Macaulay Culkin insists he's NOT addicted to heroin -- despite reports claiming he's a chronic dopehead with 6 months to live.

A rep for Macaulay tells TMZ, the reports claiming Culkin is addicted to heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is "not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious."

The rep adds, "We beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further."

6 months to live--seem to remember someone else who had a story about health problems with 6 months to live--and he HOAXED his death....hmmm.

Janet Jackson did not slap or verbally abuse Paris Jackson during a confrontation at the Jackson family home in Calabasas last week.

TMZ published a story last week based on sources who told us Janet went off on Michael Jackson's daughter after the singer tried to grab Paris' cell phone. We also reported Janet called Paris a "spoiled little bitch."

Although we believed the story to be true when we published it, we have now determined it was not correct ... Janet did not slap or otherwise touch Paris, nor did she verbally abuse her.

Someone help me out here--what was the status of the estate to be once Mrs. Jackson's passes...it went to the kids and to charity right?  And did the will list  those charities by name?

I would think that until the estate debts are cleared no one really would get much of anything.  But now that the debt is nearly cleared--well that puts some real money into the estate..and into those charities perhaps.

Though I do think children need to respect their elders--but then I believe that elders also need to respect their kids.  Sadly, respect for anyone and anything has been lost on society.
