Judge: Murray's iPhone Admissible as Evidence



Judge Michael Pastor ruled this morning that recently obtained data from Dr. Conrad Murray's iPhone can admitted as evidence.

According to Murray's attorney, Ed Chernoff, the phone contains a few short voicemails and 12 screenshots that may be used as evidence during the hearing.

The prosecution has used phone records to create a timeline of what Murray did on the day Michael Jackson died.

Charities / Help a puppy who was turned in to be killed

Please, I  address this to everyone here, mostly to those from USA, California, just please join me in helping this angel. It brought me to tears, I can't believe the cruelty, I can't believe it... i can't believe it. A puppy, she's a 11 years old girl, was turned in by her owners to be killed because...... she's too old.  Yes.. as unbelievable as it might sound. Please help me to help her. Sweet little soul. It brought me to tears. Animals are gifts of the nature, we have to CARE! Please! Somebody has to take her out of there until they kill her, please... for God's sake. I'm at worlds distance from there!

Dr. Conrad Murray / HELP_ Murray look alike

Guys, I need help 'cause my eyes already hurt because of the searching. There was an article on TMZ this summer or the beginning of summer I am not sure and I can't remember, about Conrad Murray and they posted for a couple of hours a photo of a guy who was looking highly alike to Conrad but we reached the conclusion it wasn't Murray and TMZ changed the photo after that. It was a close up, photographed from one side a bit from behind. Does anyone remember it? Or has the photo? I really need it

I can't believe this is uploaded on september 3rd 2009 and I haven't seen it so far. I am kind of amazed by the rythm he has, even if he doesn't make Michael's moves, he has a great rythm on his own. With such a father...

Besides this look what a great fun they have there. It doesn't mean it was filmed on sept 3rd, but anyway close to that date maybe and...

Sources tell TMZ a shoot for the MJ/Akon music video took place yesterday at an airplane hanger in Tustin, CA -- and it involved a whole bunch of extras ... and a very heavenly theme.

We're told the group of extras -- which included a bunch of die-hard MJ fans -- were asked to gather outside the hanger ... and when the giant doors opened, the place was pitch black ... except for one bright light at the end.

Our spies says the extras were then asked to walk towards the light ... symbolizing their journey into heaven.

Should be one hell heck of a music video.

Michael Jackson is NOT DEAD -- he's still alive ... just like Elvis ... this according to a famous music producer who worked with MJ all the way to the possibly not-so-bitter end.  

Super producer Teddy Riley -- who worked with MJ on the "Dangerous" album and produced the song "Breaking News" on the upcoming Sony album -- has reignited the Michael Jackson conspiracy theory after twittering that he believes MJ is alive ... somewhere.



Riley wrote, "If people can think Elvis is still alive why the F#*@ I cant [sic] think Michael is still alive."
Just one day before the tweet, Riley received a message from a fan who wrote, "Akon said he believes Michael is in hiding and will be coming back one day. Im curious to know what ya think bout that."

Riley responded, "AKON IS MY FRIEND AND WE THINK ALIKE."

So, we gotta ask ...

It took a little longer than we expected -- about 6 hours and 40 minutes -- but Lil Wayne has already dropped his first tweet since leaving prison ... and it wreaks of Michael Jordan.



Back when MJ returned to the Bulls in 1995, dude released a two word press release that simply read, "I'm back" .... and since Weezy is such a huge sports nut (and not crazy about grammar) we're guessing he took his cue from His Royal Airness.
