[This may be waaaaay off the wall, but, I can't get passed that "Keep Watchin' " suggestion from years ago...I have wondered WHAT are we supposed to keep watchin? All that Bible stuff threw me off point for a bit, because there are things in there which people are supposed to be watchful about...But I think for HOAX purposes, we are supposed to be watching something specifically FOR Michael Jackson. Whatever we watch every day, the sky, other people, the news, a game, the weather, a movie, a soap opera or other serial, the thing people MOSTLY watch almost automatically is TELEVISION, EVERY day for about 60 some years. Nowadays we watch the internet probably more, but it is still a television like medium. Well, I HAVE been watching it, and I see some pretty Michaelish things, with no other explanation than that he is somehow behind these. Things such as almost every other character in commercials being named "MICHAEL" or "MIKE" ("Mike Mike Mike! What day is it?") There have been a handful of commercial ads which have made me go "hmmm...?", but the ones with the billy goat doing a :screaming-7365: primal scream over his wifi bill, take the cake! (they win the prize!) :icon_lol: The first time it didn't register with me, even though it was hysterical, but the subsequent two other ads make me only think of Michael Jackson doing that beastly yell in many concert vids & photos!!! Don't ask me what the the other billy goat ads are selling, but one is wearing a blue hairnet, working on some kind of factory line, :screaming-7365: yelling, and all I see is MJ and his primal scream! :thjajaja121: His brand of silly fun.]

A couple years ago there were some peanuts moonwalking for three seconds in a Payday commercial, but MJ is such a household icon, it was a naturally clever connection, equating Payday "JOY" with MJ JOY :bowdown:--just as a love-nod to him, so I talked myself out of that being HIM behind it. :icon_e_confused:

I've mentioned this before, but right now, he's got my full attention, and, so help me, :LolLolLolLol: if I see Chester Cheetah or the Aflac Duck grab his crotch and spin out, :icon_lol: or really ANYONE ELSE in a commercial ad do that, there will be NO doubt! :TongueOutSmiley: Does anyone else SEE Mikey in the commercials? Not talking about all the sitcoms which have the actors moonwalking over the years----I mean in CURRENT TV ADs. There are NO coincidences. Heyyyyy, 2B! I know about TV (they haven't called it "TELL A Vision" for nuthing...) But only the simple minded and very young children believe everything they see on TV. Misplacing one's trust is a LOT older problem than television. Foolishness has been around for thousands of years prior, and the cure for it tossed aside. This is the very reason MJ WOULD do a TAKEOVER on this 'tool'!  :woohoo2: I know he is not vindictively using the medium to brainwash anyone, but only teasing as he said he would. What could he have meant, otherwise, for "...Play with them a while..."? Why are you so certain it is NOT MJ? He has a real gift for influence and re-conditioning of great seas of humanity, guiding along more positive, constructive lines. Why NOT teach through entertainment and awaken peoples' brains via some unexpectedly hysterical nonsensical belly laughing? What easier way to gather hoards of people around "the tube" for an eventual, global, "Breaking News" event, such as BAM (or any other message on his heart :michael_jackson-1135: :icon_exclaim:)?

The only award he can't win is "Underachiever of the Millenium".  :icon_geek: To keep up his pace, he MUST branch out into OTHER award fields, like commercials, etc. Maybe there will one day be an award given for "best commercial ad by a fake dead guy" created especially for him. Everything looks professionally landscaped, & I heard that the whole place was being kept up by someone. But, why would she undertake such a project on property where she doesn't live? A proper garden is a ton of work. I guess it means she directed a bunch of professionals as to where to put what, for a new garden of her own there, eh? But, still, why on property miles away? I disagree Its her, you said it yourself:  '...MJ is such a household icon...' - when we see 'nods' towards him I think it's simply that he had such an influence over 4 decades, that he's ingrained in everyone's psyche, and therefore 'he' (consciously or unconsciously) pops up every now and then. But, I think the whole thing is another hoax. Bobby Kristina can't be suicidal a bit over her mother's death. All she had to do is ask Brandi what was in that note her mother passed her and she'd KNOW her mother faked it TOO.  :icon_albino:

I agree with both of you and am so glad you mentioned what appears to be a subtle but real ongoing revelation through movies, the internet and TV.  Within hours of any hoax event (like Charlie Hebdo) within hours there is someone on Youtube debunking it.  There are so many movies that are presented as 'science fiction' which I suspect are 'real' such as Elysium which posits the idea that the elites have access to regeneration techniques that can heal nearly every ailment instantly without invasive procedureswhile living with every luxury imaginable.  Recently the star of an old John Carpenter movie 'They Live' said it was a DOCUMENTARY!!  If you haven't seen it, it's a must see.  Not to spoil it, but he discovers 'sunglasses'   ;D  that allow him to see behind the matrix of lies, discovers underground tunnels and star trek means of transport.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed here or not, but I have always thought that there was a woman involved in Michael's disappearance.

This all started with a pic that Michael showed us, then TII and then Murray's trial.

Michael was shown coming out of Arnie's office with some girls pic in his hand (if anyone knows who this is, please tell us). I know she was a follower but I don't know her name.

In TII there is the following:

1. Black Widow spider is shown during Thriller (hour glass shape on body - the shape of a woman is an hour glass) but the mark on the mechanical spider looks like a dress form.

2. During Human Nature (at the beginning when he and Travis are goofing around) Michael says 'keeping her around, her around, keeping her around, her around' and then at the end of the song Michael says Why does SHE do me this way (this was repeated during the closing credits). She is not part of Human Nature, it is HE.

3. During Billie Jean he makes moves to indicate that he is in full makeup from the top of his head to the tip of his toes.

I never saw this before. Michael Jackson is a very mischievous talent. Who carries a picture of anyone like that (facing away from them), unless some stranger simply just handed it to him, and he just thought it was a piece of paper?

Well...whether she is another surprise wife, girlfriend, daughter, "the sexiest woman alive", or a picture that came with a frame he purchased at Target...one thing we can know by his picture (here) is that HE staged this to make his gurrrls crazy with questions! Of COURSE there is a woman involved in his disappearance. Probably his sisters and mom, wisely causing him to go into hiding prior to his great reveal, thereby avoiding his tar and feathering, when his women realize he faked not just his death, but his life all these years. It's Michael Jackson. He's made himself a chick magnet. Women probably send or hand him their flirty photos constantly! And he probably collects pictures of beauties, because he appreciates beauty and a picture lasts longer than the real thing.

As you said, there ARE more important things in the world, but there is no reason we can't fondly savor the last few notes of this song, while engaged in the Important. ;) Don't lose hope quite yet---the ride is still in motion, even though it appears the driver has jumped ship and we are scraping the curb!!! :icon_e_confused: It's all part of "The Act". I just recently watched the movie, Birdman, which stars Michael Keaton.  This doesn't have anything to do with the hoax really. They bring up the 'death' of Michael Jackson briefly in the movie.  Michael Keaton plays a washed-up actor, Riggan, that was famous for a popular super hero franchise from 20 years ago. In the movie he is producing, directing, and starring in his own adaptation of a short story on Broadway as an attempt to show his critics and the public that he's still relevant in the industry.

In one of the scenes he is in his dressing room speaking to his ex-wife.  He expresses his fears of dying in a plane crash with a bigger named celebrity, like George Clooney, and his daughter only reading of Clooney's death in the news and not his.  Afterwards, he says, "Did you know that Farrah Fawcett died the same day as Michael Jackson?"

At the beginning of this scene his ex-wife kept asking about how their daughter, Sam (who just got out of rehab) was holding up and insisted that he tries to be more supportive to her.  However, Riggan continues to change the conversation back to himself and his play.  His ex-wife, rolling her eyes starts to leave the room and reminds him why she left him (because he threw a knife at her for not liking a movie he did with Goldie Hawn and that he confuses love with admiration).  Before she leaves she says, "You're not Farrah Fawcett."

My analysis of this scene was kind of mixed.  When she said that he's not Farrah Fawcett, she must be metaphorically comparing him to Michael Jackson in that his death would receive a lot of attention.  However, in the context of this scene and saying that Riggan confuses love with admiration, she could be suggesting that Riggan just craves the attention. Which when you think about it, she's saying that Michael had hogged all the attention away from Farrah.  Which I found kind of insulting if Michael were actually dead (he wouldn't have been able to control all the media attention had he actually died).

Another interesting thing about the movie....and this is a major spoiler if you haven't seen the movie yet.... there are two attempted suicides.  One of Riggan's character that he portrays in his play and the other of Riggan himself. As Riggan goes on to perform his final scene on opening night we see that he takes a loaded gun with him onstage rather than the stage gun they had used in rehearsal.  We're led to believe that he actually shoots himself in the final scene, but he wakes up in a hospital room and we learn that he had missed and shot his nose off instead.  He learns that he has made front page news and his producer is ecstatic by the press coverage and says that this incident will become legendary.

Then, at the end of the scene, Riggan walks and opens a hospital window.  The camera does not show if he actually jumps out of the window or not, but he's no longer in the room when his daughter, Sam, comes in.  Ultimately, in the end his death (or disappearance) is kind of ambiguous and we don't really know what happened, except for maybe his daughter who appears to be looking up at the sky and smiling in the very last shot of the movie.

I just thought I'd share this with everyone since they bring up MJ and because of the ambiguous death at the end.  I definitely recommend everyone seeing this movie.  I think it's a great movie and has a great cast and Edward Norton is amazing, as always, in it.

Now this may be off, but just for the heck of it, & not having seen the film yet, I wonder if the guy's wife meant that she divorced him for being a whiny narcissist, who is 'not Farrah Fawcett' because she was a lovely woman who suffered with a horrible and real disease, not some self-obsessed diva going on about nothing (as Riggan appears to be from the things you stated about him). But Idk...just talking about this character in your post about the movie.

I'd like to just say btw, while on the subject, that many beloved people really die within days of one another, and no one but the most shallow or egocentric of persons would be so tacky as to imagine this sad time as a competition, hence Riggan's wife's "Farrah Fawcett dig" at him. It may come up as a point of contention later, regarding MJ, by someone wanting to start something, but just for the record, "show" people above everybody, would be the least likely to blast MJ for not derailing a show he had put a quarter of a century into planning, just to bow out of the limelight for a few days of respect. I don't think he will get ANY flak about "upstaging her act", if he ever comes back, because, 1) he died first; what's he gonna do--- :icon_e_confused: jump out of the crypt and say "sorry", taking  FURTHER media away from her, to cover his miraculous resurrection, and then subsequently take a grilling for faking death AND ruin all his unrepeatable plans?? ?? ? ??? (nope). And, 2), his death WAS an act of fiction, where hers is real life. Apples and oranges. I bet a lot of people died the day of the first staged all day long televised trip to the moon 40 yrs ago, but no one complained that it upstaged anyone else's fifteen minutes of final fame, because no matter how dazzling a show is, it is real death which upstages EVERY other thing--- even another death! MJ knew that  :bowdown: and I think that's why he chose  "death" to arrest the entire world's attention that day, AND why he let the show go on still, the days after that.
