I don't understand why your worried about the press finding out? Looks like somebody already did hence the fan site being yanked offline. so please let us know what details they gave you.

I can't speak for the U.S but not much is open here on Easter Monday. A lot of people ie mail carriers banks etc...take a 4 day weekend.

I don't want to get personal but we had a "extended" family member pass. He had all of his info with him but still a family member had to id the body. Due to the circumstances no one wanted to but it had to be done.....I don't think a DL would have been enough....just my opinion

Med Board Goes After Murray with a Vengeance

Dr. Conrad Murray is a "danger to the public" -- according to the medical board that licensed him to practice medicine in California.

The Medical Board of California was shut down today by the judge in Murray's involuntary manslaughter case. The Board wanted the judge to immediately stop Dr. Murray in his tracks from practicing medicine as a condition to bail.

According to documents filed with the court, the Board believes Murray showed, "utter disregard for the care and well-being of the persons entrusted to his care" -- namely, Michael Jackson.

The Board wants the judge to step in stat because it takes the Medical Board a long time to yank a doctor's license.

In the end, the judge would only go as far as ordering Dr. Murray not to administer anesthetics, including Propofol.

GREAT IDEA!....I don't believe he even is a dr in the first place...so they are correct! Don't be given no meds...LOL

Jermaine has a role to play......don't forget Michael has many fans who believe he died on June 25th and they want justice. I would to if I felt he was "dead".
7 months is too long. The family "should" be in an uproar over the delay but they are not and haven't been. Jermaine "the spokesman" has to say something....especially with Murray in the spotlight these past days. He plays his role extremely well! (slips him a Grammy, lol)
If he doesn't have a tissue handy..the fans will accuse him of showing no emotion. Perhaps he has allergies? Keep the faith.....BeLIEve...

I've seen this interview and had noticed how Marlon "shoulder butts" Jermaine when Jackie is speaking at about 2:37.
After Tito speaks, Marlon directs the conversation to the Jackson show.....hmmmmm.
