According to documents filed earlier this week, Joe will sit down with Michael's attorney at a date to be determined "between June 1, 2010 and July 1, 2010." Hola a todos, esta mañana estaba leyendo un hilo en el foro sobre la ultima noticia publicada por TMZ sobre el ataud de MJ, en el tema de TMZ habia varios hilos creados con esa misma noticia, en concreto habia tres pero solo el mas antiguo era el que estaba abierto, y ese es el que yo estaba leyendo..
Me estaba poniendo al dia con el tema y con lo que la gente habia comentado, ya que la noticia era de ayer dia 10, y como tenia unas 7 paginas no me habia dado tiempo a leerla de un tiron, el caso es que ahora que habia retomado el tema y he intentado pasar de pagina para leer mas posts me sale un mensaje de que este hilo no existe!! :shock: y efectivamente me ha sacado al tema TMZ y ya no esta, siguen estando los otros cerrados por nuestras madres de los corderos pero ese no esta!
Porque lo habran cerrado? alguien ha podido leerlo todo?

Joe Jackson Gets Wrongful Death Ball Rolling

TMZ has learned Joe Jackson will send Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer a notice next week that he will be filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the doc for the death of Michael Jackson.
According to California law, the plaintiff in a medical malpractice, wrongful death suit must give 90 days notice before filing the case in court.
Brian Oxman, Joe Jackson's lawyer, tells TMZ the suit will ask punitive damages, economic support, loss of companionship and loss of consortium (deprivation of family relationship). It will seek an unspecified amount of money damages.
Oxman says the case will be filed in L.A. County Superior Court. So far, only Joe has signed up, but Oxman says he will add any family member who wants in as a plaintiff.
UPDATE: Ed Chernoff, Dr. Murray's lawyer, just reacted to Oxman's move by saying, "That's like throwing a bucket of water on a man drowning in the ocean." Translation -- good luck collecting anything.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers say the L.A. County District Attorney still hasn't turned over the investigative documents and reports in the death of Michael Jackson ... and they say they smell a rat.
A rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "We remain confused by how suspiciously slow the D.A. has been in turning over the documents." The rep says Chernoff and his team "have not received anywhere near all of it."
According to the rep, the last docs they received were turned over more than two weeks ago.
As for the documents Dr. Murray's team has received, they've turned them over to their medical experts and the private investigator for review.
A rep for the D.A.'s Office tells TMZ, "The District Attorney's office is turning them over as soon as they are copied and cataloged. There is a huge number of documents and the process takes time."

TMZ has confirmed the Michael Jackson estate has signed the biggest deal ever in music -- worth up to $250 million with a guarantee of $200 million.
The estate made the deal with Sony Music Entertainment. According to the Associated Press, the contract is for 10 projects over seven years.
One album will debut in November, which contains never-before released recordings. We're told Jackson left enough material for at least three albums of fresh material.
A source tells TMZ the royalty rate on foreign sales is the key to the deal -- and 2/3 of the sales of MJ records traditionally have been outside the U.S.
And we're told Sony gets a two-year extension for the right to distribute the Michael Jackson catalog -- to 2017.
The deal was brokered by John Branca and John McClain, executors of the MJ estate.

There are reports that James Brown's body is missing from his crypt -- as in, stolen -- but TMZ has learned the Godfather of Soul never left the building.
The morbid dispute arose when one of Brown's illegitimate daughters, LaRhonda Pettit, told a UK newspaper that the singer's body was mysteriously moved from the temporary crypt in South Carolina in an attempt to keep her from having another autopsy performed on the body.
Brown died in 2006 -- and Pettit had suggested foul play.
But a lawyer who represents 5 of Brown's children tells TMZ James is right where he should be -- in his crypt -- still dressed to the nines in one of his famously awesome "farewell" outfits.

Kourtney Kardashian took her young son Mason to a birthday party at the Jackson family home in Encino on Sunday -- turns out the two families go waaaay back.
Kourtney and her sis, Kim, used to date two of Tito Jackson's sons (Kourtney dated Taryll and Kim dated TJ) back when they were in their early teens. The party on Sunday was for one of Taryll's kids, Tito's grandson. We're told Michael Jackson's kids were there as well.
