Michael Jackson Lawsuit Accuses Doctor of Fueling MJ's Addiction ![]() Dr. Arnold Klein provided serious drugs to Michael Jackson, which left the singer so out of it ... he couldn't even stand up straight ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ. In the lawsuit, filed by Klein's former assistant and confidant Jason Pfeiffer -- it is alleged "Throughout 2009, Michael was a frequent patient of Klein." The lawsuit continues, "Several times, Klein told Pfeiffer to help Michael down to the car because Michael was too drugged up and disoriented to stand on his own." Pfeiffer says he voiced his concern for Michael's "safety" -- because he and Klein's nurses "were worried that Michael was being 'overmedicated' by Klein." Pfeiffer says Klein simply told him to "keep his mouth shut." And there's more -- Pfeiffer claims Klein tried to sneak Michael prescription muscle relaxers in 2009 by writing a prescription in Pfeiffer's name. Pfeiffer claims he refused to participate in the scheme. Pfeiffer also claims in the suit ... sometime around October 2008, Klein was contacted by Michael Jackson, who told the doc he "needed 'to get out of a court appearance' and needed a doctor's note." According to the suit, Klein told Michael he would take care of it and issued a note saying MJ was suffering from a Staph Infection ... based on a fabricated test. Klein's treatment of MJ has been questioned in the past -- TMZ broke the story ... Klein injected Michael with 51 Demerol injections in the 3 months before Jackson died. Klein has always maintained that he treated Michael in accordance with the highest medical standards. Pfeiffer claims he was wrongfully terminated by Klein -- and in the suit, filed Wednesday in Klein's ongoing bankruptcy case, Pfeiffer alleges that Klein forced him to help round up gay sex partners for Klein, including prostitutes and homeless people. Pfeiffer also claims he would have to help "prepare" Klein for sexual encounters -- adding, "Klein required that Pfeiffer wash Klein's groin." Pfeiffer says he suffers from severe emotional problems as a result of Klein's treatment -- and is suing for unspecified damages. UPDATE: A lawyer of Klein tells TMZ, "Dr. Klein is one of the most esteemed and respected dermatologists in his profession in the country. This counter claim is totally unfounded, and frankly it's garbage. The claims in Dr. Klein's lawsuit are very serious, and we're taking them all the way." You are not allowed to view links.

Big Blow to Defense In MJ Manslaughter Trial
5 minutes ago by TMZ Staff The judge in the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial just undercut a big part of the defense, by ruling 16 hours of rehearsal footage for the "This Is It" tour doesn't show MJ to be in poor health. ![]() Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers wanted the outtakes to prove Jackson was very ill in the days before his death. The argument goes -- he was already dying, so Dr. Murray can't be held responsible for his death. But Judge Michael Pastor ruled ... the outtakes were valuable to Sony Pictures -- which objected to turning over the footage -- and the video did not show MJ in poor health. If the hours of video show a healthy Michael, it undercuts a major line of defense for Murray. You are not allowed to view links.

'This Is It' Producer: I Didn't Cause Michael's Death19 minutes ago by TMZ Staff The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs or treatment that caused the singer's death. ![]() Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment or administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death." Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray or with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG. Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error." Randy Jackson Goes Nuts Over Michael's Album 14 minutes ago by TMZ Staff Randy Jackson went on a tear on Twitter Wednesday night, swearing some of the songs on Sony's upcoming Michael Jackson album are fake. Jackson tweeted, "Some of the songs are him, and some aren't. I would be [sic] my life on that ... I know this may seem harsh, but this is the truth, as I know it..." Pretty much every expert who has analyzed the tracks says the voice is MJ's, but Randy is undeterred. And he gets conspiratorial: "But what's worse then [sic] harsh is that my brother isn't here, and ll these people are more concerned about making money off his death...They could care less about why and how he died, or maybe they already know." MJ 'Hold My Hand' Video - Starring No-Handed Person17 minutes ago by TMZ Staff It's the most bizarre casting call we've ever seen -- the people behind Michael Jackson's new music video for "Hold My Hand" are in the market for some incredibly ironic talent ... a person with no hands. The listing was posted yesterday on an LA casting network -- billed as a "low budget" project -- and among the available roles ... 10 dancers, several real-life couples, a mother and child for a baptism ... and "a disabled person with no hands." The director Mark Pellington tells TMZ, "The video is a spiritual collage of MJ's legacy told through a visual mosaic exploring the themes of life" -- but based on the name of the song, we can only guess why they'd need someone without the requisite appendages. We're told they shot Akon's part Monday night -- and according to sources close to the production, a green screen came in mighty handy. You are not allowed to view links.

After investigating this so long, does anybody else see references to the MJ hoax theories everywhere now?!  I don't watch much TV but one of my favorite shows is "Bones" on Fox TV. I wonder if a writer or producer there reads at these boards or is "in the know" about MJ. A couple weeks ago they had an episode about the possible government cover-up of the JFK assassination and a Michael Jackson reference at the beginning of the episode. This week they are investigating the corpse of a "hellboy" who has horns and a tail. Well they are led to a sanitarium by the name of Havenhurst of all things. lol I was doing something else and when they said Havenhurst my head snapped around so fast I think I might have given myself whiplash. :lol: Anyway the interweaving moral of the story is about evil... with a little bit of prejudices thrown in with their misunderstood intern who happens to be of the Muslim faith. I've read theories from JFK, NWO, and government corruption to the religious and racial theories. Now I see it everywhere, so I guess MJ did create more awareness. Anyway, everywhere I look now there are all these "MJ lessons" to be seen and I was just wondering if anyone else experiences the same thing or am I just off my rocker. :lol: It's so bad I even questioned the black and white checkered tile floor at Havenhurst and the diner Bones/Booth eat at. Guess I just answered my own question...I'm nuts! lol L.O.V.E.
