but the notary  Nancy ponomarenko, I cant find anything that lists her as a real notary
and look at the signature on the stamp of the notary it doesnt match the name
its 2 different names

I think this name nancy Ponomarenko came from 2 different people from disney on ice
Nancy kerrigan and sergi Ponomarenko disny on ice 1994

it looks like JR at the end of the signature on the feb 15th part
