Dr. Conrad Murray believes his testimony in Michael Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit would lead to catastrophic consequences for one side -- and he's not saying which -- so it's best to leave him the hell alone.

Murray made the veiled threat last night in a bizarre, rambling voicemail he left on a friend's machine -- obtained by TMZ -- and you have to hear it to believe it.

The doc who's serving time for manslaughter says, "If I am compelled to speak [in court] I can cause one party or the other to experience the impact of an immediate seismic shock" resulting in "a total and complete debacle" for both sides.

Murray -- who was subpoenaed to testify in Katherine Jackson's $40 billion lawsuit against AEG -- has pled the 5th because he doesn't want to incriminate himself in any upcoming legal proceedings stemming from his appeal to overturn his manslaughter conviction.

Which begs the question ... what's he NOT saying? You gotta listen to this thing

Other Odd Things / Pepsi commercial with Jeff Gordon
« on: March 24, 2013, 05:57:05 PM »
Hi all,

Just because I live in Europe, not means I don't watch American television..
This evening, I have watched the Nascar sprintcup, I just love that action!

So,.. When Fox went to the commercials, an ad. from Pepsi was aired.
Not only was it from Pepsi, it is also about Jeff Gordon (Nascar driver) who is in disquise and is making a prank on some car seller.

Okay. At the end of the commercial there was this line, what got me thinking about MJ / Dave Dave ( and I believe Front was also writing about diquises in the past):

That line states:

"Pepsi Max, a zero calorie cola in disquise"

In the whole video (see lower youtube link), we see Jeff making a (little) make-over, to become in disquise for his prank.

Not only it is Pepsi, which is brought up in this hoax many times.
Also a person is being in disquise and we have a -sort of- Making off vithe short movie "Ghosts"of MJ.

Surely the change that this is nothing = huge :) , but still I thought immediately about the hoax, so I thought I'd share it with you all.

Oh, P.S. I feel for that car seller...

CNN) – Conrad Murray wants a key piece of evidence tested which his lawyers argue could prove Michael Jackson injected himself with the drug that killed him.

Murray, who is serving a four-year prison sentence, is appealing last year’s involuntary manslaughter conviction in Jackson’s 2009 death.

A motion filed Monday by his lawyers asked an appeals court to order a test of the residue in a 100 milliliter bottle of propofol that prosecutors say contained the fatal dose of surgical anesthetic.

If it contains 10% lidocaine, then it would support prosecution expert Dr. Steven Shafer’s theory that Murray rigged up an IV drip using the bottle and then left the room, Murray’s motion said.

Shafer testified that lidocaine, which was found in Jackson’s blood after his death, was mixed with propofol to ease the sting of the drug as it entered a vein in Jackson’s leg.

“However, if the residue is 100% propofol, it would absolutely refute Shafer’s final contention that was used to prove an IV propofol infusion,” the motion said.

The defense theory was that a desperate Jackson, fearing that his comeback concerts could be canceled unless he found elusive sleep, self-administered propofol that Murray was trying to wean him off of. It contends that Jackson also swallowed eight lorazepam tablets while Murray was not watching.

Two requests by Murray’s lawyers to have the bottle tested after the trial were rejected by the trial judge, who ruled they should have asked for testing before the trial.

Murray’s lawyers argued the residue in the bottle, which the prosecution never tested, became relevant only at the end of the prosecution’s case” when Shafer “remodeled” his theory about how Jackson died.

“Dr. Shafer made a striking change in his rebuttal testimony, which occurred during the final minutes of the evidentiary portion of the trial,” Murray lawyer Valerie Wass said.

Murray told police he stopped using IV infusions of propofol to help Jackson sleep three days before his death, and that he only injected a small dose the morning he died.

“The amount of propofol Murray claims he gave Jackson does in fact comport with the amount of propofol found in Jackson’s blood at autopsy,” Murray lawyer J. Michael Flanagan said. “There was no propofol infusion on the morning of Jackson’s death. The analysis of the residue in Exhibit 30 will prove the truth once and for all.”

The motion asks the appeals court to order the Los Angeles County Coroner to either test the residue or hand it over to a private lab for testing.

Introduce yourself / Hello from Holland
« on: July 13, 2012, 10:15:28 AM »
Hello Everyone!

I'm Jos from the Netherlands.
Ever since I was a little boy, I listen to MJ's music. I really loved it.

I never was a really huge fan or so, but for me MJ was more like a guide-line for my life and a big help!
I have a panic disorder, but thanks to the music of Michael in an attack, I could become calm again.
Therefore 2009 was like a big shock for me.

Just a few months ago, I was watching the Memorial again. And at some point I was looking to a man with a white had.
And something inside me, told me that that was strange.
For some reason I decided to search on google who this man was and since than I've found thousands op videos on youtube.
And finally I found this website.

I have spent (litarlly) days and days to read as much threads as I can. And also I used google, twitter etc. to check the facts for myself.
Thanks to all of this I'm certain that Michael is alive, and that is a huge relief for me. So thank you all!  :th_bravo:

This week I decided to become a member of this site, so I can discuss these things with you and maybe we can help him.

So thank you all and speak to you all soon!  :)

(P.S. sorry if my English is a little bad...  :icon_redface: )
