Among the mistakes, investigators report that the clinic failed to get Joan's informed consent for each procedure performed and "failed to identify deteriorating vital signs." The report also claims that a staff member "proceeded to take pictures of the surgeon and the patient with his cell phone." NEWS: Joan Rivers' Autopsy Results Released ET has confirmed that Joan's daughter Melissa is planning to sue the clinic. Her attorney released a statement, saying, "Ms. Rivers is outraged by the misconduct and mismanagement now shown to have occurred before, during and after the procedure." According to The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner's (OCME) investigation, the official cause of Joan's death was anoxic encephalopathy (brain damage) due to hypoxic arrest (a decrease in oxygen to the brain) during surgery -- a laryngoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The report also revealed that Joan was under propofol sedation during the procedure. Michael Jackson died from a fatal dose of propofol in 2009.

Joan's death was classified as a "therapeutic complication," which means that the death officially resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy. The legendary comedienne underwent a routine endoscopy in August to evaluate changes in her voice and to deal with acid reflux. She was placed in a medically induced coma after going into cardiac arrest and passed away a week later. She was 81.

The 3 maids spoke with the New York Post, but did not want their names revealed. They tell scatological stories that paint a shocking tale of uncleanliness. One maid says when the urge hit, MJ would just unzip his pants and pee in the grand entry of Neverland. The maids were shocked, because when guests like Oprah or Elizabeth Taylor would visit the floors would be waxed but all they could think of is ... they're stepping where Michael took a wiz. Another maid says Jackson would track in animal poop from his mini-farm on the property and then threaten to throw poop snowballs at the help. The maids say Jackson lived like a pig ... his bedroom was littered with half-eaten chicken, potato chips, empty wine and whiskey bottles. One maid said it was so bad, the place was infested with bedbugs. And there's this ... one maid claims, when MJ would see pictures of the Jackson 5 in magazines, he send someone out to collect as many as they could and then he'd shred them, saying, "Yuck, they don't deserve to have my name. Ok guys, several of you seemed to like the idea of an open thread like this, to share and chew over whatever takes your fancy. Let's just keep it friendly and respectful and please bear in mind Souza's rules about who/what we can discuss.
So ... I'll kick things off.
Prompted by Do's comments I think we should be willing to view scenarios that may not sit easily with our own personal long held hoax beliefs.
So, I'd like to discuss Murray. He has always been pivotal to my belief in the hoax. I could be pushed into going along with the idea that MJ ended up dependent on drugs and even that he'd resorted to anaesthesia to get some semblance of sleep. I could even accept a horrible accident while his doctor was nearby ... but this doctor - Dr Conrad Murray??
Dr Conrad Murray, who has a non-existent or at best sketchy past (I need to refresh my memory on this again). Conrad Murray who shares his name with an episode of 'The Court of Last Resort'. An apparently intelligent doctor who writes strange letters to patients, makes documentaries and videos for the world, speaks to tabloids, does interviews and sings on TV, yet doesn't speak up for himself in court. And he can walk around being photographed by NPG while we never hear of, or see, angry fans, or anyone for that matter, challenging him or even recognising him. A man who sounds like MJ (in what he talks about, not his voice!). I cannot believe this man is a doctor, hell ... I can barely believe he exists at all! That's the bottom line.
So, the question I have to ask myself is, do all these things = death hoax, or is there another explanation for his 'strangeness'? Is it possible he's just a crazy doctor trying any way he can to cover his ass?

Tito, Randy, Jermaine, and Jackie tell us, "[The children] are well loved and well taken care of. We are quite taken back [sic] that Ms. Rowe has decided now to enter their lives, after she abandoned her children many years ago for money." The brothers are referring to Debbie agreeing to give MJ full custody of Prince and Paris after giving birth to them ... in exchange for a lump sum of money. The brothers insist the Jackson family -- Katherine included -- wants only the best for Prince and Paris, adding, "Our only desire is to see our niece and nephews continue to go on with happy, healthy and safe lives. We will do everything and anything with in our power to help make that happen." As we reported, Rowe will file legal docs asking the judge to appoint her guardian so she can move the children to her ranch in Palmdale CA, where she has a business raising and breeding horses. Brandon Howard says he has no interest in going after the Estate, and that's a good thing, because Michael made sure he and everyone else in the world -- except Prince, Paris and Blanket -- could not lay a hand on MJ's assets. According to Michael's will ... Michael's 3 kids, along with some charities, ultimately get his money. Michael also made sure that Katherine was supported during her lifetime. We just dug through Michael's 2002 will -- in which he explicitly wrote, "Except as otherwise provided in this Will or in the Trust ... I have intentionally omitted to provide for my heirs." Under the law, that's all she wrote, because MJ had every right to disinherit anyone he wanted ... even his own kids. What he did was provide for Paris, Blanket and Prince ... and even if someone else could prove they were sired by the singer ... tough luck. Bottom line ... He tells us, he was in the delivery room when Brandon was born and even brought Brandon to recording studios as a child. We've seen multiple family photos of them together. Augie says they're so close ... Brandon called him days before TMZ broke the story about the DNA test, telling him, "Don't worry about this stuff. You are my dad." Augie insists his son had nothing to do with the DNA stunt -- telling us the "greedy people" around Brandon are the masterminds. As for Brandon resembling MJ -- Augie says it's purely a coincidence. A rep for the brothers tells TMZ, the brothers are united in scoffing at the claim ... and for a variety of reasons. First, a source says in Michael's 50 years on earth, he never mentioned anything about having a child other than Prince, Paris and Blanket. And, other sources who had day-to-day contact with Jackson echo the same to TMZ. A source also says the brothers met B Howard one time -- back in 2012, when he came backstage for a meet and greet after one of their shows. He never even intimated he might be a relative. And the brother's say Joe had a professional relationship with Howard's mom, yet he never breathed a word of this ... and they say he would have said something, especially after Michael died. Michael Jackson MJ's Dental Mold NO DNA! 3/7/2014 12:20 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF EXCLUSIVE ![]() The man behind the Michael Jackson DNA test initially went to an L.A. lab ... and TMZ has learned the lab results showed NO DNA on Michael Jackson's dental mold. A manager at DNA Truth 4 U lab tells TMZ ... last month Alki David's people took the dental mold to the lab, along with a water bottle, a black towel and cigarette butts to test them. Alki's people told the lab the other items contained the DNA from Jermaine and Tito. The lab report -- obtained by TMZ -- shows the dental mold document titled "Alleged Father." The other items were all titled "Alleged Uncle." The lab report shows NO DNA was recovered from the 31-year-old dental mold, so the test could not be performed. The only one that had any DNA was the black towel -- and it showed NO relation to B Howard. Translation -- B Howard is NOT related to ANY Jackson. A source connected to Alki David tells TMZ ... Alki didn't trust the lab and that's why he says they went to a DNA lab in Ireland. Alki says the Ireland lab recovered DNA from the mold and then determined there was a DNA match with B Howard. Billionaire Alki David released the so-called "results" live on the Internet Thursday -- and after TMZ obtained a copy of the document, we discovered the logo on top wasn't just fake ... it was ripped from "Terminator Salvation." ![]() Now David tells us, "The logo was made by the DNA agency to make it look pretty. Lab documents are not pretty by nature." He also says the results are private and were never supposed to be released to the public. Which doesn't make sense on several levels -- David's doctored logo doesn't make his "lab results" any prettier than other lab results we've come across ... no offense ... and if the results were never supposed to be released publicly, why bother making them look nice? Court documents — filed by estate executors and obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com – expose the financial windfall that has been generated since his tragic death and provides insights as to the cost of raising the King of Pop’s three kids. In 2012, according to financial records reviewed by Radar, the estate paid $564,301.57 for bodyguards and security for Katherine and her three grandchildren, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket. (Radar has chosen not to disclose the names of the companies, due to privacy concerns.) The matriarch of the Jackson family, 83, was paid $1.386 million in allowance from her late son’s estate in 2012 and was also loaned more than $6 million from the estate, which also doled out more than $3 million in allowance to Michael’s three children for education and $10,000 in orthodontics. The family has been living in a $26,000 rental house in Calabasas, while the Hayvenhurst house continues to be renovated. The monthly electric bill for the Calabasas mansion is $2,500 and the cost for living (including utilities) in the rental for in 2012 was $418,013.69. Renovations for the Encino mansion were $154,323.53 in 2012, including a $12,000 home theater renovation project, $3,225 studio repair and pond keeper services for $814.43. Even though no one was living at the house in 2012, utilities including phone, gas, and electricity totaled $35,842.05. Storage and moving fees for 2012 added up to a whopping $806,872.52. The co-executors, John Branca and John McClain, under the law in California, are required to submit detailed financial records of the execution of Michael Jackson’s estate while it’s still in probate court. The executors reveal that “they have made significant progress in resolving creditors’ claims and pending litigation reducing the estate’s debt, and solidifying and establishing the MJJ Business as a lucrative and powerful entity in the entertainment industry, the estate is not yet in the condition to be closed. “The executors have not yet resolved all of the creditors’ claims. There is litigation pending and there is an ongoing tax audit. Therefore, executors request that the time for administration of the estate be extended for one year after the court enters its’ order settling the account.” At the time of Michael’s death, he was named in more than half a dozen lawsuits, and 65 creditors’ claims were filed after he died. There are “currently seven active litigation matters in the United States which the executors and their legal team are defending. All other litigation has been resolved favorably for the estate either by court disposition or settlement for less than the amount demanded,” the court docs state.
