the sound you hear at 00:18 is Michael beat boxing, i've heard him make that sound before if you ever listen to him beat box, i think it's similar to when he did the beat box for who is it

and at the end of the video Michael says " come on dear please UNDERSTAND " around 4:03 in a different tone and i thought there was only one version of the song, so i found that odd how in the video it is different. What do you think?
