Register or LoginConrad Murray has sued the State of Texas to win back his medical license. As you probably know ...the Lone Star State took swift action after the whole Michael Jackson thing and yanked his license for good in February of last year. TMZ first reported ... the doc will challenge both Texas and California for putting the brakes on his ability to practice medicine. Murray clearly needs something to do to earn cash. In the docs he filed ... Murray says he's more than $400K in debt and can't even afford to pay court costs. You are not allowed to view links.

Register or LoginConrad Murray is a shadow of his former self, looking noticeably older and gray, as he chowed down on his first post-pokey meal -- IN-N-OUT! Murray looked business casual after wearing standard issue orange for 2 years. He was able to evade cameras as he left jail at 12:01 AM, thanks to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. It looks like Murray inhaled a double-double ... something he probably dreamed about for months. For comparison's sake, here's Murray's mug shot from 2011, taken moments after he was convicted of manslaughtering Michael Jackson. The good doc looks a good 20 lbs lighter now. The tragic singer later claimed that his problems with drug addiction were prompted by the frightening and painful accident. However, bizarrely, in fact, downright gruesomely weird if you ask me, it’s been claimed today that eccentric US singer Lady Gaga – who’s been lined up to sing live on X Factor again this year – wants the images that pertain to Michael’s injuries, and the photographs taken during the surgeries he underwent to repair the burns. And according to The Sun, she’s “battling Michael Jackson’s estate to buy the medical records documenting his Pepsi ad hair-fire injuries.” The paper adds, “The shocking file shows horrific images of surgeons opening his scalp after the accident in January 1984.” The file is apparently being sold by an auction house in Nashville on behalf of an ambulance driver named Brian McDaniel. He claims that he found the records – which are expected to sell for around £1.25million – and photographs in a bin, and subsequently he passed them to auction firm Flatsigned to sell. Flatsigned boss Tim Miller told The Sun, “Lady Gaga’s attorney and ours have been dealing with each other and she’s very much in the frame.” Apparently the Sultan of Brunei also wants the file, but as Michael Jackson’s family and his executors want the gruesome records to be kept private, they’re bidding for them too.

Whose Side Am I Really On?Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just arrived at court to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit -- but even though she's testifying for AEG, her brief statement this morning makes it sound like she might secretly be playing for the other team. As we reported, Debbie views herself as a hostile witness because she believes AEG is largely responsible for Michael's death -- but the fact is ... our sources say Debbie thinks a lot of Michael's doctors share the blame. Rowe's testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ misused Propofol for years -- thanks to diabolical drug-pumping doctors -- and engineered his own demise ... but if she takes a left turn and says AEG pushed MJ over the edge, it's bad news bears. On the stand, Rowe pointed the finger at two doctors specifically -- Dr. Arnie Klein and Dr. Steven Hoefflin -- claiming MJ trusted them to prescribe his pain medication, and they consistently tried to one-up the other by giving MJ increasingly stronger doses of painkillers. Rowe said Dr. Conrad Murray then "got in there and killed him." Rowe said MJ had a notoriously low tolerance for pain, which paved the way for the abuse of painkillers like Demerol and Diprivan. 12 Years Before DeathMichael Jackson was not only addicted to powerful drugs 12 years before he died ... at least twice in the late 90s doctors misused a drug similar to Propofol so MJ could sleep through the night ... and we've learned that's exactly what MJ's former wife Debbie Rowe will tell the jury today. Sources familiar with Debbie Rowe's testimony tell TMZ ... Rowe -- who will be called to the stand by AEG Live -- views herself as a hostile witness, because she feels AEG is largely responsible for MJ's death. We've learned Rowe will testify ... in 1997 doctors administered Diprivan (a form of Propofol) to Michael in a Munich, Germany hotel room. We're told Rowe will say the drug was administered specifically so Michael could sleep. There was a full medical staff present and MJ slept under the influence of the drug for 8 hours. This occurred on 2 days, either consecutive or 1 day apart. The testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ was the master of his own fate and had misused Propofol for years. But we've learned Rowe will also say while she was married to MJ she never saw him as a raging drug addict. She will testify he was addicted to Demerol ... which he used to deal with the pain and anxiety from scalp surgeries after being horribly burned. She says when she left Michael in July, 1997, he was not an out-of-control addict. In fact, he had gone to rehab and was open about it. As TMZ first reported, Rowe injected Michael in the buttocks with Demerol and Vistaril several times while she worked for Dr. Arnold Klein -- MJ's closest doctor and confidante. Rowe had no idea in the last months of MJ's life Klein injected the singer with Demerol scores of times. We've learned if asked ... Rowe will say she was horrified when she saw a TMZ video of Michael looking totally out of it as he left Dr. Klein's office days before he died. The day MJ passed, Rowe will testify she called Klein and said, "You killed him. What did you give him?" We're told Rowe wants to tell the jury ... when the "This Is It" tour was announced and she heard the breakneck concert schedule, she told her shrink, "They're [AEG] gonna kill him." Kenny Ortega, the tour's director and producer, testified in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial this morning that Michael called the shots, adding, "I don't think he was being very responsible." Ortega -- who was called as a witness by AEG Live -- testified he was not responsible for MJ's health. Ortega told the jury that Micheal was squarely in charge, and made it clear that the singer and Conrad Murray called the shots when it came to MJ's well-being. Ortega's testimony is critical, because Ortega is linked to AEG and had day-to-day contact with Jackson. Katherine Jackson is trying to show AEG called the shots and hired Dr. Conrad Murray. Ortega is clearly taking issue with Katherine. In fact, Ortega came close to saying when it came to medical treatment, he was Michael's bitch, having to endure scoldings by Dr. Conrad Murray when the doc felt Ortega was contradicting him. She said, "It's hard to sit here in court and listen to all these things ... My son was sick and nobody was trying to help him." When she met Dr. Conrad Murray -- the man who killed MJ with a fatal dose of Propofol -- she said she immediately thought the doc WASN'T the right person to care for her son. She said, "My son needed another doctor." Katherine is trying to prove AEG was negligent in hiring and supervising Dr. Murray, and is therefore responsible for the singer's death. Register or LoginConrad Murray's lawyer has filed documents in a California appeals court in a bid to overturn the medic's involuntary manslaughter conviction, relating to the death of Michael Jackson, as he prepares to walk free from prison later this year (13). Murray is currently serving a four-year term behind bars after he was found guilty of administering the fatal dose of Propofol which led to the King of Pop's death in 2009, weeks before he was due to kick off his mammoth This Is It residency in London. The embattled physician, who pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter charge, previously insisted he would fight the verdict to clear his name and his legal representative, Valerie Wass, has now filed a series of appellate briefs in the California Second District Court of Appeal to argue her client's case. In her latest filing on Wednesday (10Jul13), she claimed jurors should have been allowed to view Jackson's contract with concert promoters AEG Live during the trial in order to understand the pressures the singer faced to perform the 50 shows and consider Murray's argument that the Thriller hitmaker had self-administered the drugs which killed him, even though witnesses had testified during the case that it was the doctor who had administered painkillers and anaesthetics. Wass writes, "Admission of the contract or evidence of its terms was necessary to show what was at stake for Jackson if he could not meet his contractual obligations, which was pertinent to establish his state of mind which may have explained his conduct on the day he died, and supported the defense theory of the case." In the documents, Wass also repeated her previous concerns about Judge Michael Pastor's refusal to sequester the jury and ban TV cameras from the courtroom, suggesting the "unprecedented fame of Jackson" and the heavy media coverage ruined any chances of Murray receiving a fair trial. According to the attorney, Murray is due for release on 27 October (13). Wass' appeal filings come as a separate lawsuit rages between the Jackson family and AEG Live executives over allegations of wrongful death. The singer's mum Katherine and his three children are seeking damages amid claims promoters failed to recognise the superstar was seriously ill in the weeks leading up to his passing. Register or LoginPrince Jackson is one step closer to becoming a cold-blooded killing machine -- TMZ has learned, Michael Jackson's first born just earned his blue belt in Jiu Jitsu last week ... from one of the most famous martial arts schools in the world. It's no small feat ... sources at the renowned Gracie Academy in Beverly Hills -- where the 16-year-old trains -- tell us, there are only 5 belts total in the Gracie belt hierarchy, and it takes a LONG time to move up in the ranks. FYI, the Gracie family is Jiu Jitsu royalty -- and has trained scores of MMA stars like Brendan Schaub, Nate Diaz, Antoni Hardonk, Rani Yahya ... hell, even Tim Tebow. As for the belts, blue is the second belt after white -- and in order to advance, we're told students must learn 34 different maneuvers (such as an arm bar, elevator sweep, and a guillotine) each with roughly 4 different techniques. Register or LoginJackson family patriarch Joe Jackson doesn't live in Cali anymore ... but that's not stopping the State from coming after him ... claiming he still owes tax money, to the piddly tune of $2,700. According to docs filed by the Golden State's Franchise Tax Board ... Joe needs to cough up exactly $2,719.86 for unpaid taxes in 2010. Interesting part is ... in the docs, Joe's last known address is listed as the Jackson Compound in Calabasas -- where Katherine and Michael Jackson's kids live. BUT Joe's been estranged from the family for years (he's living in Vegas) and has no legal right to the property, which is owned by the Michael Jackson Estate. Best of luck Cali. TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers. It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt. During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world." TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. Register or LoginWade Robson has outlined the sexual molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, claiming MJ molested him in various ways from February 4, 1990 and 7 years thereafter. The documents -- obtained by TMZ -- are heavily redacted. In one section alone, 7 lines of alleged abuse are blacked out. Wade's lawyer claims after MJ's first accuser -- Jordan Chandler -- made allegations against MJ, Michael started calling Wade and "brainwashed him into being a good soldier." According to the docs, Michael would role-play with Wade, saying "They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff. We never did any of that, right?" In another role-playing session in 2005 - during the molestation trial -- Michael allegedly told Wade, "They are making up all these lies about you and I, saying that we did all this disgusting sexual stuff. They are just trying to take us down, take away my power and my money, take away our careers. We can't let them do this." The docs also describe the incident reported by a former housekeeper during MJ's 2005 criminal trial -- when she testified that she walked by Michael's shower and heard him playing with "little Wade." Register or LoginPrince Jackson -- Michael Jackson's eldest son -- told jurors today in the wrongful death case, Michael Jackson had such problems with AEG he would cry and say, "They're gonna kill me ... they're gonna kill me." Prince testified his dad was amped over the "This Is It" tour but felt he needed more time to rehearse. Apparently, AEG and MJ got into it during phone conversations and the calls made Michael break down in tears. Prince also testified AEG honcho Randy Phillips came over to the house several times and he saw Phillips aggressively grab Dr. Conrad Murray by the elbow, as if to school him. Prince got personal and talked about how involved Michael was in his kids' lives -- something that's highly relevant in a wrongful death case in assessing damages. He told the jury about how MJ loved home videos -- one showing Prince on a little car as Paris talked into a mic while "Daddy's Home" (a Jackson 5 song) played in the background. Prince also said the day MJ went into full cardiac arrest at his home, Paris was screaming that she wanted her daddy. Prince says Dr. Murray announced at the house that MJ was dead from a heart attack. The point of the testimony -- lawyers for the Jackson family are trying to prove AEG pushed Michael mercilessly and that, combined with Murray's bad medicine, cost MJ his life.
