pfffff, IF he's alive and i now say IF!! going off the stuff over the past few months i am now on IF, and shoot me down if you wish, but i honestly BELIEVE he will never come back, but i felt this from day 1 anyway. i really don't think he could, there has been far to much done in his name from his death for him to pop up say HI..

YES things that should have been recognised in life, but unfortunatly only done whilst in death (if he is d*ad) i'm still not 100% certain that he is in fact no longer with us and i've been here from day 1 so to say stuff like this is hard for me..

i think people are living in hope and should move on and try to find the truth instead on of concentrating on his MAYBE comeback date!!

i've reflected on things the past few days and a lot more has made sence!! whether we find out if he's alive or not, finding the truth is more important to me at this point in time..

so go ahead and shout if you want to i'm all ears.. :)

Agreed 100% he wouldn't be able to come back IF<< he is alive. And an predictable BAM day would not really be a BAM as it is predicted.

Like I said before in other forums, if he did hoax his death why not let him live he secret life and do what he chooses, why expose it, I mean IF he did hoax his death why mess up all his hard work.

If he passed why not let him RIP. I have seen it put other places that if he did it would be so good that know one would know, well evidently if that's the case he didn't do it very well cause this forum came about.

Michael Jackson News / Re: THIS IS SUCH A HOAX FOR REAL CHECK THIS OUT
« on: February 14, 2010, 05:58:00 PM »
i don't see anything funny with the video where does it look like he spent hours getting ready to me it looks like he through on a shirt and made the speech. His wives hair doesn't look like it had been done like it could have that day.

As I saw it mentioned why would he wear something that would remind him of the terrible day maybe he wanted to wear something that reminded him of MJ cause he wants to remember the good times not the bad.

What I saw was a family member in the grieving process, you could tell he was grieving some people grieve different some people can go through all the steps in a matter of an hour some takes a couple of day other can takes months if not years to go through all stages it all depending on your personality. And how fast you go through it doesn't make you a bad person or a good person its just who you are.

So that's what I saw, as for the smile its hard to say why he smiled, I doubt it was cause of a hoax.

And I don't say this just because I believe what the media tells me, as far as I am concerned the media is usually full of crap.

The autopsy report sure looks authentic, but there are enough strange things about it to make me go hmmmmm.   :?   I read the whole report and cried my eyes out.    And, I didn't look at this site for an entire day, which I usually look over stuff at least once or twice a day.  I almost gave up on beLIEving and having faith.  But, then I came back and started reading all the posts about the report and now I have big doubts about it.  I don't think anyone can say 100% that the report is authentic unless they watched the cornoner write it.  IDK, but how can you be so certain.

Remember....things don't always apear to be like it seems.   8-)

One way to look at it is like this, I am an EMT, when I write a report on a call it become a legal document, if I lie in that report I have commit perjury. The reason being if my report is like it should be is basically taking my place in court. The only time they would call me in is if something in my report didn't make since. Same with a coroner. The difference is they are most of the time if not all the time called in to testify, so he would either have to commit perjury again or say something totally different than whats in his report with his signature on it and make himself look stupid.

Just curious - wouldn't the autopsy report have the coroner's initials if he added information after the fact (toxicology report)? Also, I researched the internet a few days ago when this first came up and it specifically said the word "seal", not "logo" was replaced in 2004.  Doesn't it seem odd that a seal (or logo) would be used that is 6 years old? Would it still be considered a valid document? I really don't know, that is why I'm asking.

Everyone has their ways of doing this and it is whats acceptable to the state, courts, ect. I know I initial just as a CYA,

As for the 6 year old seal I would have to see the new logo and old logo and see what changes where made again not knowing the laws to much in Cali they maybe allowed to use those seals, I would think they would have to use the new ones. But it may still vary well be valid even those it was replaced.

Well, you have to remember that they repeatedly changed the charge from manslaughter to murder to manslaughter again  I don't know what to think anymore. I've been following this thing since June 25th, and I've been catching every slip-up and change in story.

My mom was watching this Paul Mooney comedy show where he started talking about Princess Diana and how he thought her death was an inside job. Not that I'm bringing it up, I just remeber him saying something like: "You can always tell when it's a conspiracy because no one's stories match up."

Whatever's going on isn't normal, as to say, we're dealing with something very different than anything that's ever happened. Death hoax or not.

True the repeated changes would make it strange but I was watching a youtube video on it that part of it just got debunked cause of did arrest the Dr. but one of the comments on the video make perfect since.

"even if mj is out there alive and having a great big laf at the media on his "FAKE" death, he is still dead to the world....he will not and can not? come back....to himself and his close family and a handful of others would have been in on it....but to the rest of us (fans/ public) he is? no longer.....and even tho it hurts me to say this, maybe we shud respect his wishes and let him live his secret life"

If he did fake his death we should respect that and let him live his secret life until he wants us to know, if he is dead may he RIP

GAHHH!! This is great! If his death is really a hoax, his life could change forever; in a positive way!  :D

If it is a hoax, I only see the media having fun with it when he comes back out and it will probably make allot of people upset. I mean if people where jerks to him just because of some false allegations, what do you think they are going to do if he comes back and says "JK not really dead"

I see some being thankful some neutral but most upset.

Who ever it is, is stupid.

Did you even read the article or message that the person left?

I give up...people are too dense.

Yes I read the article and the messages left on Twitter, that his lawyers said it wasn't him. the twitter saying there are lies surrounding me, but if you look back on any criminal they all say they are innocent.

Look at Ted Bundy he plead not guilty. All criminals say they are not guilty to see if their lawyers can get them off.

The article it self from TMZ does not give much information other than to say that his people say that the twitter thing is 100% a hoax, that he doesn't even have a smart phone which means nothing computers are available to. But I think if it was him his lawyers would know, cause I know I wouldn't start tweeting if I was on trial for manslaughter without my lawyers go.

"Please consider that I too am a father, do not judge or condemn me until you have walked in my shoes. Please pray for my family"

All that tells me is to pray for him and his family, I don't see any hidden messages there. I don't see a hidden message in any of this.

What I see if people over reading, over thinking, over analyzing everything single fiber of every single statement, post, anything that you see in tabliods (which dramatize everything cause that's what sells) Just live everything you see on TV is mostly dramatized. Take operation Repo on TRUtv I have been out with Repo companies helping them out, nine times out of 10 the person knows your coming and gives you the keys, and if they start to give you hassle and it gets to the point where like operation Repo style you leave and you come get it later.

Drama sells plain and simple, the twitter person was probably someone that knows about the people that think its a Hoax that MJ is still alive and decided to play into it.  And guess what it worked.

And what is TMZ giving away by saying impostor, fake, hoax, if its talking about MJ still being alive I don't see a connection.

That does make since what they say in the article all of it, it makes no since why he would be on a call at the time he was supposedly giving CPR maybe he was covering tracks. Or maybe the LAPD just "Forgot" that he said that because of the pressure to charge someone.

I have been waiting for someone or some news on tv to report this, but it seems everyone had just passed it by.
According the the autopsy report, MJ had NO demerol or any prescription pain meds in his blood or in his room!

Here is something to add to that, it's a theory that just came to me
-according to the autopsy report, MJ called Murray to come over to treat dehydration.
-the first thing you do to treat dehydration is start an IV.
-I was thinking that with all those sleeping meds in his system, MJ was out. (that could make a horse sleep)
-once he was asleep, Murray or someone administered propofol with the intent to kill, or....
-maybe the Dr. or someone else gave MJ some propofol so they could poke around and find and steal all that money MJ kept in his house and the jewels too.  They have not been found, and the security tapes as well!
-maybe it was the intention to make MJ sleep to steal these things and things went to far, or maybe the intention was to kill him and the money and jewels was an after thought.  Either way, I wouldn't be surprised if MJ didn't know about the propofol at all.  All the other meds in his room are accounted for with a prescription, except the propofol (even if some use an alias, they are all legal)
Please feel free to add onto what I said.
BUT NO MATTER WHAT, DON'T FORGET!  MICHAEL JACKSON DIED WITH NO ADDICTIVE PAIN MEDICATIONS IN HIS SYSTEM OR ANYWHERE IN HIS ROOM.  HE WAS PAIN MED FREE, IF HE WAS EVER ADDICTED TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE (I think that is a load of bs to gain sympathy and to get out of legal contracts.)  I honestly don't think he was ever addicted.  As a side note, people who are addicted to those things lose thier drive.  If MJ had no drive, we wouldn't have Bad, Moonwalker, Dangerous, ETC.....there is just no way!  There is some deposition footage of MJ in pain and when he comes back from a break he admits to taking pain meds...that was ligit as he was recovering from dental work.

If that was the case it would have come out in the investigation and they would be charged with Murder not misdemeanor manslaughter.  Cause if that's what they where up to that would have been murder with the difference being premeditation. If order for it to be murder it has to be premeditated, meaning I have a plot to kill you, manslaughter is like you driving 30 in a 20 and hitting a kid, you broke the law and killed the kid but you didn't do it purposely so their for they would charge you with Manslaughter or vehicular homicide. Same thing as if your driving to fast in a parking lot and someone runs in front of your car.

From a technical point of view if they wanted to they could charge you with that if you where going 30 in a 25. But that is something different.

But I would have to disagree with that theory while a good one, I think that would have come out in the fact that the charge would have been different.

who is jesse ventura? sorry 4 my ignorance

It is not ignorance, Jesse Ventura is a guy on TRUtv that investigates "hoax's" In my opinion he usually ends up leaving me with more questions then he answered and does not do a very good job at it. That is my opinion and I know I am not alone on this do a good search you will see others that think he is retarded. He was also a pro wrestler,  he was also a governor of Minnesota and a Navy Seal.

The MOST CONCLUSIVE evidence that we have about the autopsy being FAKE (although there are dozens and dozens of obvious things) but the BIGGEST thing is that the ENTIRE autopsy report was dictated on 06/26/09 INCLUDING the OPINION on toxicology results.  The ENTIRE DICTATION was typed on 06/30/09 INCLUDING the OPINION on the toxicology results.  THE ENTIRE AUTOPSY REPORT was typed/transcribed on 06/30/09.  The TOXICOLOGY results were NOT EVEN IN until 07/15/09 as dated on the toxicology reports.   You cannot dictate and transcribe toxicology reports that are not in yet.

Secondly, the coroner seal that appears on the autopsy report expired in 2004 and they changed to a new seal that year.   The TOXICOLOGY reports have the new seal but the blood was drawn on a patient named "Trauma, Gershwen."  The blood tubes must be labeled "Jackson, Michael."  George Gershwen is a famous composer who wrote "It Ain't Necessarily So."  Ira Gershwen is a famous composer who wrote "The Man That Got Away."

There are dozens of other things that have already been discussed on other links here in the forum.  But nothing about the autopsy is authentic.  It is a good fake, until you look at the dates of dictation, dates of transcription, legal seals, and pay attention to the "legal" details such as how the blood tubes are labeled.

The seal is not a legal seal as you say.  It's more of a logo - unlike the "seal" that a notary would use.  The logos on the coroner's report and the tox report are identical.  The only difference is the shading due to reproduction.  All the dates are in line.  This report is authentic.  I'm sure the coroner added the last page of the report [which is prob. what you're talking about] after the tox report came back.

I agree, when I am writing reports for calls I run on as an EMT sometimes I remember a detail that should go in the report the next day, of course I have to date and initial the fact that I added something, so I usually try to make sure everything is their that day.

But I agree, they could have wrote what they knew at the time then added pages later.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
The late Michael Jackson will appear in the 25th anniversary remake of “We Are The World,” Access Hollywood has learned.

Lionel Richie and Quincy Jones, who, along with Michael, masterminded the original version in 1985, told Access’ Shaun Robinson on Wednesday that the King of Pop’s original vocals and footage would be used in the song and video. Michael will appear posthumously in a split-screen with sister Janet Jackson joining him.

“To have Michael’s presence singing his part is the best gift we could ever get,” Lionel said. “His original image and him seeing his part.”

Lionel called the duet with Janet “magical.”

“She’s singing with Mike,” Lionel said. “It was all put together with fabulous choreography. It’s magical.”

The request came straight from Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, herself, the pair told Access.

Michael is the only star to appear on both versions. The rest of the dozens of singers (not to mention rappers and actors) involved will be a new group – for a new generation

And they where right, they used him from other videos to dub him into it and him and someone else sung, they did the same thing with Martina McBride and Elvis, does that mean Elvis is alive?

Sorry, but those are the same lyrics.
They were NOT changed.
Like someone else said it was
Willie Nelson's part in the original song.

The lyrics are definitely changed. Willie sang about the stones. The new version sings about suffering (not sure who's doing the vocals there).
Just for the sake of accuracy: nobody changed the stones to bread. It was just a suggestion the devil made to tempt Jesus.

But I still don't see how this shows clearly that Michael had a hand in the remake.

Agreed, I just play both version back to back at the same parts it was changed. And I don't see how a change in the song means MJ had a part.
