contradictory to what TMZ reported today. Whom to believe? Considering the juror is sayin this on video this means TMZ lied. LaToya said Harvey Levin Knows. So WHO is saying the truth?

TMZ:

"The juror -- who asked not to be identified -- tells us jurors were not conflicted and that "it was a concrete decision."

The juror also said the jurors were unified early on ... long before they ended their 8-plus hours of deliberations"

And here this woman says "We took a vote and it was not unanimous, so we said let's think about it over the weekend and talk about it on Monday"

I'm gonna be a nooge again.  The vote was probably mostly "guilty".  The other person/s probably were NOT adamant in their "not guilty",,,,,,and wanted to think on it some more.  Sounds reasonable to me.

When the jury reaches a verdict, a claim or accusation is no longer ALLEGED so why in the Dr. Conrad Murray Trial, the verdict was read with "ALLEGED Victim Michael Joseph Jackson" & "Alleged date June 25 2009"?

Is this a game/sting operation? After all, Michael's middle name is JOE!

The Justice4MJ people should be upset with this because they were fighting for Justice for Michael and if it is not known if the body is truly him and the date of death is, too, uncertain, what the heck is the TRUTH?

When I heard the clerk say that I figured it would get you all going.  First, let me say that I taught for about six years and language was my primary focus.  My daughter says when she's taking a language related test that she's keeps thinking about the things I "pounded" into her head.  Second, Pearl Jr. is not the greatest example to listen to regarding anything language related.   She butchers the language and at times hurts my ears.  I have to say though that she seems to be a better lately.  Anywho - the word "alleged"  has many meanings aside from those that we hear regularly and are most familiar with ...that's a fact.

Books / Nice excerpt From Carrie Fisher's New Book
« on: November 08, 2011, 08:33:09 PM »
We all know that Carrie was in Michael's corner after his death so don't be afraid to read it.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Michael’s celebrity turned many people into eager, greedy stargazers who only wanted something from him above and beyond what a normal human is willing or expected to give. They were there for the anecdote. It’s what I call the “shine.” People want to rub up against it, and in so doing, their own value is increased. But I’d like to propose a reason why Michael might’ve preferred the company of children to what I’ve heard referred to as adults.

Kids of a certain age, being too young to understand the peculiar phenomenon of fame, are potentially easier to trust and hang out with than a certain kind of adult, who, as I said earlier, more often than not have a tendency to start acting completely disorganized around someone as outrageously famous as Michael. And children are far less likely to act this way because they don’t exactly know what fame is yet. To them, famous is cartoon characters, or Muppets, or Barney. It’s too abstract a concept for kids.

* * *
On Christmas Eve 2008—Michael’s last—I went over to his house, which is located just down the hill from me and a few blocks over. He was giving his children the childhood that he never had. A childhood outside of celebrity with people who didn’t objectify them. Because normally, for Michael, life was like being an animal at the zoo. An endangered species forever behind bars. I could get in the cage with Michael and not get freaked out, and there weren’t that many people who would’ve known how to, or known that it was even something they might actually be required to do when with him. But I did.

So I joined Michael after hours at his zoo. We took pictures and ate cookies and decorated the tree.

And then, to change it up, Michael asked me to do the Star Wars hologram speech for his kids. I didn’t mind. Someone actually had to remind me what a big Star Wars fan Michael was.

While I was there, though, we weren’t really experiencing the situation for the most part, we were taking pictures of it. Arnie took pictures of me and Michael and the kids, and I took pictures of Arnie and his friends and the Michael family package. My favorite was taking a picture of Michael reading my book "Wishful Drinking."

I will always cherish that weird Christmas configuration of ours. Looking back, it was as if Michael didn’t know how to just be in a situation without recording it on a camera. The thing is, he was just so used to being documented. But the main reason the documentation came up this time was mostly for Arnie’s friends, who wanted to take pictures of their meeting with Michael so they could carry his shine around. The encounter elevated them. It became, “Oh, I had Christmas Eve dinner with Michael Jackson. What did you do?” Anyway, we all f*cked around holiday style and having fun, and it was fun. We took pictures, we acted childish (at least I think that’s what it was). At some point, Michael said, “Okay, I’m letting you take my kids’ pictures because I know that you won’t show them to anyone because you know I don’t want anyone to see my children.”

He wanted his children to be as unrecorded as possible. If the Africans believe that you lose a piece of your soul each time you have your picture taken, then Michael hadn’t had one for a very long time. But he was trying to arrange things so that his kids could keep theirs. And his children are very sweet, good children. And that’s because whatever else he was or wasn’t, I think Michael was a really good father. I mean, his children are kind, really polite, even-tempered, and essentially unspoiled kids. And that can’t come from a nanny. You can’t fake that stuff. It has to come from the parent. And that parent was Michael.

Thank you Aiden;)
I knew we had computers but laptops, computer monitors were not being used in the home.
Internet schools were not available in that period!
Clatyon College Of Health had been around for a long time.  They recently closed.  I almost went there myself once.  As with all schools like that you have to do some on site practicum so you have to plan to be away from home for a while.  They might not have been online when she took some classes [ note I said some - because that's what she said ] but they were proabably doing correspondence.

I didn't know that Murray had an interview on the verdict day. Wish we could watch the entire interview of him. I would love to see what he said.

Yes PureLove it seems he had and it's more, look here  8-)!!!!

This note was written by Michael Joe Jackson in June 2009. He writes "Universal" as a "thing to accomplish" and we know the Dr. Murray documentary will air on MSNBC, which is owned by Universal on 11-11-11. And more importantly, the original imdb.com page listing the Murray documentary had Michael Jackson listed as director. I had that image saved but now I can't open it, but I'll keep trying.
Don't break your neck looking for it.  I'm sure it was put there like that just to screw with the hoaxers.

This makes me cry and makes me mad.

I know one thing - ugly people, attention *****s and blind deaf morons
keep thinking what they want. And haters gonna hate.

Secret payouts?? NOT really secret and they only show how UGLY
parents are! What kind of children they raised? Arvizos. All just like Arvizos.
Michael had no power left to fight each time, he was tired and upset,
he said to his people "Just give them what they want, I can't take it again"
Yes, he would win each time. Fighting in court in 1993 would be best option, but..
If only.

" bizarre behavior." ??? Examples please? The man is great professional,
creative genius and perfect father, giving to charity and simply giving his all.
Never coming on TV like some nobodies to pour sh*t on someone they don't even know!
Always polite, always humble. Loving and forgiving.
Ugly mediocre people can not accept someone being so much BETTER than
themselves. Little ugly dogs barking on a dead lion.

"Having sleepovers with little boys, and you're a 40 year old man??? Uh, NO. You're like a child molester."

- like a child molester, in your ugly mediocre mind. Looking in the mirror here,
Kurt. You are visualizing your own beast. That beast has nothing to do with Michael Jackson.

Remember what happened to a man named Jesus? Same thing all over again.
I think he's not talking about he pay-off we all know about.  He's talking about something we don't know about.
I don't think Michael's behavior was strange either.  Damn stubborn though.

Kurt Loder -- the longtime face of "MTV News" -- says he believes Michael Jackson was a child molester.

Loder appeared on the "Jeff and Jeremy in the Morning" radio show this morning  ... when he was asked if he thought MJ's death was a tragedy.

Loder replied, "Its a shame how he grew up ... his childhood was a shame ... there is many sad aspects to his life, ... on the other hand, I think he was a child molester, and that sort of tempers any feelings you might have about him."

When asked why he believed MJ molested kids, Loder claimed he knew about secret payouts to the parents of little boys ... and pointed to MJ's bizarre behavior.

"Having sleepovers with little boys, and you're a 40 year old man??? Uh, NO. You're like a child molester."

Loder continues, "Maybe being a child molester is the product of a pretty terrible childhood he had ... you can see why that might have happened. On the other hand, molesting children is bad."

I think Kurt Loder was really wrong to call Michael Jackson a child molester today. It's like saying Murray didn't do such a bad thing

I have opinions on that too, but to say this on the heels of the verdict really does sound like, "Who cares about f**king child molesters"

Sometimes kids want to go stay overnight because you're a parent away from the parent 'cause their own parent isn't the greatest.  I'm sure someone here has experienced that besides me.  I guess this guy is a drag and no-one wants to stay over.
I wouldn't think anything of it if I knew the person.

To me, this tweeter is in a dilema. They appear to have believed Mj was murdered to begin with. But they also appear to have realised that something is up and the pieces dont fit. That there was something up with the 'evidence' and trial. I think they believe Mj is gone, and are trying to fit the 'weird pieces' to that. They appear to be trying to thrash out some 'logical' scenario to make it all fit.
I could be wrong, but that's how i view their outbursts.

I think he thought it was going to be a murder 1 trial from the way he's talking.  It was a manslaughter trial.  He just wasn't paying attention to begin with.  What was presented was eveidence for extreme complacency not murder with malice.  I think he just didn't get it tob begin with.

Of course TMZ got a scene from this documentary that has never been seen before.  Did he say Michael never had a manicure or pedicure before? Is that some kinda clue or are we just supposed to take it for what it is? Cant wait for these "secrets" to be revealed.
Dr. Murray talked about the condition of Michael's feet in his statement to the police and how he and another doctor fixed Michael's feet.  He said it was because Michael was a dancer.  Conrad Murray didn't know Michael when he ws still actively dancing. We've all seen many pictures of Michael's feet.  They were never a mess.  If Michael's feet were a mess I doubt it was from dancing.  He always wore loose shoes and really didn't do the kind of dance that would make a mess of your feet...which will go away with time - calouses will - faster if you remove them.  I know he said Michael had some kind of fungus.  Very possible and diet related.  I just think it's odd that a person who had so much done to his face and always dressed to the nines would let his feet get into such disrepair.  Arnold Klein has know Michael for a long time.  Seems that Arnold Klein would have addressed this issue with Michael and fixed his feet.
Guess Conrad Murray has to pay his attorney fees somehow.  I just can't see myself doing this kind of interview.
