Other Odd Things / Gasp........

Sorry I could not think of what else to call this thread. :oops: Anywhoo! A few weeks back , CNN was covering various parts of the preliminary hearing. And the reporters (the big thing that particular morning that I was watching it) was there was something said in court during this hearing that made the Jackons's Gasp!! Like out of Hurt and Grief! I have been trying to figure out what it could have been. I know that all of the details sorrounding MJ"S death has not been good and is hard for any of us to really read or listen to......but this Gasp from the Jacksons during this part of the hearing struck a nerve with me. Anybody know what it was? Thanks. :?

Hi, I was just sitting here thinking about Everything. I viewed bits and pieces of the AEG contract. And that contract is total B.S. I mean we all know MJ was a very smart business guy. I totally freaked out when I read the clause regarding the Catalogue? Correct me if I am wrong but does the AEG contract state that if MJ did not perform he would have to give up that catalogue? There is nooooo way on earth MJ would have been that naive. At least I do not feel he would have.
MJ would not have signed anything like this? I wonder are there people who specialize in looking over musical contracts (well I guess that would be an entertainment lawyer's job right :roll: ) I just wish MJ would have never ever even gotten into this. Because if anyone of you have read the entire AEG contract and are pretty good at breaking the legal terms of the contract down. Then you would know the contract is total B.S. seriously! I miss him so so much! Not fair. Your thoughts?
I had a dumb friend tell me that is why MJ was drugged up so that he would not know what he was signing at that time. Thanks.

Hi I am just sitting here thinking of Elizabeth Taylor and MJ! Ok have we ruled out that maybe MJ may actually be living with Liz! I mean how far is Liz Mansion in Bellaire from Holmby Hills? I am not from La I am here in Houston and dont bash me :oops: But I really don't know shit about Cali except for what I have saw on T.V. but.......just throwing this out there that is all. Thanks. Because indeed I still feel like Liz has really been so quiet since the movie. and when she spoke out or tweeted I should say about Arnie and Jason's gay story.

Hi my beautiful MJ family! (hellohi) Just sitting here thinking with the January trial coming up or preliminary hearing or whatever it is :roll: I know everytime we have a Court Date it gets delayed or something happen. And when the court does happen it is something insignificant to the case.

So..... I was wondering. Looking at this from a Hoax Perspective....could it be that Murray's trial run of dates is once again history repeating itself? When I say this I mean remember there was a member here who did the History Repeating itself with Momma Jackson and Joe Jackson's clothes . They were wearing the same outfits from the trial days..?

Could it be that this Murray trial has the same timeline as the Molestation trial for MJ. MJ is going to make it run just as long??? Somebody help me out does anyone know the exact start date of the molestation trial and the exact end date when the actual Verdict was read? Thanks don't bash me just trying to help and still research and investigate. Where are my DATE experts? Thanks your thoug  (thinking-)  (thinking-) hts?

Teddy Riley / Teddy ........Again

Well,...... me again. I will ease up on Teddy eventually. LOL! But also an interviewer asked Teddy about MJ's drug use and Teddy was saying how (again he could not elaborate) but that there were many times when MJ did not want his family or close friends around him.  The interviewer kept stating how MJ's family did not seem to be there for him during his heavy drug use! Teddy was saying that MJ did not do drugs when he had someone positive around him. Like a true friend.


This part blew me away........Teddy said that if there was someone around MJ that discovered his drug use and would say something about it to him that MJ would EXIT this person! :shock: When I say EXIT it means MJ would fire that person!

Also......Teddy said that if MJ had someone positive around him that he would SACRAFICE and just NOT do the drugs! Teddy said that MJ would just take all of the pain he was in like his vitiligo and so forth....

Does Vitiligo cause pain? I have often wondered the extent of MJs health problems because the way Teddy put this conversation to the interviewer it was like MJ NEEDED a lot of pain meds to manage his health problems. Your thoughts? Sorry to ramble.......I am just throwing out ideas about this radio interview done by Teddy. Thanks. :?

Hi, I was reviewing the radio interview that Teddy Riley did > I don't have a link, but I am sure some of you have reviewed many of his interviews regarding the album. When the interviewer asked Teddy did he think it was a conspiracy or non-conspiracy Teddy, said Conspiracy. But then Teddy stated that he is limited to what he could talk about regarding the album or conspiracy because he signed a Non-Disclosure!!! Why would he need to sign a Non-Disclosure? I mean can someone help me figure this out.......we have many people who have stated about confidentiality agreements and so forth. Is a Non-Disclosure the same as a Confidentiality Agreement?

Hi, I was thinking back on the trial and thinking of our beautiful angel MJ. I am wondering WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT JUDGE MELVILLE?

Has he presided over any other high profile celebrity cases?

Has he spoken since MJ's "death"?

Would he tie into the hoax in any type of way? What was his demeanor towards MJ during the trial.

I know we have studied and read up on so many people that drifted in and out of MJ's world and life.......was just wondering about this guy. Thanks. :|

Sorry guys but I cannot help to think these things every since June of 2009. If MJ is indeed alive HOW CAN HE LIVE?? WITHOUT being discovered. I mean he is MJ u know!

Wouldn't MJ be Scared to death of the legal ramifications of faking a death! Look at all the HOOPLA that has went on since he has gone!!!

Where could he be that nobody would discover him and would he really want to live his life in Isolation like that! I mean I understand he may could do it for so long .....but after a while? :cry:

What about Murray? What about the court case! What is MJ gonna do about all of that!

Sorry....just having one of those days...but I still do not get how this is possible. Are we in denial about the Murder Theory??? After everything Hoax related that we have researched is the MURDER THEORY still possible?? Your thoughts thanks.

OK I know that June revealed the recorded conversations but these recorded conversations does not exactly reveal imo where MJ is stating that he fears for his life. Have we heard anything more from June? Is she a beliver in the Hoax or Murder theory? Why did she reveal these taped conversations? What prompted her (besides money)?

I wonder did she go to the authorities with these recordings ( unfortunalty LAPD ?)
Just thinking your thoughts are welcom..just wondering if we missed anything crucial on June or if there is an update with her? I find that many people that revealed themselves right after June 25th has just dissappeared off the planet u know? Your thoughts?:

General Hoax Talk / Justice or a Joke??

Hi been doing a lot of thinking about MJ (as usual) and this entire case., Ok can someone here help me understand the answers to these questions?(yes I know we have researched them a bit) but ........I guess I just need to understand them better. Experts are welcome.  

1) Why hasn't the family led any rallies, !! We have Randy being the king of twitter whenever he likes,! So far the only thing I have saw is the 20/20 interview with Latoya, and also Joe and Oxman on L.K. when Joe stated a few names! What on God's earth is the family waiting for? Is it real justice to be on twitter??? To me the Jackson family do not seem the least bit concerned about how things are going with the case! Heck they should be pursuing the hightest court possible for MJ! Their voices cannot be heard on twitter right?

2) Why hasn't AEG accused or pointed the finger at Dr. Murray?
3) Why did AEG take out the drug overdose insurance on MJ?(Sorry I just really need help with this question guys because I do not understand wheather this ties into the murder theory or  hoax
4) Why did family members allow AEG members to host the dam funeral/memorial. Why! If they are suppose to be so bent on getting justice for MJ!
5)Why has the family not led any rallies, I mean serious rallies!!!! ( No them getting on twitter and giving these little interviews here or there does not count in my book! We know Randy is the King of Twitter when he feels like it! That is not seeking justice! So by the family's actions are they trying to tell us Yes MJ was a hard drug addict and the drugs just finally got the best o :cry: f him!?
Your thoughts are welcome.....yes I know we have covered these questions to a certain extent throughout the various threads but I suppose I would like to know if any of you have come up with any other theories to these! Hi... I know I know we have discussed the Bad Fellas in MJ's life many times, even connecting some of them to the Mafia, Italian Mafia, ect.
Just wondering. Do you all believe that any of those Bad Players (or people who we think are bad players) such as Frank, AEG, Thome, and well...the rest

DO ANY OF THESE GUYS SUSPECT THAT MJ COULD HAVE POSSIBLY STAGED AND FAKED HIS DEATH?

And I have often wondered when Joe and Brian Oxman were on Larry King discussing the case....remember when Joe was actually calling a couple of names??? THat he told Larry that he felt was involved with Murray and murdering MJ. I wonder if Frank or any of those guys were watching that interview going :shock:  :shock: and did they ever RESPOND TO JOE'S ACCUSATIONS?  I will be soooo glad when all of this is over!!! so so glad because i just do not understand what or who is prolonging this high profile case!!! Your thoughts? thanks.
