Doctor 'Facing Charge Over Jacko's Death'

Michael Jackson's doctor could soon be charged with manslaughter over the superstar's death, according to reports.

Prosecutors are to file a criminal complaint against Conrad Murray, a law enforcement official told reporters.

A judge will then decide if there are grounds for trying Murray on an involuntary manslaughter charge.


 
Jackson died in June

Jackson died on June 25 from an anaesthetic overdose, but the doctor maintains nothing he gave Jackson should have killed him.

Murray returned to Los Angeles at the weekend in case he was charged, his spokeswoman Miranda Sevcik said.

"Dr Murray is in Los Angeles for a dual purpose - on family business and to be available for law enforcement. We're trying to be as cooperative as we can," she said.

The district attorney's office has been working closely with police to build a case against Murray.


We continue to maintain that Dr Murray neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson.

Murray's spokeswoman Miranda Sevcik
Jackson, 50, hired Murray to be his personal physician as he prepared for a strenuous series of comeback performances in London.

But he died in LA after Murray administered the general anesthetic propofol and two other sedatives to get help the singer, a chronic insomniac, to sleep.

Murray strongly denies any criminal wrongdoing.

"We continue to maintain that Dr Murray neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson," Ms Sevcik said.

If you can browse the page there was an interesting interview at 8am this mornin with a reporter Amon Holmes and an ex prosecutor in LA, she had some interesting things to say but i can't find it.. she said Murray could get 2 - 4 years jail. or get away with just being on PROBATION!!

Janet to take part in 'We Are The World' remake

Janet is expected to participate in a new version of "We Are The World" that is being recorded for Haiti earthquake victims, according to a report from Reuters.

Most of the singers participating in the song, which included Barbara Streisand, Kanye West, Celine Dion, Tony Bennett, LL Cool J, will.i.am, and Josh Groban, recorded their vocals together on Monday at the same Hollywood studio where the original version of the song was made.

Janet, however, was not present at the session on Monday but rather is scheduled to sing her lines from a studio in Atlanta on Tuesday. As was reported yesterday, Janet is in Atlanta right now to film promotional materials for the release of Why Did I Get Married Too?

More than 70 celebrities lent their voices to the re-recording of the song. None of the singers of the original song were invited to participate in the update, which was recorded once again under the oversight of Quincy Jones and the song's co-writer Lionel Richie.

Richie confirmed to MTV.com that Janet will be singing Michael Jackson's lines from the song.

The song will make its world premiere during NBC's coverage of the Vancouver Winter Olympics on Feb. 12.

Both the song and an accompanying video, shot by Oscar-winning "Crash" director Paul Haggis, will go on sale both through traditional and online retailers. All proceeds will go to a newly established foundation that will carefully monitor disbursement.

The Jan. 12 earthquake killed up to 200,000 people in Haiti and devastated the already impoverished nation.

sorry about this guys, i know its been debunked as fake by some an stuff but its playing on my mind so i have to mention it.. i know its old ground now.. but it gets to me so..

if you look where i've put the single arrow the is discolouration on the face, like a purple colour, this indicates death, seen it a few times in my old job, and its to far out to be hair..

also the two arrows, why does it appear to have blood in the tube? or something red if you prefer no to call it blood.. there should be stuff going in not coming out!!

This Is It / TII.. and BAM!!

i downloaded TII on limewire.. blueray version.. absoluty awsome perfect copy.. on for 1hr 51mins.. yes i'm naughty for doing this..  :twisted:

anyway it has the BAM speech on at the end ..and before it comes on HUMAN NATURE is playin in the back ground with the credits.. anywho it comes to the point where he sings REACHING OUT!! then it goes to Michael..  he says his little speech about the jacket and making them wait.. and the BAM is where i honestly think it goes back into the song.. ACROSS THE MORNIN...

after watching it again.. i just think the BAM is where he cuts back into the song..

just thought i'd mention it.. YES it could be a BAM for something else.. but thats where its from HUMAN NATURE!!  :shock:

today i've watched the history tour in HELSINKI.. here's the link good picture off a guy on youtube full concert in 10min clips..

anyway.. my point is.. i've never seen the history tour till today and the similarities to TII is strange.. there's the drill sceen.. very similar to TII.. even the soilders and the imagary in the background.. they had some foam speakers put up in the back when singing Black or White an they fell on them at the end.. these was exhibited at the O2 and was gonna be done in TII.. he sang Dangerous, and the outfit for this to be done in TII was at the O2 but not on the album but i'm guessing he was gonna do it..

only seems like a few but if you've seen it or gonna watch it, see if you find anything.. just seemed to me like a re-vamped History tour for TII.. well for the bits we've seen anyway..

i know that he did similar stuff in each tour.. but this was very very similar..  :shock:
don't shout at me if you don't agree..  :lol:

Michael's features, habits & disguises / O2 Exhibition Visit

hi guys.. bit of a long post.. maybe full of clues tho..

i went to the exhibition in London UK yesterday.. WOW!! what an experience that was!!

We couldn't take pictures in the Exhibition there was security everywhere  :evil: the things that were there

* GOLD PANTS.. WOO :shock:
* BAD TOUR OUTFIT
* REMEMBER THE TIME
* J5 CONTRACTS (no names just joe's).. pffff
* JEWELRY, CAR, PIANO, PAINTINGS,
 * OTHER OUTFITS SHIRTS ETC..
* GOLDEN DISCS AND MUSIC AWARDS.
* SHOE SIZE 39 (said it was his shoe) new design for smooth criminal.. which is UK 6 and a half!!   :shock: looked bigger than that to me tho..  :shock:  
* THINGS FROM SCREAM VIDEO, LEAVE ME ALONE ROCKET, HISTORY STATUE AND MOONWALKER ROBOT MASK THING..

ok THIS IS IT STUFF!!

* TII video of THRILLER  in the back ground.. FULL VERSION!! of the build up zombies etc.. No Mike in it tho!!
* THRILLER COSTUMES & THE SPIDER.. (which looked very small in size)  :shock:
* DEAD BRIDE GHOST THING!!
* BIG FOAM SPEAKERS THAT SAID MICHAEL ON!! THAT WAS GONNA FALL ON THE DANCERS.. (feel free to interpret that one)  :shock: it said it on a plaque describing the pieces
* HOLOGRAM TICKETS FOR THE TOUR, WHICH DIDN'T SAY REPLACEMENT OR MEMROBELIA.. (they was the tickets)  :shock:

OUTFITS!!

* MAN IN THE MIRROR, WANNA BE STARIN SOMETHING, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US, THE TWO THAT STUCK OUT WAS

DANGEROUS OUTFIT.. (didn't know he was doing dangerous not on the album)  :shock:
BILLY JEAN.. i think it was Mo found a picture of a strange white t-shirt Mike was wearing with like a symbol on it.. THATS PART OF THE BILLY JEAN OUTFIT..  :shock:

SHOES.. looked like they had never been worn.. was to go with each different outfit..
GLOVES.. several colours.. the 1983-1984 glove under a glass case at the end!!
(my friend who is not a believer shouted.. "I THOUGHT HE GOT BURIED WITH THAT PARTICULAR GLOVE" :lol: )

LAST BUT NOT LEAST ..

MEMORIAL BOOKS FOR US ALL TO SIGN!! WHICH ARE GONNA BE SENT TO HIS FAMILY..

I honestly didn't get a feeling of loss walking round.. more like ooooo WOW remember when he wore that.. but the books at the end made it surreal.. didn't like that bit..

just watched TII fully start to finish and end credits.. i know that some of you have wanted to analize the end credits so this link provides it.. full film 1hour 51mins

awsome copy.. unseen footage!! definatly bits i didn't see at the cinema and i went 3 times..

i wasn't to sure where to post this probably should have been under videos.. but!!

everyone keeps talking about how skinny michael was.. well.. i've been watchin live in bucharest!! (sorry for the spelling not got the dvd case in front of me just incase its wrong) haha

anyway check out his chest when he sings billy jean!! all boney an stuff!! this is just Michael if you ask me!!

i think he shows you what he wants you to see.. cos on DAY AN NIGHT he's looks chunky.. and yes i do know he has another outfit underneath!! i think he's always bin skinny!! just kept it well hidden..
