The Coroner and Autopsy Report / Re: Michael Jackson Autopsy Photo
« on: October 11, 2011, 06:42:21 PM »
Whilst the autopsy itself was done on 06/26/2009, the body was received by the coroner on 06/25/2009 which is more than likely when it would have been photographed. If you missed the audio from the start of the afternoon session direct examination by Mr. Walgren to Christopher Rogers, they confirmed that on closer inspection of the picture, the date DOES read 06/25/2009 and NOT 08/25/2009

I have just found this 2 page document on the official site of the LA Superior Court.

It is titled "Rules and Guidelines for the Public Drawing in the People v. Conrad Murray Trial"

When I read this I noticed that it was infact the rules for members of the public watching the trial in the courtroom through some sort of lottery winning, which enables 6 "Winners" to have a seat in the courtroom for a particular day of the trial!

Unfortunately, it is a PDF file (So you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to read it) which means I cannot copy and paste the information on it, but some of it is very interesting...

One of the more interesting statements is:

:!:Anyone wearing make-up, costumes, or any "tribute attire" related to any party associated with the case will not be permitted to participate in the public drawing
(I found that one quite funny and ironic for various reasons)

The document also refers to the people as "Audience members", which I found was quite odd?

Anyway, you can read the document for yourselves here:

Although I believe the photo is fake, we must remember that the conversation with the UCLA Manager happened this year and he said "we did have some old stretchers but we got rid of them", Michael "died" in 2009, 2 years ago at which time they may still have had old stretchers.

I think a question we should be asking is how is it that Mr. Senneff failed to recognize the patient as Michael Jackson? It is clear (to me anyway) that the person in this picture is definitely MJ and if the testimonies are anything to go by, this is more or less the view they would have had of him as they came into the bedroom, but obviously in real life (meaning better quality!)

Surely this is not an "official" photograph, (for whatever reason they would need to take it) because of the quality. So here are more questions we need to ask...

1) Who would have taken it?
2) How would they have been allowed to take it?
3) What purpose would it serve?
4) How was this picture allowed to be shown in court?

I think all these questions are important.

I don't know much about court procedures, but from what I have seen of the trial so far, it seems to me that all evidence has to be shown to both parties (and the judge?) before it can be shown to the Jury, to make sure it is relevant and admissible as evidence. I highly doubt that Murray's team or the judge, would allow this photo to be shown as not only does it have the word "Homicide" plastered on it, which is objectionable to begin with as it is 'leading, loaded and speculative', but it has no real purpose, except to convince the Jury and the viewing millions around the world, including us, that Michael is dead (just incase I suppose there were a few BeLIEvers on the bench as well!).

So why would someone have taken it in the first place? You would think it must have been taken by some sort of official for some sort of purpose as it has not been leaked before the trial? This would lead me to believe that it would have been kept secret in a locked file, either with the Coroner's office or the Police/Ambulance crews or even one of MJ's Security such as Alverez. But Why?

Did they know when they took it, that it would later be needed to show in court? How could they know this?

In My Opinion, this is not an Official photograph (another reason why it should not have been allowed to been shown in the court!) Not only is the quality to poor, but it does not show a proper likeness to the person it is supposed to be, with the medical apparatus still connected to the person's face, it is not possible to positively identify the person as Michael Jackson. If it was a Coroner's photo or a Police photo, not only would the quality be a lot better, but there would also be more than one. There would be a different one that shows the patient without the medical apparatus still connected. Coroner/Police - RULED OUT

We know that Alverez (from his testimony) was on guard "outside the room where Michael was placed after he died", which from the evidence video has a window view through to it. But he was too busy making sure that no-one at all entered the room. He had a cell phone with him, but why would he want to take a picture of Michael laying dead? and he certainly would not have been able to hand it to prosecution lawyers, then be used as a witness - RULED OUT!

The only other people allowed in that room (that we saw and heard of during the evidence video) were Police officers and nurses. Well, typically, nurses are not allowed to carry cell phones whilst on duty (mainly due to interference of medical equipment) and they certainly wouldn't need to take a picture for any purpose. I'm not sure whether Police are allowed to carry cell phones whilst on duty, But would they risk losing their job for the sake of a photograph of a dead Michael Jackson? And If they took it secretly, why didn't they leak it anonymously for millions of dollars? How, if they did take it secretly, did it end up being used in a Manslaughter trial? - RULED OUT!

Not only this, but the position of the security camera in the hospital would have showed someone entering the room to take a picture and from the video that was shown in court, nobody enters that room, but they would have the whole tape of the time Alverez was guarding for evidential purpose, so if the picture was taken secretly (and unlawfully) the defence team would have been able to shoot it down in flames right from the start!

It's a mystery to say the least, but sometimes the answer is hidden in plain sight.

I noticed this too. None of the testimonies about Michael's actual position at various times match.

1) Alverez said he helped move Michael to the floor during the 911 with Murray
2) Senneff said when he entered the room 5 minutes later, Michael's feet were on the floor and his upper half was still in the bed, but that he was in the process of being moved and he describes how Murray and two of the paramedics move Michael to the floor, then they all move Michael to the foot of the bed. Alverez is still in the room pacing, but doesn't seem to be involved at this time
3) Blount said, Michael was fully on the bed when he came in after Senneff and 2 paramedics helped move Michael onto the floor, before they all moved him to the foot of the bed and he does not recall seeing Alverez in the room at all!

I'm not sure whether it is in the above video or later on, but "I believe" Mr Mohammad actually states that from where the children were situated, they wouldn't have actually have been able to see anything

Hoax Videos / Re: Hidden Hoax Proof YT Videos

If truth be told IMO these videos aren't very good at all, there's actually no point to the first one or last two, the timeline construction is not very good (not to mention the fact they put that the paramedics arrived at Neverland!), but there aren't really any worthwhile points raised here at all. There is nothing to support the facts in these videos, such as the door being locked, Prince not being there at the time the call was made or anything to do with Murray or Alverez.

Digging through some old articles about the O2 Press Conference, I discovered this twitter account. It would appear it's by someone from the media, but don't know who.

General Hoax Talk / Re: OMG HAVE YOU SEEM THIS VID?
« on: April 04, 2011, 06:03:29 AM »
I don't see anything suspicious in this video.

LaToya could easily have had another t-shirt printed with the same design on it for a start, so I believe she probably did sell the one Michael had signed.

In terms of Michael's signature, it does NOT cover any part about the "celebration of his life" it only covers the crest on the back, which I think would have been included on the original design. The only bits that have been added to the shirt, are the text "celebration of the king of pop" (or w/e) and the dates, which his signature does NOT cover.

Is it just me, or does this statue resembles Jermaine more than it resembles MJ?

Yes, I think it resembles all the Jacksons except Michael

Michael Jackson Statue Erected Outside Soccer Stadium
4/3/2011 12:26 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

English Premier League soccer and Michael Jackson are synonymous with each other (just go with it) so it should come as no surprise that a statute in his honor was unveiled outside a stadium in London today.

Turns out the owner of the Fulham FC, Mohamed Al Fayed, was close friends with Jackson. He had originally planned to put the statue outside of Harrods in London, but he sold the store last year.

So now it is displayed outside of a soccer stadium in London. Perfect match.

TMZ Articles / Re: Elizabeth Taylor Funeral Service Today
« on: March 24, 2011, 03:34:23 PM »
Michael is still alive, Elizabeth would want to be buried near him being as she was his closet friend and IMO Elizabeth knew about the hoax... remember that one of the first celebrity reports when Michael was 'rushed to hospital' was from Elizabeth's PR saying that he was alive. Michael's final resting place will be at FL and I believe that the Jackson's did buy several plots at the cemetery for when the days do come. I think Elizabeth knew this and also that when Michael does pass away he will be interred at FL, near to her. May she rest in peace.
