IMO, I don't really care about Elivs never was a fan never will be a fan. He's not the King of Rock & Roll because he stoled songs from some black artist back in the day. How the hell people could proclamied him as the king of rock and roll and he stoled music from blacks! Elivs is not original! His face maybe pretty but he's no king, and i hate the fact the media praise him like hes God, Elivs is no God, he was unorginal bootleged wanna be black person. If he's dead then rest in peace; However he's lame if he alive. Some of you guys need to stop comparion Micheal and Elivs, its pretty annoying, and Elivs coming back?? his ass is too old to be doing his moves. TMZ broke the story ... Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, has served Murray with legal papers as a prelude to a wrongful death lawsuit. In those papers, Oxman claims Dr. Murray was at Sam's Hofbrau -- a strip club -- on June 25, 2009, prior to treating Jackson.
The rep for the defense team tells TMZ Dr. Murray was not at a strip club when Oxman claims, nor was he there the night before. As the rep put it, "In the weeks before Michael died, Murray barely had time to take a shower."
The rep also says Oxman got it wrong when he claimed Dr. Murray was drinking, because "He does not drink."
As for whether Murray has ever frequented the club, the rep did not know one way or the other. But one of the waitresses at the club tells TMZ Dr. Murray was at the club sometime in June of last year. A stripper who works at the club tells TMZ she vividly remembers the night before Michael died because she's a big MJ fan, and says, "It was dead that night. Dr. Murray definitely was not there."
The club's owner tells TMZ ... at least twice in the last 6 months, a private investigator came to the club and asked various employees a bunch of questions about Murray and if they remembered seeing him at the club.

Register or Login, Ind. — The childhood hometown of Michael Jackson is planning a tribute Friday at his former house to mark the one-year anniversary of his death, and the mayor says his mother is among the people expected to attend.
Gary Mayor Rudy Clay says Katherine Jackson will attend the event along with her granddaughter, Genevieve Jackson, the daughter of Randy Jackson. The event will include speeches, performances and a candlelight vigil.
"We expect thousands to show up," said city spokeswoman LaLosa Burns.
Workers at the house on Tuesday said Katherine Jackson wanted the house spruced up for the event. She was in the city 30 miles southeast of Chicago for several days recently and planned the renovation, Clay said.
The flowers, balloons, stuffed animals and signs that covered the front lawn for weeks after Jackson's death from an overdose of sedatives are gone. The tiny house already has a new roof, a fresh coat of white paint, newly poured concrete along the walkway and driveway and is surrounded by a black wrought iron fence. New sod was being installed and some bushes were awaiting planting.
"She wanted all of this done," worker Nathaniel Donald said. "People from all over the world come here and she wanted it fixed up."
"It looks nice," said Arthur Houser, an 81-year-old retired trucker who lives several blocks away.
The house — and its address — are widely known because The Jacksons released the album "2300 Jackson Street" in 1989.
The family moved to the West Coast after the Jackson 5 struck it big with the release of their first album. The Jackson 5 played two concerts at West Side High School in Gary in 1971. The only other time Jackson returned to his hometown was in 2003, when plans for a Michael Jackson Performing Arts Center in the city's downtown were announced. It was never built.
Jackson's father and city officials announced plans earlier this month to move ahead with plans to build the performing arts center and a museum, but many in the city have their doubts whether it will ever be built.
Chuck Hughes, executive director of the Gary Chamber of Commerce was a member of City Council in 1995 when talk about the performing arts center was first discussed with the Jackson family.
"It was politics that squashed it," he said.
Clay said the city hopes to make the memorial an annual event.
"This is where it all started," he said. "Our love for the Jackson family and Michael began before they were famous and it is still entrenched."

NEW YORK – Michael Jackson's mother has given her blessing to a tribute planned to her late son a year after his death at age 50.
In a video posted on YouTube, Katherine Jackson thanks people for the support they have given her family since Jackson died June 25, 2009.
She also thanked Voice Plate Productions for staging the fan event, which will be held Saturday at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Jackson's mother says her son would be "very honored and very pleased that his fans all over the world are coming together to celebrate his life."

A new museum piece called "The Tribute Portrait" has been created to celebrate the legacy of Jackson's humanitarian efforts. The artwork is comprised of hand-drawn dots that come together to form the image of the late pop star. Each dot in the portrait represents a person whose life was impacted by the singer and wishes to carry forward his mission to "Heal the World."
"I'm truly honored to be part of the Michael Jackson tribute portrait," Nick says. "If it wasn't for Michael Jackson, I wouldn't be an entertainer, I wouldn't be who I am today. I was inspired [by him] at a very young age ... he's truly the greatest entertainer ever."

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson's youngest brother says his family is disappointed in a recent ruling allowing a doctor charged in the pop singer's death to keep his medical license, but they have faith in the judicial process.
Randy Jackson released a statement Monday, a week after a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled he didn't have the authority to suspend the license of Dr. Conrad Murray. Murray faces an involuntary manslaughter charge in Jackson's death nearly a year ago.
Randy Jackson had to be hospitalized after experiencing chest pains the day after last week's court hearing, and he thanked doctors and fans for their support.

Anyways there's is no clues how he's goin to return, but I have a thoery, I think hes goin to use a airplane to return. I don't know how that would end up. When jermaine said that slip-up it makes me wounder if he's goin to use a airplane. Michael's return will be something big and never will be forgotten. Do you guys have any thoeries on how hes going to make his comeback?

Usher, T-Pain and a tribute to Michael Jackson have all been added to the slate for this year's stocked BET Awards, airing live from Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium on June 27th. T.I. will make his first major award show performance since his incarceration and Kanye West will return to an awards show stage after his 2009 VMAs controversy at the event, plus Drake, Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Diddy – Dirty Money and many more are booked for the big show. Queen Latifah will host. As Rolling Stone previously reported, Drake and Jay-Z lead this year's field with the most nominations. With Eminem joining Drake and Kanye West on the BET Awards bill, the lineup is just a Lil Wayne shy of a potential performance of their joint hit "Forever." Michael Jackson fans as far away as Russia are organizing for a big protest outside the criminal courthouse in downtown L.A., where Dr. Conrad Murray will be making an appearance Monday.
This poster (above) comes from fans in Russia. It will be among the many held up in indignation as Murray makes his way into the courthouse.
The group organizing the event -- Justice4MJ -- will be competing with Dr. Murray's supporters, who are planning a rally in Houston that could be 1,000 strong.You are not allowed to view links.
