Dr. Conrad Murray has a bit of a PR problem these days -- and since people don't just let you walk up and kiss their baby anymore, he did the next best thing ... he bought a little girl a balloon.

A TMZ photog was out in Santa Monica on his night off when he caught a glimpse of Murray on the Third Street Promenade. Murray was walking along when he spotted the cute kid and the balloon animal practitioner ... and made his way over.

Murray ponied up the few bucks for the little girl's balloon and one for himself -- it looked like he took the SpongeBob one.

If things don't go Murray's way next week, he may want to move into a pineapple under the sea.

'This Is It' Producer -- Star Witness in MJ Prelim

Michael Jackson's producer/director for the "This Is It" tour will be a star witness for the prosecution in Dr. Conrad Murray's preliminary hearing which begins today  ... sources tell TMZ.



Our sources tell us ... Kenny Ortega will testify that on June 19, 2009 -- a week before MJ died -- Michael complained he was cold, had the shakes and was unable to perform ... so the rehearsal was canceled.

The next day -- June 20 -- an emergency meeting was held at Michael's home.  Kenny Ortega, several big wigs from AEG, Michael, and Dr. Conrad Murray were present.  We're told the meeting was "intense, loud and argumentative."  Kenny read Michael the riot act, imploring him to take better care of himself because the tour was imminent.  

Ortega will testify, during the meeting, Dr. Murray said some "terrible things," showing a lack of concern and respect for Michael.  Our sources would not reveal specifics, but we're told it's "damaging" to Murray.

Ortega will also testify that on June 23 and 24 -- the day before Jackson died -- Michael did a complete turnaround in rehearsals, wowing the backup dancers and others present with his moves and singing.

Ortega's testimony is important, because prosecutors will argue MJ was fine before Murray began pumping him with drugs the day he died.

The Michael Jackson album Sony is about to release is a fraud, according to members of Michael Jackson's family.



We've learned Sony is determined to release the album for Christmas, and believes the songs are all authentic.  We're told MJ and his kids were in New Jersey when he recorded the tracks with producers in 2007.

Sources tell us Paris and Prince now believe some of the songs on the album are fakes -- not Michael's voice.  Sony, we're told, is convinced all of the songs are the real deal.  Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, tells TMZ he had experts listen to the tracks and all of the experts concluded it's Michael's voice on all the tracks.

Other Jackson family members also believe some of the tracks are phony.  There is a stalemate, although at this point no one is talking lawsuit.

Joe Jackson is now revealing why he put a $500 million price tag on his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray.  His theory -- "The more you go, the less you get ... so I went high."

During Joe's interview with GOOM Radio -- in which sported some severely oversized MJ bling -- he said Dr. Murray was just "the fall guy" ... and that a lot of other people were to blame for his son's death.

Joe also took issue with our story that he was following Oprah Winfrey around like a puppy dog during her sit-down interview with the Jackson family earlier this month ... but you'll have to watch the video for the lowdown.

Messages to Michael / Heal the planet Earth.

Why don't we heal?
Michael have many songs what are talking about Earth and healing it. Like: Earth song, We are the world, Heal the world, Man in the mirror and much more. The Bible says that God is LOVE. And the most LOVE is inside of Michael Jackson. Michael, You are the sweetest and the most beautiful man who ever walk on planet Earth.
   I agree that We should start with the "Man in the mirror". But why nobody make that change? I am going to do my best to make that change. I am a vegetarian over a half year by now. I only eat fish. But even this once in a week. Because I know how you get the meat inside of Cow. Once I even saw it. This is terrible.
   Earth is going to be poorer and poorer in every day, in every minute. All the animal types are dying. And let's think why... Because of Humans! Because of Peoples! Put logging in Google.com search bar. And then put pictures. This is horrible! There are so many Peoples. But so less Animals. We are losing balace!
   PEOPLE --> FACTORIES --> ANIMALS DEATH        Did You know that there are NO Polar Bears after some years. Because all that smoke what is coming in the factories are destroying our Ozone Layer. Becaouse of that North Pole is already melting. I live in Estonia. And because North Pole's melting there will be no Estonia after 50-60 years. Because all the water what comes from melting sinks the whole Estonia and some other countries too. Why nobody don't get it how serious it is? I cry almost every night because all of the Earth problems. We gotta make that change before it's too late! Some People are talking about "End of the World". Even if this comes.. Then let's enjoy that time what is given to us. Let's Heal the Earth together. Then We can say that we tried!. If one American family changes ONLY ONE light bulb to a econimical light bulb. Then We can shut down ONE nuclear power station!!! Think about it.. Nobody nobody does it for you! LET'S MAKE THIS CHANGE TOGETHER!  Michael please come back soon, and help us to make that change before it's too late  :cry:  :cry:

This song makes me Cry because this is just amazing  :cry:  :cry:  I don't even find words to this song.. I'm speechless.. This song is so.. so.. I mean.. this is comeing for heart.. really.. I really don't find words to that song.. this is not somekind of todays "music." This is SPECIAL.. Michael is special.. he's perfect. He is the most kindness, sweetest and cutest man who ever walk on planet Earth.. MJ really care about Earth.. MJ is a gift for God. But look what all the media did to he.. every day new lies and lies.. how could they?.. Media doesn't think about he's feelings.. Now he's just gone.. and we even don't know is he coming back...  :cry:  "There's nothing to do.. Just walk away" , "all my dreams are broken"...  :cry: :cry:

Hi, I don't know where to put this topic, so I put this here.
First of all. I am sure that there is going to be a BAM day.
Here are some thoughts:
11.08.2012  If I am correct then it is 777 days after MJ's "death".
25.06.2009.. Here let's do some Maths. 2+5=7 0+6=6 2+0+0+9=11
So it is 07.06.2011 (7th June or 6th July) I guess it is 6th July because "See you in July"
I like suprises too    So let's wait a bit. Year or so. I'm sure that Michael will suprise us all.  8-)  8-)
