Other Odd Things / Mj or impersonator?

I was invited to chatroom named tinychat, so I took a look...and they showed a video which was supposed to be from Michael. They say that Mike was in coma and now he's ok and that video was taken in hospital by securitycamera and he didn't know it was working. He just wanted to dance a bit  :?  What do you think?

In the beginning there's "The Drill" and after the dance it shows (at 4:42) "10:10:10" and someone starts to talk :?  English is not my everydays language, so I don't understand so well. It talks about "his message" and "he is in a safe place"..... please look and listen and tell me what you think.
